In high school, most students are taught a specific way to form a
hypothesis when testing scientific methods. However, many
environmentalists and “scientists” (if you can call them that!) do not
use such methods when it comes to evolution.
John Horvat, author of “Return to Order”, gives a review of what the
Scientific Method is – just in case you have forgotten. Apparently, those who
spew and spout and scream “Man is causing global warming!” have
forgotten what proving a theory really means, too! They manipulate the system
with what they want the outcome to be. They repeat their hypothesis over and
over and over again.
“Anyone who is against [man-caused global warming] becomes an outcast –
regardless of who it is!” John Horvat proclaims. In fact, those that speak
out against it take the risk of burning their careers at the stake. The same can
be said for evolution. For decades, evolution has been pushed in public schools
as fact, ignoring the fact that evolution cannot be proven.
Make sure your children know the truth. Encourage them to respectfully question
their teachers and professors when evolution and global warming are studied in
class. It’s time we stop them dead in their tracks. It’s time we stop putting up
with their lies.

The so-called bathroom wars have nothing to do with bathrooms but
are all about war. The push to allow a person to use the bathroom
of his or her choice is merely the latest phase of the sexual revolution. It is
part of a relentless war to bring about an irrational equality that now seeks to
break down the final public barriers that make the sexes different.
John Horvat, author of “Return to Order”, says, “This is the
cultural war of the sexual revolution.” He firmly believes that the words
“men” and “women” will soon be obsolete. He recently wrote a great piece on this
issue: “What
the Bathroom Wars are Really All About”. In this editorial, John
addressed the need for sex-segregated bathrooms, changing facilities, and
showers.
Once you’ve taken away the right to enter a single-sex facility, you’ve
destroyed the virtue of modesty. It’s not about a “transgender” person; it’s
about bad people who will have the right to use whatever facility they wish to –
with no questions asked. “Modesty and decency are being destroyed,”
John states passionately. “When you destroy that, not much is left.”
Those who are pushing these new bathroom laws are now saying that morality and
modesty no longer have a place in society. There are reasons we have laws to
protect others from harm. If this bathroom issue is accepted as the norm, what
will be next?

People have become self-absorbed by their own comfort and unconcerned about how they might appear to others.
Today, The Emperor is wearing pajamas. What’s wrong with wearing pajamas outside the home? The fashion world has decreed that pajamas are chic, and people must therefore obey. The problem is pajamas look like… well, pajamas.
Pajamas aren’t just for Walmart anymore. John Horvat is fed up with some people’s lack of respect for others concerning their attire. We still deal with sagging pants and low-cut blouses, but now we must accept pajamas in the work place! John reveals that this latest trend of “formal pajamas” is taking off like a rocket!
“It’s become high fashion and that’s really disturbing,” he says.
There are actually peer-reviewed studies about pajamas! Yes, that’s right! It’s become such a hot topic that groups are actually researching the trend! Who wins in the workplace, though: Suits or pj’s? Highly intelligent people can probably guess the answer to a recent Yale School of Management study on this issue, which John Horvat discusses in this interview.
Many people just don’t really understand how important their clothes really are. How would feel if you were shopping for new appliances and the sales person was wearing pajamas instead of nice attire? Would you even take them seriously? I certainly wouldn’t! John Horvat says, “The clothes give the idea of authority. You’re not dressing for yourself; you’re dressing for others out of respect.”
Not only are pajamas not appropriate for the work place – or any place other than at home – John also says that other fashion trends will hinder opportunities for good-paying jobs with advancement prospects. It definitely depends upon your line of work, though. If you are a tattoo artist, get tattoos! If you are a mechanic, you obviously don’t need to wear a suit. But if you are in the professional arena, don’t wear pj’s to work!! “All these things have an effect on society. It’s not just about you!” John declares.
Bottom line: Dress for the part you want, not the part you have.

Title: The Ideal Presidential Candidate who is NOT Running

John Horvat, author of “Return to Order”, believes there is an ideal Presidential Candidate who is NOT running in either Party. He says, “I think the whole election cycle is very strange. One of the big problems is the focus on the debates….and the election in general is based on economics. But, what we are facing is a moral and cultural crisis.” The candidates are just not addressing pro-family and pro-life issues as the priority anymore. It is the social issues which are ripping this country apart, and they really need to be dealt with.
The American voter has evolved into a “Give Me” monster, John states. Candidates too often run on the mentality that they must promise, promise, promise more and more and more free “stuff”. However, when they get elected, they discover it’s not easy as it seems. Furthermore, many politicians have become professional actors and even more have become slaves to the polls.
John believes what America needs is someone with “very strong, moral principles, who is dignified, and not afraid to call upon God when in trouble.” It’s been far too long since a true statesman has been President of this Great Nation. We deserve and need one again – sooner rather than later. Please pray for our nation and for all candidates involved in every race across the nation.

In high school, most students are taught a specific way to form a
hypothesis when testing scientific methods. However, many
environmentalists and “scientists” (if you can call them that!) do not
use such methods when it comes to evolution.
John Horvat, author of “Return to Order”, gives a review of what the
Scientific Method is – just in case you have forgotten. Apparently, those who
spew and spout and scream “Man is causing global warming!” have
forgotten what proving a theory really means, too! They manipulate the system
with what they want the outcome to be. They repeat their hypothesis over and
over and over again.
“Anyone who is against [man-caused global warming] becomes an outcast –
regardless of who it is!” John Horvat proclaims. In fact, those that speak
out against it take the risk of burning their careers at the stake. The same can
be said for evolution. For decades, evolution has been pushed in public schools
as fact, ignoring the fact that evolution cannot be proven.
Make sure your children know the truth. Encourage them to respectfully question
their teachers and professors when evolution and global warming are studied in
class. It’s time we stop them dead in their tracks. It’s time we stop putting up
with their lies.

The socialist-run country of China had a great idea: clean up a dump filled with sewage and build a brand-new city with housing, schools, and businesses.
The people will want to move there! Well, the opposite is actually happening. Even though the government has closed schools in other cities, forcing students to attend schools in Tieling New City, the parents don’t want to move out of their old neighborhoods. Even government employees who have moved their offices to the new city still commute to work. The only jobs which are readily available in the new city are for security positions because there are no businesses.
In his book, “Return to Order”, John Horvat points out from the exuberant element of life together in society, there springs forth “unique systems of art, styles of life, socio-political institutions, and economic models that differ from the rigid and soulless central planning and one-size-fits-all solutions so prized by socialists and bureaucrats.” As for Tieling New City, the people just don’t want to move there because they don’t know anyone and they don’t have a connection. They say the city doesn’t have a “soul”.
The same thing has been happening in America for decades in the inner cities. The government has spent trillions of dollars renovating older cities which just turn bad again. The government has spent billions on education in low-performing schools with nothing to show for their effort. “There are really great programs on paper, but when it comes to implementing them, it just doesn’t work,” John Horvat says. Every time a mass shooting occurs in America, there is tremendous outcry for more gun control from the Main Stream Media. Actors and celebrities shed tears in infomercials. President Obama reads from the same speech saying we have to take away all the guns. We are encouraged to call our elected officials, urging them to place more restrictions on gun purchases or making them illegal. The MSM condemns guns, gun shop owners, and gun owners themselves. After all, if there weren’t any gun stores, criminals couldn’t obtain them!
Wrong! Criminals don’t buy guns legally at gun shops. They buy them off the street or steal them!
John Horvat, with Return to Order, describes the true culture of those who legally own guns as “responsible, controlled, and restrained”. However, movies, television, and video games portray guns as “glamorous, powerful, and a way to obtain instant gratification”. recreationally. Then, on the flip side, there are the liberals in the media who
hate guns and want to get rid of them all, but use them to promote their
television shows, movies, and video games, hoping for higher ratings. And who
gives them higher ratings? Gun-toting Americans! What hypocrites.
FACT: During Saturday morning cartoons, there are 20-25 acts of violence per
hour. The average child who watches 2 hours of TV every day will see more than
10,000 violent acts per year. Is it time to unplug the cable from your
household?

media. However, he does believe the glamorous praise of guns needs to be
rejected by society. He goes on to say “We need to be more consistent in our
message. We (the left and the right) need to get together to help solve the

answer. Placing more restrictions on gun ownership might help temporarily, but
is definitely not a long-term solution. We can, however, hold the media
accountable for their own actions.

A new TV series starting in January on Fox is all about Lucifer. The goal of the series is to paint Lucifer as a “victim of a tyrant God” and a “charming friend to all mankind”, according to John Horvat, author of
Return to Order. In the show, Lucifer refers to God like this: “Hey, he’s my father, not yours. I can say whatever I want about the guy. I quit Hell because I was sick and tired of playing a part in Dad’s plan. I believe in free will, not the tyranny of all his predestination hoo-ha.”

All the “cool kids” are doing it: Yik Yak.
No, it isn’t some new game. It is an app college kids use on their cell phone to
connect anonymously with others in their area.
Here’s how it works: Yik Yak combines the technologies of GPS and instant
messaging, allowing users to anonymously microblog to other nearby users. Before
loading messages, the Yik Yak app determines the user's location and groups them
into pockets of 1.5 mile radius zones. Within these zones, anyone inside the
radius can post and read other people's “yaks”. After a few hours, the
anonymous post disappears.
In other words, Yik Yak is an anonymous bulletin board. The developers use a
technology called geofencing to avoid as much cyber-bullying as possible.
Geofencing allows certain areas, such as middle schools and high schools to be
‘fenced’ off using GPS technology. The app will then be no longer accessible in
the fenced off area. Yik Yak allows small communities to provide commentary on
events in real time.

God has a habit of showing up in the midst of trouble, not in the absence of it.
After all, He found Daniel in a den of lions, Gideon in a hole, and Joseph in
prison. Where the world sees failure, God sees the future. He doesn’t take us
out of trouble; He enables us when we are in trouble.
God can take ordinary, everyday men and women and turn them into heroes. But who
are those heroes? The President? Our Elected Officials? John Horvat,
international speaker and author of “Return
to Order”, does not believe they are. “They have an
agenda…they don’t have the courage to fight the culture,” John says. They
seem to be totally consumed about elections and the legacy they are going to
leave. “Leadership is about doing the right thing,” he says.
The three military Americans who were on a train in a foreign land are true
heroes. They had a split second to react to a terrorist killing people and they
chose to take action rather than hide behind a seat. John believes our culture
must begin to applaud heroes and give them the recognition they deserve. Too

We didn’t give up fighting for the unborn in 1973 after the Roe v. Wade
decision. We won’t give up fighting for our children’s purity and traditional
marriage because 5 Black Robe Justices tell us to.

The LGBT Mafia is using the same
tactic the blacks have used for decades: discrimination. They say it’s a “civil

Progressive educators are obsessed with common curriculum, testing, and
student outcomes that conform to progressive ideas. But who changed how reading,
math, and history should be taught? Who holds the power over parents and their
children?
John Horvat, author of Return to Order, explains how government programs are not
helping children. “We are putting children through one-size-fits-all programs
like Common Core or No Child Left Behind. Changing curriculum is not the answer.
It has to do with the family.” He believes that values should be taught by the
parents and only enforced by the schools.

Bedtime stories; 3) Church and Religious Observance; and 4) Stay involved in
everything. Kids with parents who are really involved in their lives do better

John Horvat disagrees. Yes, there will always be some people who smoke, do
drugs, and drink and drive. But it doesn’t have to be as bad as what it is now.
“We live in a very materialistic culture that encourages ‘phonetic
intemperance’. People want things instantly and effortlessly,” John opines.
John Horvat believes it all boils down to the lack of spiritual satisfaction and
the absence of God in our society. People are not seeking God’s comfort and,
therefore, they look to worldly things to satisfy their hunger. “In our culture
money and pleasure rule. This only cause sadness and despair,” John says.
So what should America do? Is the answer to just legalize drugs and deal with
the consequences? After all, we don’t want to become involved in a fierce
confrontation or anything like that. (saracasm) Or should Christians pray

There are consequences for sin. I do not want to be held accountable in
heaven for the sins of others – do you? “People do not want to recognize the
fact that there are absolute rights and absolute wrongs,” John Horvat proclaims.
The homosexual mafia wants you to sin.
They want you to be forced to accept their sin as normal behavior. And they are
winning.
Have Christians been too tolerant in recent years? Are we so afraid of being
viewed as intolerant, hate-mongers that we give in over and over again to their
demands? John says the real issue is, “Consenting to the sin is just as sinful
as participating in the sin.”
For the first time in history, churches are in danger of losing their freedom to
choose whom they will perform a marriage ceremony for. Catholics still have the
right to refuse to marry a couple if one or both participants have been
divorced. Some Baptist churches can refuse to allow any alcohol or dancing
during a reception, whether at the church or a different location. However, the
homosexual mafia has turned it into a discrimination issue. It’s not about sin
or right and wrong; it’s about “us” not being tolerant of “them”.
John Horvat says we cannot back down. “When you become soft on these issues, you
get your rights taken away. Everybody is intimidated, but you don’t have to give
in.” Businesses, especially, need to be careful about their practices, but they
must also not compromise their beliefs for fear of a massive lawsuit.

world and on the seventh day, He rested. He wants us to rest, too! For an
efficient economy to function, everything must be operational 24/7, 365 (except
for Christmas Day.) This is right? Isn’t it?

Germany, the fourth largest economic power in the world, completely stops on
Sunday. And the people like it! Just look at Chick-fil-A. They are closed on

There must be moral absolutes or
a society will turn to ruin. We do not allow murderers to go free. We do not

his children’s exposure to technology while he encouraged the entire world to
buy every single one of his products and even marketed them to young kids and
teens! But, why wouldn’t he let his kids use them?
There is the mistaken impression that computers represent the future and that
everyone, especially the very young, should become computer savvy as soon as
possible. According to this view, failure to expose children to high technology
handicaps their ability to function in the real world. However, “Discouraging
overexposure to technology might actually be an advantage in today’s
hyper-connected world,” says author John Horvat.
Even liberal scholars at left-leaning liberal colleges have reported that teens
who eat at least one meal a week with their families do better in school,
experiment less with drugs and sex, and are more willing to value the opinion of
their parents over their peers.
John Horvat reveals what Steve Jobs’ kids were forced to do instead of playing
video games and texting all the time: They were forced to actually talk to each

Does it ever seem as if the world is just whizzing by you? Do you feel out of
touch with reality sometimes? Is it possible to just slow down, take a breath,
and just relax? We’re not really talking a vacation, here. Life is short, and we
oftentimes take for granted the day-to-day miracles that make the world
beautiful. “Things” don’t really matter, do they? So why do we let those
“things” bother us so much?
Best-selling author John Horvat reveals some of his not-so-good moments when
dealing with “things” and how he has learned to overcome them. There would be
less road rage. There would be less heart attacks. There would be less divorce.
Even the economy as a whole would be better!
But how can we restore the “human element” to life? John has four basic

Stress is a disease
that is killing us. Literally. John Horvat, author of “Return
to Order”, “Manners matter. When we are only centered on ourselves, we
will never be satisfied.” We don’t have to leave the Golden Rule at the
door. We don’t have to lose our “Attitude of Gratitude”. We just need to be
courteous and really listen to people. Going the extra mile never hurt anyone.
When it comes to business owners, John says they should always – always – insist
on a professional atmosphere, even when customers are not present. No swearing.
No off-color jokes. Appropriate attire. It’s just common courtesy. It shows
respect – for yourself and the customer alike, but sadly too many employers are
afraid to enforce these principles in today’s society.
John also believes it is important to take a break during the day, specifically
for lunch. Everyone needs to just slow down and get away from work stress. Too
many people sit at their desks, rushing through lunch in ten minutes, so they
can get back to worrying about what they missed in those ten minutes. The work
will still be there, whether you take ten minutes or thirty. You need a break.
You deserve a break. Take it!

Since Adam and Eve there has never been 100% agreement in families,
communities, churches, cities, counties, states and nations. Does our two-party
system damage economic prosperity for all? John Horvat, author of “Return to
Order” says the Republican victories in the past election will not be enough to
keep our country together.
Just look at the past few decades. The Republicans win one cycle. The Democrats
win the next. Then it’s back the Republicans. And so on. “America is, without a
doubt, a conservative nation – but it’s not necessarily a traditional one,” says
John Horvat. The back and forth tide is normal, and probably even unavoidable.
Most Americans do not want a one-party system; they want options. There is far
too much disagreement among the parties anyway to go one way or the other.
So, what’s next? We need statesmen, not politicians; they just rock the boat.
Statesmen correct the course. We need people who will stick to their principles.
It sounds like a no-brainer, but it’s not always so easy; pressure mounts from
all sides.
In his book, “Return to Order”, John Horvat asks this question: “Do we want
unbridled freedom or ordered liberty? A secular nation or a nation under God? Do
we want big government solutions or do we want organic solutions?”
Are we, the average citizen – the average voter – too engrossed in our own lives
to get involved in the process? John Horvat believes the current crises in
society are waking people up, but we can’t just post something on Facebook or
Tweet an article; that’s not enough. We have to get out there.

The middle class is unemployed or underemployed, real wages are declining,
and many have simply given up. So, what does America need? Jobs or work? The
word “Job” is a relatively new term, which means “a pile of things to be done”.
Work, on the other hand, goes all the way back to mid-evil England, and means
“an activity done out of passion or for excellence”.
Too many people just get a “job” and therefore don’t make it last. John Horvat,
author of “Return to Order”, says people need work to stay inspired. Work is so
much more valuable than a job. We need passion to advance. And a lot of that has
to do with attitude.
John Horvat says there is a definite difference between having a job and
working. To create more “jobs”, we need to move the focus off of temporary fixes
to getting back people into what they love. So many businesses are all about
politically correctness and money.

“jobs”. What they need to do is require more government-type courses in college
and encourage more useful degrees. Should people attend a big, fancy university?

We’ve all been
there: in the restaurant, the elevator, the department store, even the bathroom.
We’re just minding our own business when you hear it. You don’t want to hear it.
You try hard to ignore it. But it keeps getting louder and louder.
The private conversation that someone insists on making public for everyone to
hear, whether we want to or not. It’s not just rude, says John Horvat. This type
of activity is contributing to the break-down of society. It blurs the line
between public and private life.
Before the age of cell phones and laptops and iPads, phone calls waited. The
work waited. That scrabble game waited. We are living in an age of the
here-and-now, not that-can-wait-until-later.
John Horvat, author of “Return to Order”, agrees that technology is great and
contributes much to our society, but there are times when asking someone to stop
their conversation or put away their iPad is appropriate. It is time we stop
serving technology and get back to technology serving us.
“Return to Order” isn’t just about technology. Couples getting a little too
friendly at the restaurant or movie theatre. Someone burps (or worse!) out loud
with no regard as to who is around. An offensive t-shirt. The group of teens
using foul language walking through the mall. These are all examples of the
breakdown of society.
