Topic: Politics
Discussed by Danny Toma

Danny Toma, a twenty-two year veteran of the State Department, clearly argues in
his book, “America
First”, that President Trump’s foreign policy method of putting “America
First” not only protects the interests of our nation, but ensures the
security of all Americans. America does not and will not negotiate with
terrorists or countries that harbor terrorists.
Today, Danny will be discussing John Kerry’s recent shocking admission and the
action Trump must take immediately.
Questions/Issues Discussed:
What did John Kerry admit in a recent
Breitbart article?
Is this a treasonous act? Or was it just ill-advised?
Does Kerry’s meeting send mixed signals to other countries?
Who does John Kerry speak for? HINT: Nobody!
Would the media be in an uproar if the situation were reversed, with a former

Title: Part 4 or 4 - America’s Last Chance
Topic: Politics
Discussed by Phyllis Schlafly
with Eagle Forum (www.eagleforum.org)
Senator Jeff Sessions said this: “This election is different
because we have pell-mell erosion of law, the Constitutional order, where
President Obama has pushed an agenda that eviscerates the immigration legal
system, and pushed this trade agreement that will commence decades of
transferring American economic power to an ever-expanding international
commission. It’s just not going to stop.”
Is this America’s last chance to get it right? Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL)
believes so – and so does Mrs. Phyllis Schlafly. America must elect a President
who understands the Constitution. We must elect a President who will stop
illegal immigration. America needs a President who is afraid of being
un-politically correct. Phyllis points out that during the early 1920’s, our
country stopped all immigration for several years. She thinks we need to have
another “pause” in all immigration, at least temporarily, so we can reexamine
the current immigration laws.
Phyllis goes on to discuss the low employment levels, especially among teenagers
and college kids, due to illegal immigration and legal immigration. She is
adamant that we “need to stop bringing in foreign workers to do the same jobs
Americans can – and will – do”! Now, many Americans are finally beginning to
understand that we cannot continue to allow everyone to come into our country.
Germany, England, and other European countries are seeing the effects of years
of unchecked immigration, and America will be, too, if something isn’t done to
stop it.
Phyllis urges everyone to call their local, state, and DC representatives
concerning this issue. She also says that it is imperative that every Christian
vote! Don’t sit this one out. Go vote – and show those Democrats we mean
business!

Part 1 of 2
When you make political endorsements, sooner rather than later, you will make everyone mad.
Phyllis Schlafly’s endorsement of Donald Trump angered some of the Board of Directors at
Eagle Forum and now they are doing the unthinkable. Andy Schlafly, the son of Phyllis Schlafly, is here today for two segments to discuss the enormous amount of money being wasted on attorneys by the “Gang of 6” in an attempt to make Phyllis go away for good.
Questions/Issues Discussed for Segment 1:
Many years ago, Phyllis Schlafly led the successful campaign against the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Andy discusses how this put Phyllis on the map and the beginning of
Eagle Forum.
So, what’s the beef with Donald Trump? Before Phyllis endorsed Trump, what was Andy’s opinion of him? Does he share her same support of Trump?
Cathy Adams, the President of Texas Eagle Forum, is the leader of the “Gang of 6”. Is she just trying to take control of
Eagle Forum?
What is the current status of the lawsuit? How much is it costing? Who is the “secret donor” paying for the attorneys for the Gang of 6?

Title: The Ideal Presidential Candidate who is NOT Running
Topic: Politics
Discussed by John Horvat
with Return to Order www.ReturnToOrder.org
John Horvat, author of “Return to Order”, believes there is an ideal Presidential Candidate who is NOT running in either Party. He says, “I think the whole election cycle is very strange. One of the big problems is the focus on the debates….and the election in general is based on economics. But, what we are facing is a moral and cultural crisis.” The candidates are just not addressing pro-family and pro-life issues as the priority anymore. It is the social issues which are ripping this country apart, and they really need to be dealt with.
The American voter has evolved into a “Give Me” monster, John states. Candidates too often run on the mentality that they must promise, promise, promise more and more and more free “stuff”. However, when they get elected, they discover it’s not easy as it seems. Furthermore, many politicians have become professional actors and even more have become slaves to the polls.
John believes what America needs is someone with “very strong, moral principles, who is dignified, and not afraid to call upon God when in trouble.” It’s been far too long since a true statesman has been President of this Great Nation. We deserve and need one again – sooner rather than later. Please pray for our nation and for all candidates involved in every race across the nation.

for Constitutional Amendments is held in odd years, listen in as he explains. He
also discusses the seven Constitutional Amendments which are on everyone’s

Legislature and he encourages people to vote in favor of each of them.
Lt. Governor Dan Patrick also wants to warn people to be cautious when voting
because it can be confusing with so many different “Prop 1’s” to choose from! He
does want to encourage you to vote AGAINST the Houston Equal Rights
Ordinance (HERO). Listen in as he passionately explains why this would not

Early Voting is underway across the state of Texas.
Polling locations ARE OPEN ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY in most
areas. Please click

to find a ballot and polling location specific to your county.
There are seven Texas Constitutional Amendments on everyone’s ballot. In Harris
County, there are four Countywide Bonds totaling $848 million dollars. I am
encouraging voters to vote IN FAVOR of the four bonds. We must
improve our city if we are to move forward and make the future a better place.
In the City of Houston, registered voters will vote for a new mayor and sixteen
city council positions, along with the controversial Houston Proposition # 1 –
the bathroom ordinance. I strongly urge a NO vote on Prop 1.
There are many school board elections also across Texas.
Remember, do not vote alone. Take someone with you! It is legal to take the
sample ballot into the voting booth with you. Print out some extras and give
them to friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

Friends, this election is so important. Every registered voter in the state of Texas has the opportunity to vote on seven Constitutional Amendments which could add much needed tax relief to home owners and more assistance to veterans and the disabled. One Amendment would make hunting and fishing more manageable, while still preserving natural wildlife. Professional sports team charities would be allowed to use their money for more and better uses.
For a more detailed explanation about the specific Amendments, listen to the following three segments with Representative Debbie Riddle.

Title: 2015 Texas Constitutional Amendments
Topic: Politics
Discussed by State Representative Debbie Riddle
with Debbie Riddle www.DebbieRiddle.org
Part 1 of 3
Few things are more important at the ballot box than amending ours state’s
founding document. The current slate of Constitutional Amendments requires your
attention. As proud Texans do not come up short in your civic duty to take an
active role in your government. It is up to us to keep our government in check
and on track.
Representative Debbie Riddle (R-District 150) is here today to discuss the seven
Statewide Constitutional Amendments on the ballot. Every registered voter in the
state of Texas has the opportunity – and duty – to vote this November 3. In this
first segment, Debbie discusses how the Texas Constitution differs from the
United States Constitution. “We have a lot more details in there regarding
day-to-day issues,” she says. “Texas is the envy of the forty-nine other states.
The people of Texas have a direct influence on our government.”
Representative Riddle also explains the statewide Proposition 1 (SJR 1) –
Increase Homestead Exemption. Proposition 1 would increase the mandatory
homestead exemption from $15,000 to $25,000. The taxable value of homesteads
owned by the elderly or people who are disabled would also be correspondingly
reduced. Prop 1 would stimulate real economic growth and provide tax relief that
voters have asked for and to those who need it most. Terry Lowry recommends
voting FOR this amendment.

Title: Part 2 of 3 - 2015 Texas Constitutional Amendments
Topic: Politics
Discussed by State Representative Debbie Riddle
with Debbie Riddle www.DebbieRiddle.org
Proposition 2 (HJR 75) - Disabled Veteran Property Relief on
the Texas Statewide Ballot is summarized as follows: Prop 2 would extend the
current homestead property tax exemption that applies to the surviving spouse of
a totally disabled veteran who died on or after January 1, 2010, to include the
surviving spouse of a totally disabled veteran who: died before January 1, 2010.
Debbie believes this amendment is very important for several reasons. She says,
“Our military is what keeps our nation safe. We need to respect those people
and their families who have given so much for us.” Terry Lowry recommends
voting FOR this amendment.
Proposition 3 (SJR 52) - “The constitutional amendment
repealing the requirement that state officers elected by voters statewide reside
in the state capital.” Prop 3 would remove the requirement that the Comptroller
of Public Accounts, Commissioner of the General Land Office, the Attorney
General, and any statutory state officer who is elected statewide reside in the
state capital city of Austin during their terms of office. This requirement made
sense when the Constitution was adopted in 1876 because it could take days to
travel to Austin. The requirement is no longer necessary due to the many
advances in transportation and technology that could allow officials to easily
travel to Austin or to manage their duties while living elsewhere. Terry Lowry
recommends voting FOR this amendment.
Proposition 4 (HJR 73) - “The constitutional amendment
authorizing the Legislature to permit professional sports team charitable
foundations to conduct charitable raffles.” Proposition 4 would authorize the
Legislature to allow a professional sports team charitable foundation to conduct
charitable raffles under the terms and conditions imposed by law, allowing teams
to give back even more to the communities they represent. Prop 4 would not
authorize laws to create new forms of gambling. Debbie believes this amendment
is beneficial to everyone in every community. Listen in as she explains how this
is not about gambling, but rather charity. Terry Lowry recommends voting
FOR this amendment.

Title: Part 3 of 3 - 2015 Texas Constitutional Amendments
Topic: Politics
Discussed by State Representative Debbie Riddle
with Debbie Riddle www.DebbieRiddle.org
Proposition 5 (SJR 17) - “The constitutional amendment to
authorize counties with a population of 7,500 or less to perform private road
construction and maintenance.” Prop 5 would update a provision of the Texas
Constitution set in 1980 governing the maximum population of a county allowed to
construct and maintain private roads. Small counties in Texas have grown since
that time, and the Constitution should be updated to reflect population growth
over the past 25 years. Terry Lowry recommends voting FOR this
amendment.
Proposition 6 (SJR 22) - “The constitutional amendment
recognizing the right of the people to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife subject
to laws that promote wildlife conservation.” Proposition 6 would establish the
right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife under the Texas Bill of Rights,
including by the use of traditional methods. This right would be subject to laws
or regulations to conserve and manage wildlife and preserve the future of
hunting and fishing. Debbie explains Prop 6 in this way: “This is a
no-brainer here in Texas. Hunting and fishing are the preferred method of
managing and controlling wildlife. That’s the bottom line. It’s telling the EPA
to go take a flying leap!” Terry Lowry recommends voting FOR this amendment.
Proposition 7 (SJR 5) - “The constitutional amendment dedicating certain sales
and use tax revenue and motor vehicle sales, use, and rental tax revenue to the
state highway fund to provide funding for non-tolled roads and the reduction of
certain transportation-related debt.” Proposition 7 would provide a steady,
consistent funding source for transportation projects across the state by
dedicating a portion of the sales and use tax to the state highway fund. These
funds could be appropriated only to: construct, maintain, or acquire
rights-of-way for public roadways other than toll roads; or repay the principal
of and interest on certain bonds and other public securities, bond enhancement
agreements, and general obligation bonds. According to Representative Debbie
Riddle, this Constitutional Amendment makes a lot of sense. Listen in as she
explains how it will save taxpayers money and will provide a “steady,
consistent funding source for transportation projects across the state.”
Terry Lowry recommends voting FOR this amendment.

Part 1 of 2
We have a lot of work in store for us over the next ten months before the
2016 Primary. If we wait until January, it will be too late. Jessica Colon is a
political consultant who has worked with many candidates on the federal, state,
and local levels, including Ken Paxton, the new Texas Attorney General. On the
Democrat side of things, Hillary Clinton is “in it to win it”, Jessica says. In
fact, the Clintons have hired 1,000 tech consultants across the country. The
other candidates don’t stand a chance.
Jessica discusses some of the sneaky ways Democrats have been utilizing
technology over the last few elections. It sound illegal – but it’s not! Plus,
Hillary is expected to raise over $2 Billion for her campaign. How can we even
compete with that?
Many in the younger generation do not know or remember the scandals surrounding
Bill Clinton during his Presidency. Hillary’s own political consultant was only
in high school at the time! “They have either chose to forgive or forget,”
Jessica says.

Bill Clinton and
George Bush were just Governors. Obama was a freshman Senator. Is it time the
voters chose someone with just a tad bit more experience to rule the greatest,
most-powerful nation in the world?
Jessica believes that the candidates on the roster right now all offer something
different to the American people. The polls currently indicate only three or
four are main contenders. However, Super PACs are expected to be big influencers
in the 2016 election, so it’s really up in the air for any candidate to win the
nominee.
Terry and Jessica Colon discuss the various caucuses and delegates and their
impact on the final vote. Jessica also explains the difference between a caucus
and the primary. Texas has special rules for their delegates. Listen in to find
out what it is!
Don’t let all the numbers being discussed make your eyes glaze over. They’re
very, very important to the final count because we could very well wind up at
the Republican National Convention without a clear nominee!
Now is the time to get involved. Now is the time to pick a candidate. Now is the
time to support a candidate. We cannot wait until March 1 to make up our minds
and help them out.

There’s been a new
