While we were all distracted by the killing of a gorilla in order to save a young boy’s life, Congress was doing the unthinkable – again. Last week, over 40 Republicans in the U.S. House joined with Democrats to allow the passage of a dangerous amendment from Rep. Sean Maloney (D-NY) to an appropriations bill. The amendment would place into law President Obama's radical LGBT agenda and punish those who try to exercise their religious freedom. Thank goodness only one lone Texas Republican – Rep. Will Hurd (CD 23 - San Antonio) – voted IN FAVOR of the Maloney Amendment.

National Review’s David French stated: “The Administration has denied that it [the DOJ and DOE letter to all school districts across America] is a threat, noting that it is mere' guidance.' But that is just Orwellian Newspeak. The whole point of the letter is to warn school administrators that they will lose crucial federal funds if they don’t comply with the new rule.”

New guest Bruce Hausknecht says, “It’s more than a privacy issue.” This is also a safety issue – for all people involved. “It has already proven the wisdom of the ages that there is a reason why we have sex-specific rules for men and women,” Bruce states. This issue is not just a hot button for Conservatives; parents across the board are now demanding “sex-segregated” facilities for males and females. Bruce discusses recent polls which show these results.

This is also not a Civil Rights issue, either, which some on the left are trying to claim, as Bruce points out regarding Title IX. He also discusses some recent cases that involve sex-neutral locker/showering facilities and restrooms.

We need to watch the Supreme Court of the United States carefully. The next President will be appointing at least one Justice, if not two or three if there a few current Justices who retire or pass away. Professor Gail Heriot is the author of numerous articles and essays on civil rights law and a founding member of the New American Civil Rights Project. The NACPR is a group of present and former members and staff of the United States Commission on Civil Rights and its state advisory committees who share a commitment to limited government and to equal protection under the laws.

Professor Heriot recently testified before the House Judiciary Committee’s Task Force on Executive Overreach. Her goal was to expose the increasing out-of-control Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights in issuing guidance covering the use of female facilities by college students and young boys.
Questions for Professor Gail Heriot concerning this issue:

First, what is Title IX and why does she think that the DOE is overstepping its use of sex discrimination by using the 1972 law now in 2016?

A left-leaning member of the DOE refused to allow debate during Professor Heriot’s testimony. In fact, this woman called her an “ignorant bigot”. Why are “they” so against any kind of discussion on the issue, especially by an expert on the issue?

The LGBTQ community often uses social media to attack those who disagree with their perverted agenda. Has she ever been personally attacked?

Final thoughts: Professor Heriot gives her honest, legal opinion concerning Obama’s new bathroom law in regards to Title IX. Have members of the DOE overstepped their authority by bypassing Congress on this issue?

Which bathroom did Klinger from MASH use? He always “claimed” to be a woman, but I never saw him try to use the woman’s bathroom!

Dr. Joseph Horton is Professor of Psychology at Grove City College and the Working Group Coordinator for Marriage and Family with The Center for Vision & Values. He is also a researcher on Positive Youth Development. He is with us today to answer the question: “Is ‘claiming’ to be a woman enough evidence for a man to use the woman’s bathroom?” In regards to Klinger, the other actors and actresses on MASH simply ignored his tendencies to dress and act like a woman.

“Things that we used to figure were just common sense, people are now telling us are wrong,” Dr. Horton says. Young girls in middle and high school are now being told they must be tolerant of boys who wish to be in the girl’s bathroom and locker room. Dr. Horton says, “Changing the rules in this case is damaging to both groups of people.” He goes to discuss brain development and why children cannot possibly be mature enough to evaluate their gender.

The American College of Pediatricians says: “Puberty is not a disease, and puberty-blocking hormones can be dangerous. Reversible or not, puberty-blocking hormones induce a state of disease – the absence of puberty – and inhibit growth and fertility in a previously biologically healthy child.”

Linda Harvey started Mission America to equip Christians with current, accurate information about cultural issues such as feminism, homosexuality, education, and New Age influences. She strongly urges states to immediately pass laws to stop the medical malpractice of chemical and surgical changes in children who are “transgender”. Linda says, “It’s too much of a decision for any child to make. And adults are enabling them.”

The President is using his platform to overhaul the Civil Rights Laws in America. Linda explains that the highest priority in Congress is the “Equality Act”, which will revise the current 1964 Civil Rights Act to include transgender rights. Although it appears that the majority of Republicans will not vote in favor of this change, the President is trying to go around Congress with his pen and his phone.

Listen in as Linda explains more about the changes which the LGBTQ community wish to make to “lower the boundaries of simple modesty” – starting with the new bathroom laws. We are not prudes; this is about basic human dignity and safety. There are already too many cases of perverted men abusing new laws with no questions asked.

Obama’s edict is quite possibly the most important issue we have faced during his Presidency. Schools should just say “no.” Americans should stand up and say “no more”.

When you were fourteen or fifteen years old, you thought you knew everything. You could make your own decisions, no matter the expected consequences. However, you probably had parents who stopped you from doing most of those crazy, stupid things. Unfortunately, some parents today are not doing such a great job of protecting their children. In fact, many are enabling them and setting them up for a lifetime of physical pain and psychological issues.

How often do you pray for President Obama? The LGBTQ community will never stop fighting for more rights – rights that are perverted and abhorrent in God’s eyes. “This is a grave spiritual oppression. Satan is working double through [them],” Linda believes. “They are going to dismantle Christianity.”

Linda reveals how high school teens are allowed to be surgically altered to the opposite sex; she believes that middle school-aged children will soon be permitted to make this decision. The LGBTQ community is fighting hard in this battle. They are winning our kids through the public school system. Linda goes on to discuss Obama’s edict to public school districts concerning the bathroom issue and says, “We have to be engaged at all levels.” The current 2016 Presidential candidates are not great, but we still must vote in favor of the person who will protect all lives at every stage. We must stop them now before it is too late.

What once was taboo is now everyday conversation. How did we get here?

When Lt. Governor Dan Patrick started his sports broadcasting radio show, women journalists weren’t even allowed in the men’s locker rooms – which, in my opinion, is how it should be, and vice versa! Now, here we are, talking about the “importance” of allowing boys into the girl’s locker room because of a perverted mental illness called “transgenderism”.

The LGBTQ community has told Dan that he needs to stay out of “local issues”. What?!? He is the Lt. Governor of Texas! His job is to help ALL Texans! Yes, local control is important and vital to the survival of government. However, when the vote has been taken away from the people by someone who absolutely has no right, that’s where he must step in on behalf of the people.

One teacher said to Lt. Governor Dan Patrick: “We have enough problems keeping the boys straight in the boy’s room! We surely don’t need to mingle them!”

Dan goes on to explain what the Superintendent of the school district in Ft. Worth did and why it is illegal. This issue is much, much larger than just a little boy or even a teen boy wanting to use the girl’s bathroom and locker room. That is really bad enough, but the real agenda is even scarier. There have been transgender students in schools for years and this issue has never been a problem. It’s only now that the President has stuck his nose in middle that we are even discussing it.

Lt. Governor Dan Patrick has asked all the Superintendents in Texas to stand down and fight back against Obama, who says he will withhold Federal funding from any public school which refuses to follow his new “guideline” for transgender students. “We will not be blackmailed with 30 pieces of silver,” Lt. Governor Dan Patrick has stated over and over again.

Pray for our country, for peace to spread throughout the people. Pray for our leaders, that they will turn away from this wickedness. Pray for parents who are abusing their children with “transgender” ideology. Pray for the students who are confused and troubled by this, that they will receive the help and love they need.

The LGBTQ community has gotten out of control. They must be reined in now or we may never stop them.

The so-called bathroom wars have nothing to do with bathrooms but are all about war. The push to allow a person to use the bathroom of his or her choice is merely the latest phase of the sexual revolution. It is part of a relentless war to bring about an irrational equality that now seeks to break down the final public barriers that make the sexes different.

John Horvat, author of “Return to Order”, says, “This is the cultural war of the sexual revolution.” He firmly believes that the words “men” and “women” will soon be obsolete. He recently wrote a great piece on this issue: “What the Bathroom Wars are Really All About”. In this editorial, John addressed the need for sex-segregated bathrooms, changing facilities, and showers.

Once you’ve taken away the right to enter a single-sex facility, you’ve destroyed the virtue of modesty. It’s not about a “transgender” person; it’s about bad people who will have the right to use whatever facility they wish to – with no questions asked. “Modesty and decency are being destroyed,” John states passionately. “When you destroy that, not much is left.”

Those who are pushing these new bathroom laws are now saying that morality and modesty no longer have a place in society. There are reasons we have laws to protect others from harm. If this bathroom issue is accepted as the norm, what will be next?

“Bureaucrats endanger lives by rationing standard treatments for Medicare beneficiaries and shifting funds to costly surgeries harmful to the troubled people it claims to help…Politicians are a danger to public safety and personal privacy when they replace reality and common sense with radical ideology.” These are direct quotes from guest Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet concerning the “men in women’s bathrooms” controversy sweeping the nation. What rights should “transgenders” have over the majority of the population?

Do the following type of people have the same rights as a transgender?

An alcoholic has self-perception that he/she is sober, then decides to drive while legally intoxicated, crashes into another car, and kills a whole family. A diabetic has a self-perception that blood sugars are normal, doesn’t check or treat them, and then falls into a coma from either hypo or hyperglycemia. A patient with high blood pressure has self-perception that his/her blood pressure is "normal", doesn’t check or treat it, then has a stroke due to severe hypertension. A young woman with anorexia nervosa has self-perception that she is grossly fat, yet has lost so much weight that she dies from malnutrition.

Dr. Vliet says, “Absolutely! That’s what we do in the field of medicine and psychiatry. We help people whose self-perception doesn’t match the reality and help them get treatment…for the safety of those around them.”

However, she does point out that it is not the government’s or society’s responsibility to help those who purposefully put themselves – and others – in danger. Their role is to help prevent dangerous situations from happening. It all boils down to this: It is not society’s obligation to help those who will not adhere to medical advice. Dr. Vliet says, “Treatable problems end up being corrected before it causes death to the individual or to someone around them.”

How does this apply to the “men in women’s bathrooms” issue, though? “It is important to not just assume that everyone’s self-perception is, in fact, a correct reflection of reality,” Dr. Vliet declares. Nothing can be clearer than our biological sex determined at the time of conception. Transferring much-needed federal and state medical dollars from needy Medicare patients to transgenders for “sex change operations” is an absolute waste of money. Furthermore, studies have proven that people who have had sex reassignment surgery are twenty times more likely to commit suicide.

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet offers her medical opinion on the matter. “I don’t think that everyone has the responsibility to pay for the surgery for the very few people that may suffer from transgender issues,” she states. She goes to declare that serial rapists, pedophiles, and transvestites can now all “claim” to be “transgender” and enter a woman’s bathroom whenever they please. THIS is the real issue the “men in women’s bathrooms” laws.

In a bold move, The American College of Pediatricians is urging educators and legislators to reject all policies that condition children to accept a life of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex. ACP reports that hormone therapy and repeated, unnecessary surgeries is not normal. In fact, it is extremely harmful to both the body and the mind.

Dr. Steve Hotze was a strong opponent to the Houston Bathroom Ordinance (HERO), which was overwhelmingly defeated by voters last November. As a medical doctor, he knows the facts about human sexuality. “It is an objective biological trait, determined by your chromosomes at birth,” he states.

Dr. Hotze goes on to say, “It’s about time we base our laws on facts, not ‘feelings’.” What the government is doing, bowing to the LGBQT crowd, is “moral and sexual anarchy”. The homosexual political movement wants to bring a “complete degradation…a destruction of any moral standard that is Biblical…They want to destroy that,” he says.

Some of the statements made by the ACP include:

1) Human sexuality is an objective biological binary trait: “XY” and “XX” are genetic markers of health – not genetic markers of a disorder.

2) No one is born with a gender. Everyone is born with a biological sex. Gender (an awareness and sense of oneself as male or female) is a sociological and psychological concept, not an objective biological one.

3) A person’s belief that he or she is something they are not is, at best, a sign of confused thinking.

4) Rates of suicide are twenty times greater among adults who use cross-sex hormones and undergo sex reassignment surgery, even in Sweden, which is among one of the most LGBTQ affirming countries.

5) Conditioning children into believing that a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal is child abuse.

There is a “homosexual cancer” that is running rampant across America. The LGBTQ agenda has been spreading like a wildfire for decades, but in recent years has become a major issue in Texas as more liberals move to our great state seeking job opportunities. Other states are feeling the burn as well, such as North Carolina.

At the time of this interview, the Governor of North Carolina called on the state Legislature to pass HB2, prohibiting men from using a female restroom or shower facility, even if they “identify” as a female. Dr. Hotze gives more details about HB2, saying: “The homosexual political movement is screaming about it.” They claim “transgender bathroom panic” was used to intimidate the Legislators to pass the bill.

“Nowhere did our Founding Fathers intend for wicked behavior to be a basis of civil rights,” Dr. Hotze proclaims. If a male believes that he is really a female, that is something he is choosing to do, and that is not a civil rights issue; it is a personal issue.

Less than one percent of children have some sort of “gender confusion”. Nearly all (98% for boys and 88% for girls) of those “confused” choose to identify as their “birth sex” once they hit puberty. “We are now trying to impose on the entire country [the idea] that we have to accept that this is normal,” Dr. Hotze points out. “This is using the power of government, politics, and law to tell parents that they cannot help their children out of their confused state.” This is just wrong.

Dr. Hotze urges Texas Governor Abbot, Lt. Governor Patrick, and the Texas Legislators to pass a similar bill, protecting the women and children of our state from harmful, perverted predators. In fact, they should make it their Number One Priority!

One informal survey of transsexuals showed that fifty-six percent reported unwanted sexual touch between the ages of 0 and 12-years-old. Another thirty-eight percent reported unwanted sexual touch between the ages of 13 and 15 and thirty-two percent between the ages of 16 and 18. Victims of sexual abuse often experience gender confusion as a consequence.

Jeff Johnston is an analyst with Focus on the Family. When Bruce Jenner “became a woman”, he and others at FOTF decided to take action. Today, he shares how parents can navigate kids’ questions, emphasize the importance of the male and female distinction, and teach kids about God’s design for sexuality. Jeff doesn’t believe that hormone therapy, surgery, or even changing one’s clothing can alter your biological sex; it’s just not possible.

“Transgender studies show that there is a history of abuse in their past. Sometimes there are even mental disorders,” Jeff explains. “We believe that people don’t need to change into the opposite sex; they need help in embracing their biological reality.” Many studies show that most children “outgrow” their confusion; others do, in fact, need therapy in order to overcome their transgender desires.

Jeff latest article on this issue centers around Jaden Smith, actor Will Smith’s son. Jaden has a large number of followers on Twitter and was named one of the most thirty influential teens in 2015. However, his latest clothing ad is causing quite a ruckus. If you haven’t seen it, Jaden is the new face of a WOMEN’S clothing line. Listen in as Jeff explains the dangers this poses to easily influenced teens and tweens. “It sends a message to them saying it’s okay to play around with your sexuality,” Jeff states. “As our culture embraces gender blurring and gender bending, we’re going to see more kids questioning what it means to be male and female.”

A little girl being raised by two gay fathers attends a private daycare facility in Katy, TX. This little girls and her fathers recently approached the head of the facility to inform them that the little girl no longer wishes to be a little girl, but instead wishes to be a boy. The administrators distributed a letter to all staff members and teachers, informing them of the situation, requesting understanding, tolerance, and acceptance. One of the teachers, Madeline Kirksey, was fired for refusing to refer to the little girl as a little boy. Another teacher, Akesha Bogany Wyatt was fired for raising concerns over the child’s eagerness to be “transgender”.

Attorney and candidate for Texas State Representative District 128, Briscoe Cain, and Andy Taylor have been hired to represent both women in a discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit against the daycare facility, Children’s Lighthouse. Briscoe Cain continues giving more details about the case regarding a little girl who thinks she’s a boy and the teachers who were fired for refusing to acknowledge the “change” in the child’s “gender”. First, Briscoe reveals how the little girl’s older sibling told other children that the little girl was more like a boy and should be called a boy; the sibling was also explaining to other young children what “transgenderism” is. Where is this sibling learning all this information? From their two gay “fathers”? Was the sibling being told to egg the other children on by the two gay “fathers”? Or was this sibling simply trying to be mean?

Madeline Kirksey flat-out told the administrators that she refused to call this little girl a boy because of her religious beliefs. But it is more than that. Madeline’s refusal was also to protect the children, including this little girl herself, from confusion, ridicule, and heartache. Madeline saw first-hand how this little girl got very upset several times when someone called her a boy. Something just doesn’t add up….

Madeline tried to encourage the administrative staff to call a parent meeting so the other parents could be aware of the situation and give their opinions on how the situation should be handled. Listen in as Briscoe explains what happened next!

Other cities around the state of Texas have adopted ordinances similar to Proposition 1 in Houston, otherwise known as HERO. The ordinances in Ft. Worth, Plano, and San Antonio, however, NEVER authorized men to use the women’s restroom, dressing room, or locker room. In fact, these cities make it unlawful! So what’s the big fuss over the Houston ordinance?

Former Republican Party Chairman, Jared Woodfill, says, “If a private business owner refuses to allow a biological male to enter a female restroom, that owner will be prosecuted by the City of Houston to the fullest extent of the law.” Just like they did with the cake baker, photographer, and wedding venue holder, the LGBTQ crowd will go from business to business searching for that one owner who refuses to follow the ordinance, pouncing with claws open. They will tear that owner to pieces, bankrupting and ruining them so the next business owner stays silent.

“The ultimate goal is to criminalize your faith,” Jared believes. Too many people have stayed silent, but we can’t anymore. “The eyes of the nation are on Houston right now; they are watching us,” Jared continues. “We need to be ready for the battle.”

Listen as the exact wording from Proposition 1 is read. It is not only confusing, but deceitful! Many people are being duped into believing this ordinance is all about protection against racial discrimination, ethnicity, and sex. They believe it just protects nursing moms, the disabled, and veterans. These are all rights already protected by current laws! There are over 20 pages to Proposition 1. What average citizen is going to read that? There is only one tiny section which addresses the transgender issue. And that, my friends, is the problem.

The Obama Administration is telling school districts all across America that they must allow boys to use the girl’s restroom and changing facilities if the boy “identifies as a female”. There is no law that states school districts must do this. Allowing confused boys use the girl’s bathroom and locker room is just wrong. Period. It’s happened on the West Coast, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and even in Houston, Texas. The case in question today is the “transgender boy” from Ohio.

Matt Sharp serves as legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, where he plays a key role on the Freedom of Conscience Team. Matt says, “Schools have a duty to protect the privacy, safety, and dignity of every student, not just a handful of students while the interests and rights of every other student are thrown out the window.”

The LGBTQ agenda is taking over our nation, specifically the younger generation. Listen in as Matt discusses student’s rights concerning this obvious display of discrimination against the majority. Advocates against homosexual and transgender reparative therapy argue that the efforts are harmful and ineffective. But where is there scientific evidence? Peter Sprigg is a Senior Fellow for Policy Studies with the Family Research Council. Peter discusses some early “gay gene” studies in the 1990’s that many in the MSM still use today although pro-gay activists don’t! Why? Because they don’t prove anything! They can’t! It’s all lies and twisted results.

Peter also explains the recent surge in HIV/AIDS cases among males ages 13-20. Many of the males continue to have sex once infected because it can take years for symptoms to surface and raise red flags, therefore infecting others who infect others and so forth. Many of these males did not choose to voluntarily have sex with another male; most of them were raped or sexually molested, some at sleepover parties at a young age.

When a parent becomes aware of sexual abuse in their children, they obviously seek therapy to help their child cope with the trauma. This type of therapy is fine and acceptable by all in the field; however, it is when you dig deeper and let the child know it is not okay to have a same-sex attraction… that is the issue. Gay activists want children to be told it’s completely natural to be attracted to the same sex, even after they’ve been abused. Herein lies the problem.

“Parents should have the ultimate authority to provide for their children’s mental health just as they have the authority and responsibility to care for their physical health,” guest Peter Sprigg says. He goes on to explain how advocates against reparative therapy try to spin the issue into a hateful, homophobic, bullying tactic. Peter has met many, many therapists who have never forced any child or parent to go against their will with this type of therapy.

Furthermore, the term “conversion therapy” is used by the MSM – not by therapists – to make it sound hateful and bigoted. Peter prefer to call it “sexual orientation therapy” or even “sexual orientation change efforts”. Without Biblical moral absolutes there are no standards by which to determine what behavior is good and what is evil. The homosexual political movement wants to destroy all Biblical moral absolutes and throw our nation into sexual and moral anarchy. We not only have homosexuals invading our government, schools, and even churches, we now have transgenders wanting equal rights and access. Bruce Jenner is their poster child. And this is scary. Very, very scary.

Dr. Steve Hotze has been passionately advocating for Christian rights and freedoms for years. He is fed up with the Republican entitlement giving in to the homosexual’s demands. It is time for pastors, parents, and grandparents to stand up and fight for future generations.

Today, Dr. Hotze gives us a brief vocabulary lesson on what debauched and deviant mean in the eyes of the Lord and also reminds us what the Scriptures say about homosexuality. He says, “We need to hold on to God’s Word and teach it to our children so they can keep their minds pure and clean.”

The American Psychiatric Association has recently labeled “pedophilia” as a sexual orientation. This is sickening. Absolutely sickening. No gene expert or scientist or therapist or doctor has ever proven, without a shadow of a doubt, that there is a “gay gene”. No one is born gay. Period. Why can’t the LGBT crowd just accept that?

Jared Woodfill is the former Harris County Republican Party Chairman. He has been a vocal advocate for pastors and all Christians concerning the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO) that caused such an uproar last year. If you don’t recall, the HERO law allowed any person who identified as a transsexual to use whichever restroom, locker room, changing room, etc. they wanted to within the Houston City Limits. In other words, if a man wakes up one day and decides to dress as a female, he could be standing next to your wife or daughter in the bathroom or gym locker room. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

The Texas Supreme Court has ruled that the HERO law must either be repealed completely or allow the voters to decide in November 2016. As of right now, the ordinance is suspended and is no longer allowed to be recognized in Houston. This is a huge victory against the homosexual agenda. NOTE: There are several others cities in Texas that have a similar ordinance. Do not let the bullies win.

Jared was one of the attorneys on the HERO case. He is here today to discuss the details of the case and what comes next. He says, “What happens in Houston will impact the entire nation…People of faith need to continue to stand up and speak up and refuse to shut up. When we stay silent, we lose.”

The LGBT crowd is whining, saying that Christians are trying to force our beliefs on them. That is absolutely false. Actually, it is the other way around. We have been allowing less than 5 percent of the population to dictate too much in this country for far too long. They want us to accept their sinful lifestyle. They try to justify their perversions by saying we are the hateful ones. If we don’t conform to their way of thinking, we are judgmental bigots.

Senator Paul Bettencourt represents Senatorial District 7. He believes Houston Mayor Annise Parker “is simply trying to score points with a national audience.” Mayor Parker has stated from day one that the HERO law is personal to her, obviously because she is an outspoken lesbian. She has tried to silence those who oppose the HERO law by spending hundreds of thousands of taxpayer money fighting us. Some even think she has broken the law.

Senator Bettencourt has been doing all he can to put a stop to the HERO law – and he will continue to do so. He encourages voters to question all political candidates on this issue and make sure he/she will not allow this perverted law into any more cities in the state of Texas.
