Title: Their Way or the Highway
Topic: Homosexual Agenda
Discussed by Ethan Peck
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Kroger issued a statement: “Some people’s morality can be a barrier to accepting LGBTQ+ people.”

Ethan Peck is an associate for the Free Enterprise Project, a program of the National Center for Public Policy Research. Today, Ethan discusses how Kroger policy mandates are placing employees with Conservative values at risk.

Click here to read the FEP’s proposal to Kroger.

What is the Free Enterprise Project? How do the they monitor corporations?

What tactics has the Left used for decades to influence shareholders and corporations?

Is there ample evidence that Kroger employees with Conservative viewpoints may face discrimination? Ethan Peck explains the FEP audit proposal.

Did Kroger recently kowtow to leftwing social media criticism by removing patriotic and Second Amendment related items from store shelves? Ethan reminds us of what Muslims did when they conquered a land, comparing this act to the Left’s “cult of wokeness”.

Title: Are the Disabled Being Left Behind?
Topic: Disability Employment Awareness
Discussed by Melissa Ortiz
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

1 in 4 adults in the US are living with a disability, including impairments with vision, hearing, mobility, and cognition. This equates to 61 million people! At least 75% of the 61 million people could be working if they were given the proper accommodations and support.

Today, Melissa Ortiz discusses ways the government can actually help – not hinder – those living with a disability. Melissa recently joined the NCPPR to help launch their newest initiative, Able Americans.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Who is Annie Oakley? HINT: Not the famous markswoman who was known for her sharpshooting.

Do more Americans need service dogs/animals to help them navigate daily life? Melissa discusses a bill introduced in Congress which would give a service dog to every US Veteran who requested one at no cost.

What are some short-term disabilities? Do those with short-term disabilities need assistance until they are able to return to work?

Are some government programs barriers to improved quality of life?

How can we all help with the quality of life for someone with a disability? Melissa responds with this question: “How would you help someone without a disability improve their quality of life?”

Title: The Democrat’s Road to EV Utopia is about to Get a Whole Lot Bumpier
Topic: Democrats Gone Wild
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 3

Dr. Bonner R. Cohen is a Senior Fellow at the National Center for Public Policy Research, where he concentrates on energy, natural resources, and international relations. Today he discusses the Democrat’s unattainable dream of electric vehicle (EV) utopia using the Inflation Reduction Act.

Click here for more on this and other topics from Dr. Bonner Cohen.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is California really outlawing the sale of gasoline powered cars, trucks, and buses? Are they also forbidding all other uses of fossil fuels in engines? Dr. Cohen reveals that they hope to achieve this by the year 2035 and many states will follow suit, limiting American’s ability to purchase a vehicle of their choice.

Will manufactures eventually stop building gasoline powered vehicles?

Will electric cars drop in price? Dr. Cohen and others predict the cost will just keep getting higher and higher, which will be detrimental to middle and lower-income Americans.

What is the end goal for the environmentalists pushing EV’s?

Will hundreds of thousands of automobile workers lose their jobs? Dr. Cohen reveals that Ford just recently announced that they will be laying off 3,000 white-collar jobs in connection with its transition to EV’s.

Topic: Democrats Gone Wild
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Without tax subsidies, will middle and lower-income Americans be able to afford an electric vehicle? Dr. Cohen believes that even with subsidies, they won’t be able to afford one!

How long does the average EV battery last before it must be replaced? Are efforts being made to lengthen the life of EV batteries? What is the average cost for an EV battery?

What is the proper way to dispose of an EV battery? Is this actually harmful to the environment? Dr. Cohen briefly explains that EV batteries are full of toxic chemicals and there is no safe way to dispose of them without polluting the ground.

Topic: Democrats Gone Wild
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What raw materials are needed to manufacture EV’s and their batteries? Where are most of these raw materials mined? Will environmentalists allow the materials to be mined in the US? If you don’t know the answers to these questions, your head is going to explode!

If the raw materials for EV’s cannot come from Russia or China or even America per environmentalists’ demands, where will they come from? Do these countries even have the resources and raw materials needed?

Does California have enough electric generating capacity to charge everyone’s electric vehicles?

Bottom Line: Do “they” want every American totally dependent on the government?

Title: SCOTUS Left a Bitter Pill to Swallow in One of its Key Rulings
Topic: Climate Change Bologna
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Dr. Bonner Cohen recently wrote: “The Biden administration’s plan to use the administrative regulatory state to further what the president has called the 'incredible transition' to green energy hit a speed bump with the Supreme Court’s June 30 ruling reining in the Environmental Agency’s (EPA) authority to regulate power plants.” Today, Dr. Cohen, a senior fellow at the National Center for Public Policy Research, discusses the significance of the Supreme Court’s ruling.

Click here to read Dr. Cohen’s full op-ed on this topic.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Who within our government is authorized to decide major policy issues? Dr. Cohen reminds us of the role of Congress, the division of powers, and the branches of government. He further explains how many agencies, such as the EPA and CDC, have become “lawmakers” over the past few decades and why it has been so bad for many reasons.

What is the purpose is the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)?

Did Obama state that he could use his “pen and phone” to achieve his goal to phase out fossil fuels?

Bottom Line: Is CO2 a pollutant? No.

How did the Supreme Court come to their decision if none of them are scientists? Dr. Cohen explains the West Virginia case in question, saying: “It was scientifically absurd!”

What does the future hold for this issue? Where will Americans get affordable and reliable energy? Dr. Cohen discusses why wind and solar energy and electric cars are NOT the answer.

Disclaimer: Use caution when listening to this segment around young children. Issues discussed may be upsetting or hard for little ones to understand.

New guest, Ethan Peck, discusses some disturbing information about Disney today. You might not want to believe that it is true – but it is!

Ethan is an associate for the National Center’s Free Enterprise Project. He holds a Master’s Degree in Counter-Terrorism & Homeland Security from the Lauder School of Government at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel. Ethan is well-versed in woke ideology and the social justice mindset. He is hopeful that traditional American values can be communicated effectively across the aisle and is passionate about seeing that accomplished.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Ethan was raised in a home that feared and believed in God, but gravitated toward Leftist ideals in college. What brough him back to the “right side”?

Has Disney been the world’s leading content creator for children for many, many decades?

Was discussion about “adding queerness and gender nonconforming characters to children’s programming” recently captured and exposed to the world through leaked videos? Ethan reveals that Disney executives actually said on video they have a “not-so-secret-gay-agenda”.

Do these videos further expose Disney executives openly celebrating their past efforts to introduce gender and sex-based content to children?

Do other videos expose the short-term plans of Disney to have a minimum of 50% of characters be LGBQIA?

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Why is Emery McClendon a Conservative? Listen to his fantastic answer!

Has the Democrat Party left behind traditional American values?

What difficulties are Americans facing today that they did not face while Trump was President? Emery says: “We could go on and on, but first of all let me mention the price of groceries and feeding a family…and the high price of fuel.” He goes on to discuss several other issues such as the lack of good jobs, the crisis at the border, and the destruction of our military.

Why should we not believe the sugarcoated words of Joe Biden and his administration?

Title: PROOF: The CDC Lied to Us
Topic: Coronavirus
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 2

A recent study by the Institute for Pure and Applied Knowledge/Public Health Initiative raises intriguing questions. The study, “COVID-19 Data Collection, Comorbidity & the Law,” concludes that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) unilaterally altered the 17-year-old process by which it calculated disease-caused fatalities, creating a special procedure for tabulating COVID-19 deaths.

Dr. Bonner Cohen, a Senior Fellow with the NCPPR, reveals the details – details most of us have known to be true for months.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Did the nation reach a significant milestone in late February in regards to the number of reported COVID-19 deaths? Are the numbers accurate?

Is there proof that the CDC altered the process in order to fudge the case/death numbers for COVID-19?

Was this alteration just used for tabulating COVID-19 cases/deaths? Dr. Cohen explains that the CDC violated three Federal Statutes: The Data Quality Act, The Administrative Procedures Act, and the Paperwork Reduction Act.

Did the CDC knowingly alter rules for reporting the cause of death in the presence of comorbidity exclusively for COVID-19?

Title: Part 2 of 2 - PROOF: The CDC Lied to Us
Topic: Coronavirus
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Questions/Issues Discussed:

For the past seventeen years, have coroners, medical examiners, and physicians had a specific procedure for marking and categorizing a death/death certificate?

OOn its own accord, did the CDC alter these instructions in order to de-emphasize underlying causes of death, also referred to as preexisting conditions or comorbidities?

Will we ever know the exact number of people who died strictly from COVID-19? Dr. Cohen states: “We don’t have accurate figures because the CDC willfully distorted them…The CDC rigged the game from the very beginning. We cannot go back and untangle the web that they have woven.”

How does this compare to the Tuskegee Experiment? Are we looking at a major cover-up conspiracy?

Where do we go from here? Can we every trust the CDC again?

Will the Trump-haters go away once he is no longer President? Or will they hound him through all eternity?

Did President Trump egg on and encourage the law-breakers last Wednesday?

The Left completely ignored the violent riots and protest for seven months. Are they now saying the attack last Wednesday is terrorism, calling for the most severe punishment possible?

Is it customary for Cabinet Secretaries and other appointed officials to resign before the next President officially takes office?

Have President Trump’s policies helped more Americans than they have harmed?

Does discrimination in the workforce against Conservatives really exist? You bet it does!

Justin Danhof, General Counsel for the National Center for Public Policy Research, discusses the newest political antics of Salesforce Reserve head Marc Benioff, perhaps the most liberal CEO in America.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What is Salesforce Reserve? Is the CEO, Mark Benioff, one of the “good guys” or a “bad guy”?

Is Salesforce Reserve practicing viewpoint discrimination? What proof does Justin have?

Have left-leaning organizations bullied corporations through share-holder meetings for decades?

Is Conservative Viewpoint Discrimination rampant across corporate America?

Is Conservative Viewpoint Discrimination rampant in American colleges and universities?

Title: Is California on the Brink of Collapse?
Topic: California Crush
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 3

As frustration grows over widespread wildfires and power outages in California, longstanding environmental policies and the state’s management of its natural resources are coming under growing scrutiny as contributing to the ongoing devastation.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Why has the state California been suffering from so many wildfires over the past few decades? Dr. Cohen discusses some of the causes, including nature, lightning strikes, careless campers, and electrical shorts…

Do bugs and trees have more rights in California than humans? “This is negligence on the part of the government of California on an absolutely massive – and I dare say criminal scale,” Dr. Cohen states matter-of-factly.

Has PG&E conducted brown-outs and black-outs, keeping millions of customers in the dark for long periods of time? Does this contribute to the wildfires?

Is PG&E a government-controlled monopoly?

Are government bureaucrats dictating how PG&E is to spend its revenue? Is the government also dictating how to trim trees and maintain local habitation? Why and how?

Are these insane policies directly affecting how firefighters are able to battle the wildfires in California? “They are working under absolutely impossible circumstances,” Dr. Cohen believes.

Title: If Water Stands/Puddles On Your Property: EPA Regulates
Topic: EPA to Regulate Your Puddle and Ditch
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Under the Obama Administration, the EPA was granted the authority to regulate every single body of water in the US – even a puddle on your own private property. Yes! This is true!

Thankfully, all that has now changed, thanks to President Trump's repeal of this suffocating regulation!

Dr. Conner Bohen is Senior Fellow at the National Center for Public Policy Research, where he concentrates on energy, natural resources, and international relations.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is it “really” true that the Obama Administration grated the EPA full access and governing rights to every single body of water in the US – even a puddle on private property?

Did many believe this was a gross overreach of power?

Why did the courts agree with the people, ruling against the Obama Administration regulation?

Did President Trump take positive action to reverse this regulation?

Should bureaucrats sitting in an obscure office in WDC have the dictatorial power to tell Texas land owners, developers, farmers, and ranchers what they can and cannot do with their property?

Does Al Gore have a private jet, a house boat, and numerous gas-guzzling SUV’s at his disposable?

Al Gore has a swimming pool and a hot tub. How much did it cost to heat the pool alone?

IIs this a clear example of “don’t do as I do, but do as I say”?

Title: Al Gore is an Energy Hog
Topic: Environmental Issues
Discussed by David Almasi
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

David Almasi is the Vice President of the National Center for Public Policy Research. David will be discussing more information about Al Gore and his hypocrisy.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

It must be nice for a single man to own a 10,000 square foot home… Does Al Gore “walk the walk” or just “talk the talk”? Why does he need all that space?

After it was discovered in 2007 that his home is an energy-hog, what upgrades/remodeling has he done to bring down his energy usage? Was he successful in his attempts? David Almasi describes some of the upgrades, including “curly fry lights”.

Does Al Gore depend solely on green energy for his home? Can any home or business rely solely on green energy?

Marketers of green energy are lying to the public. Should they be sued for false advertising?

Title: Gap, Inc. and the Homosexual Agenda
Topic: Homosexual Agenda
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Disclaimer: Use caution when listening to this segment around young children. Issues discussed might be upsetting or hard for little ones to understand.

Justin Danhof is the General Counsel for the National Center for Public Policy Research, as well as Director of the Center's Free Enterprise Project. Listen in as he explains why Gap, Inc. supports the homosexual agenda in America, yet they are silent in other countries.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Why doesn’t Gap, Inc. – with retail chains including, Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and others – take an active stand against the horrific treatment of homosexuals and women in foreign countries where they do business?

Is Gap, Inc. active in pushing the homosexual agenda in America?

Did Gap, Inc. sign on to a legal brief opposing North Carolina’s HB2 law?

Is this hypocritical?

Should Americans add Gap, Inc. and its affiliates to their list of stores to boycott?

Title: Consistency Compared to Hypocrisy
Topic: Liberal Hypocrisy
Discussed by David Almasi
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

The Left is at it again, and this time it’s the popular Coca-Cola Company. In 2016, Coca-Cola lent its name to the group Georgia Prospers in opposition to a bill that would have protected religious institutions from having to perform functions that compromised their faith. Yet, Coca-Cola is heavily invested in countries that do not provide equal rights to Christians, gays, or women.

David Almasi is the Vice President at the National Center for Public Policy Research. Their Free Enterprise Project is the nation’s leading proponent of free-market investor activism.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Does Coca-Cola invest/operate in countries that consider homosexuality a crime and where the penalty can be death?

How is a country/region defined as “high-risk”?

Instead of investing/operating in these high-risk countries, should Coca-Cola instead organize protests against those governments until they provide equal rights to all? Or does Coca-Cola care more about profits than people?

The National Center is a shareholder in Coca-Cola, which allows them to attend shareholder meetings and inquire about issues such as this. Listen as David describes the strides they are making in spreading the word about Coca-Cola’s double standards, as well as other companies.

Title: The Truth About Climate Change - Part 2
Topic: Climate Change Bologna
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

In response to the large scale anti-Trump, pro-Green-Environment march held on Earth Day, let’s take a look at the facts with Dr. Bonner Cohen, the Environmental Scholar for the National Center for Public Policy Research.

NOTE: Today, Dr. Bonner is representing the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT) as one of their Senior Policy Analysts.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is there a scientific consensus that man is causing cataclysmic, catastrophic climate change because of man’s use of fossil fuels? Dr. Bonner Cohen says this: “Anytime they say there is a consensus, this is a red flag. There is something behind this that has nothing whatsoever to do with science.”

Do most Americans want to pay more for consumer goods?

Do most Americans want to pay more in fuel costs to drive their automobiles and heat and cool their homes?

Will we all suffer massive job losses in order to pay for additional measures for supposedly cleaner air, water, and to save more polar bears?

Is the US only contributing about five percent of the CO2 emitted world-wide each year?

If the US dropped its CO2 emissions to zero, what effect would this have on global temperatures?

What should parents and grandparents do to counter the lies taught to children in the public school systems?

Title: Part 2 of 2 - Homeland Security in Jeopardy From a Wind Farm
Topic: Wind Energy
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is this new wind turbine farm providing electricity for the citizens of North Carolina? HINT: Nope! It’s just for Amazon!

Listen as Dr. Bonner Cohen offers a little science lesson and research information on wind turbine farms, specifically this new one for Amazon.

Is Amazon already utilizing the new wind turbine farm? Is this already placing American lives at risk?

When wind energy is not available, what type of energy does Amazon use?

On average, how much energy does a wind farm produce? HINT: It’s not much!

Is there a reasonable chance that the Trump Administration will inform Amazon that the wind farm must go?

Title: Freedom After Work
Topic: Christian Discrimination in America
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

It is a sad reality when employees must abandon their personal beliefs at the workplace. But, is it a basic freedom to reclaim those same beliefs in order to participate in non-work related activities, without the fear of retribution from their employer?

Justin Danhof is with the National Center for Public Policy Research. His division oversees their "Employee Conscience Protection Project". Justin has been going into shareholder meetings across the country to ask CEOs, upper management, and shareholders to allow certain freedoms to their workforce.

Currently, only about half of American workers live in a jurisdiction that provides statutory protection against employer retaliation for engaging in First Amendment activities. Some of these laws are weaker than others, and many corporations do not offer this protection as a condition of employment.

In other words, the activities which employees participate in on their own time should be left alone. Justin Danhof discusses the incident that brought to light the seriousness of this issue. “The CEO of a company was ousted from his job because liberal activists uncovered that he had donated to the Proposition 8 Marriage Amendment in California…with his own money.”

Listen in as Justin discusses the National Center’s efforts to convince major corporations across the country to offer protections to the employees regarding “off the clock” activities, including political activism. Most corporations they have approached, such as Walmart, GE, Pfizer, Merck, Visa, PepsiCo, and Home Depot, have accepted their proposal, protecting over 5 million people with new corporate policies.

WARNING: All Starbucks and Costco lovers will NOT like the following information, but it needs to be revealed. Both companies were founded and currently directed by extreme, far-left leaning people. When Justin and the National Center approached Starbucks and Costco with the very same proposal which the above companies and others have already agreed to, their response was… Listen in to hear more!

From college campuses to the board room, free speech, primarily for Christians, is under attack. “It’s a totalitarian mindset,” Justin believes. “And it’s only coming from liberal folks!” Don’t be afraid to speak out and stand up on your own time. Title: Jail Climate Change Deniers
Topic: Jail Climate Change Deniers
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Portraying themselves as defenders of free speech, nineteen Democrat Senators protested recently in the bowels of the US Senate chambers demanding that those denying man is causing catastrophic, cataclysmic climate be punished criminally and civilly.

Dr. Bonner Cohen is the Environment Scholar for the National Center for Public Policy Research. Today he will be discussing the need to stop the Democrats and the EPA once and for all.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Portraying themselves as defenders of the Constitution, did nineteen Democrat Senators show their true colors as haters of anyone who disagrees with them?

Is this a blatant act of intimidation?

Do their actions depict a frontal attack on our First Amendment Right of Free Speech? Dr. Bonner Cohen absolutely believes this to be true! In addition, he says it is an attack on science. Listen in as he explains his position.

What are the Fundamentals of Scientific Inquiry using Global Warming/Climate Change as the example?

You may be thinking: “Who cares?” Why should those in the middle-class care? Why should Senior Citizens care? Why should all minorities care?

Title: The Left is Muzzling You
Topic: Free Speech Rights
Discussed by Amy Ridenour
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

The National Center for Public Policy Research is calling on a group of high profile Senators working on the climate issue to prove they are not hypocrites. The call comes after a marathon on the Senate floor condemning dozens of conservative and free-market policy groups for not endorsing the global warming theory.

Amy Ridenour is here today with all the details.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What are these Senators asking climate change “deniers” to do?

Why did the National Center ask specific Senators to prove they aren't hypocrites?

Should politicians and candidates be subjected to “truth in advertising laws”?

Is climate change high on the average American’s priority lists?

Do Americans want higher energy prices to combat climate change?

Why don’t these environmentalists and others who believe the theory of man-caused climate change just take us “deniers” to court?

Title: Target CEO has no Regrets
Topic: Transgender Agenda
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Target has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Justin Danhof is the Director of the Free Enterprise Project within the National Center for Public Policy. Today, Justin will be discussing details of the recent Target shareholders meeting where members of the National Center asked company executives point-blank if they had regrets over their approval of all-sex bathrooms and dressing rooms.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

First, why are members of the Free Enterprise Project attending various shareholder meetings for different companies across the country?

What was Target's response to the National Center’s request to reverse their decision on their bathroom policy?

The media has envisioned and portrayed tens of thousands of transgendered individuals clamoring to use ‘the other facility’ at various businesses. Is this true?

A while back, Target made the announcement that they would no longer be separating boys and girls clothing or toys department. This angered a few people. However, when Target made the decision to offer “free-range” bathrooms and dressing rooms, they angered millions. Has this caused Target’s stock price to drop? Have sales dropped as well?

Will Target’s decision place lives at risk?

Justin also discusses a specific question that he asked the CEO of Target concerning his comparison of 1960’s racism to people who do not like the new bathroom policy. The two are obviously not even comparable, but the left just doesn’t see the difference.

Is the boycott of Target fading away? Where will you choose to back-to-school-shop in August?

Title: Religious Freedom Hangs in the Balance
Topic: Religious Freedom
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Some corporations are being used as front groups by left-wing anti-religion coalitions. But, are they simple pawns or willing accomplices?

Justin Danhof is the Director of the Free Enterprise Project with the National Center for Public Policy Research. He recently asked Home Depot point blank if they oppose religious freedom because they belong to the Georgia Prospers, a corporate coalition that lobbied extensively - and dishonestly - against Georgia's religious freedom bill titled "The Free Exercise Protection Act”.

When it comes to political involvement, most corporations – big and small – tend to lean toward the left. Justin believes there are several very good reasons for this: First, the left is very in-your-face concerning the social issues. Second, there is a massive amount of hypocrisy in the media, as we all know.

Listen in as Justin discusses more about corporation’s involvement in political matters and why it absolutely matters for all Americans. “Over the last year and a half, it’s become very clear that this is where the left is taking the next major fight in this country,” he says. “But, when you poll the public, they are with the ‘common-sense movement’.”

Title: Climate Hustle Coming to a Theatre Near You!
Topic: Movie Review
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

The US Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, and many left-leaning state Attorney Generals are calling for organizations and individuals to be punished for denying man-caused global warming. Of course, America’s favorite jet-setting, millionaire Al Gore is in full agreement with such civil and criminal penalties.

Dr. Bonner Cohen is a Senior Policy Analyst with the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow. He is also an internationally recognized expert on natural resources. He is here today to discuss a new documentary, Climate Hustle, which will be showing all across America on Monday, May 2, 2016. “There have always been people who, in the name of protecting the planet, say we must take urgent and drastic measures now,” Dr. Cohen states. What are things we really shouldn’t do, though, to “save the planet”? Listen in as Dr. Cohen explains why CO2 is really good for us and “they” are wrong!

There have been seventeen Ice Ages, for example, over the last two million years (we’re not here to dispute how old the earth is). NONE of those Ice Ages began or dissipated due to human activity or interference. So, how do the human-haters explain the drastic ups and downs throughout history of the weather patterns? “They ignore it,” Dr. Cohen declares. “They are very selective in what they point to and what they leave out.

Today’s climate is relatively stable. The question is this: Are we seeing any extraordinary events that we have not seen in the past? NO! Dr. Cohen says, “The movie addresses who is making these claims, why they are being made, and why the science does not support the agreement.

Listen in as Dr. Bonner Cohen explains more about the documentary, Climate Hustle, and why it is a must-see, especially for those who aren’t sure about the facts. He also encourages parents to take their children, grade-school age and up, to see the film. “They are being spoon-fed what is pure nonsense,” he states.

FACT: The first polar bear census was conducted globally in 1965 when there were between 12,000 and 13,000 polar bears. Now, there are over 25,000!

Title: What’s the Beef with Beef?
Topic: World Health Organization
Discussed by Jeff Stier
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

The World Health Organization (WHO) research department recently released a report stating processed meats cause cancer.  Jeff Steir, the National Center for Public Policy Research Risk Analysis Director, is here today to say “It’s okay to eat bacon!!” Praise the Lord!

More importantly, however, Jeff explains how WHO came to the conclusion that processed meats are carcinogens. The World Health Organization Cancer Agency alleges that for each 50 grams of processed meats eaten daily, consumers increase their chance of colorectal cancer by 18%. Not “any type” of cancer only colon cancer.  And this is not a certainty; it is just a “risk”.

Without this context, it is easy to pay attention to the '18%' number without understanding context. It's like saying that living near a NASA facility triples your chances of getting hit by an errant space ship. It may be true, but it doesn't mean much,” Jeff Stier says. Furthermore, a person would need to eat this 50 grams of processed meat every single day for their entire life to meet this 18% expectation. That is highly unlikely.

As per usual, the MSM didn’t bother to dig deeper into the facts and started screaming “Don’t eat bacon! It will kill you!” PETA was cheering and applauding the fact that meat caused cancer. Why would anyone be happy that another human being was diagnosed with cancer? Simply put, PETA loves animals more than their fellow citizen.

Title: Politicians and their Love of Medicare
Topic: Medicare
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 2

Is there any help and hope for Medicare? Should every American citizen over the age of 65 be forced to utilize Medicare for their health insurance needs? The system is broke and adding more people to the fray will only make it worse, in my opinion.

Dr. David Hogberg has a new book out "Medicare's Victims: How the U.S. Government's Largest Health Care Program Harms Patients and Impairs Physicians.  The book reveals personal stories of patients who have been harmed, as well as the struggles many physicians face within the system.

David explains why Medicare is so popular, especially among politicians. “A lot of the folks on Medicare have considerable political power, which basically results in Congress making sure Medicare works for them.” He goes on to discuss why using a Medicare-for-all system is a bad idea (duh – it comes from Barney Frank!) and why politicians love healthy people (hint: sick people can’t help block walk!). “Unless you’re from Chicago, your vote doesn’t count when you’re dead!” – Dr. David Hogberg

Dr. David Hogberg also shares two of the stories he includes in his book.   The facts don’t lie. While there is a good outcome, will it be enough? Listen in and share with your friends.

Title: Where’s the Beef? And the Chicken? And Even the Veggies?
Topic: GMO's
Discussed by Jeff Stier
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Animal Rights Activists are at it again. Jeff Stier, Director of Risk Analysis for the National Center for Public Policy Research, says in a recently published article in the San Diego Union Tribute, “Animal ‘rights’ activists scored a victory earlier this year – not in court, but through political tactics….These cases are part of a broader campaign in which radical activists purposefully seek to blur the important distinction between ‘animal welfare’ and “animal rights.”

Simply put, animal welfare is the notion shared by all decent humans that we should take good care of animals. Animal rights, on the other hand, is a system where whales can be considered slaves and research chimpanzees have personhood. In fact, they want all animals, domesticated or not, to be protected under the 13th Amendment.

Animal welfare is important. We must protect and care for all God’s creatures. Jeff says, however, that these activists are doing more harm than good. He urges people to support your local animal shelters, but be wary of PETA and Human Society groups. Listen in as he explains how well-known animal rights groups actually spend donation money.

SHOCKING FACT: PETA actually has a program called “Holocaust on a Plate” which compares the killing of animals to the killing of millions of people at the hands of evil men. This is becoming the centralized issue in their agenda and, unfortunately, it is working.

Jeff’s article on this issue can be found [here].

Title: The Truth about GMO’s
Topic: GMO's
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

The European Union spent ten years and hundreds of millions of Euros to exhaustively examine GMOs, determining: "The main conclusion to be drawn from the efforts of more than 130 research projects, covering a period of more than 25 years of research, and involving more than 500 independent research groups, is that biotechnology, and in particular GMOs, are not per se more risky than conventional plant breeding technologies." Read that again… Basically the UN is admitting they’ve been LYING to the entire world when they claim that GMO’s and DDT’s kill, harm, or poison people and animals.

Justin Danhof understands that people may have a difficult time grasping this new information. We’ve been lied to so often about GMO’s that it will take a lot of convincing for some people to change their thought process. Rich Hollywood celebrities and others spread fear through TV shows, blogs, and 140-character Twitter tirades which millions of people read and accept as fact.

Justin explains how the “Genetic Literacy Project has compiled over 2,500 independent studies that have all verified that GMO’s are perfectly safe for human consumption.” In fact, NO ONE has ever gotten sick from GMO’s in their food. It is a proven, scientific fact.

Justin’s biggest problem with the lies about GMO’s is the harm caused to low-income people and those in third-world countries. People in India, for example, are suffering blindness, serious illness, and even death due to a lack of Vitamin A deficiency because environmentalists won’t allow the government to use GMO’s in the food! Their entire thought process on the matter is just insane. In fact, Justin says “they have blood on their hands.” Click [here]  for more on this and other issues.

Title: GE, The Clinton Foundation, and Algeria
Topic: Government Contract
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

GE donated money to The Clinton Foundation. Is it just a coincidence that GE then received a $1.9 Billion contract from Algeria? Justin Danhof is the General Counsel for The National Center for Public Policy Research, as well as Director of the Center's Free Enterprise Project. Justin and others are buying stock in big corporations in order to attend their annual stockholder’s meetings. Why?

The American people always seem to be the loser when big government and big companies work together. “We’re there to drive a wedge between them,” Justin says.

Most of you have heard by now that Hillary Clinton deleted thousands upon thousands of emails and erased her computer hard drive. Liberals see nothing wrong with this. Conservatives, however, know this is bad, bad news for our entire county.

American corporations are going to foreign countries and bribing them with cash in exchange for lucrative contracts. Is this even legal? Technically, no. However, big corporations get around this negative practice in other ways. Technically, still illegal, but they do it anyway.

Justin Danhof has given GE an ultimatum: Let us see your emails. Listen in as he discusses “honest services fraud” and why it is so important for the emails to become public.

Title: The Consequences of Medicare and Medicaid
Topic: Obamacare
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 2

Bipartisan support for a bill usually means trouble for Americans. Just look at the stimulus package and Obamacare, two of the biggest disasters in American history. Since 2003, Congress has passed – and then suspended – seventeen new rules regarding Medicaid spending.

There are unintended consequences (and some intentional ones!) when lawmakers pass a bill – any bill. It’s hard to know what the future will hold. “Congress is trying to get rid of the Sustainable Growth Rate,” explains Dr. Hogberg of new legislation concerning Medicare and Medicaid. Listen in as Dr. Hogberg explains this “Doc Fix” and discusses MIPS: Merit-based Incentive Program for the doctor. Doctors are rewarded for healthy patients but punished for sick patients. Isn’t a doctor’s job to cure sick patients?

Not every doctor will have the same mix of patients. For instance, “A doctor in New York City will have a different type of patient than, say, doctors in Manhattan, Kansas,” David believes. So, how can Congress expect to offer the exact same incentives to every doctor across the nation?

But what about the intended consequences of this bill? Could this law affect your healthcare or that of a loved one? Will your doctor just quit because they care too much about their sick patients? David Hogberg explains this in part – but listen to the second segment with him to hear more!

Title: Part 2 of 2 - The Consequences of Medicare and Medicaid
Topic: Obamacare
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

“The intended consequence (of MIPS) is to reward doctors for providing quality treatment. The unintended consequence is that doctors will be encouraged to only accept or see healthy patients because then they get better scores on these quality measures,” Dr. Hogberg explains of the MIPS: Merit-based Incentive Program.

Another aspect of this bill which disturbs David is the fact that it does not include the measures by which doctors are to be judged! Listen in as he explains this one.

David says the intent of this bill is to lower the cost of Medicaid. However, it will probably have the opposite effect. “The best and brightest doctors are going to avoid the sickest patients because they realize they get paid more for the healthy ones!

Please contact your Congressmen and urge them to vote against this bill, or to at least strike or remove MIPS from the bill.

Title: Fighting Crony Capitalism
Topic: Crony Capitalism
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Apple President Tim Cook stated: “Apple is more interested in green energy than green profits.” But what he is really saying, according to Justin Danhof is: “Essentially, if you were to believe everything that comes out of Tim’s mouth, you’d believe that they (Apple) were running a humanitarian non-profit venture.” Listen in as Justin explains what is going on with Apple.

Another company that has been in the news recently is Costco for discriminating against employees who disagree with their “politics” on their own time. Justin discusses the “Employee Conscious Protection Project” (ECPP), which would allow workers the freedom to participate in politics on their own time, with their own money, without fear of retribution from the employer. GE, Pepsi, and Walmart are just a few of the big-name corporations that have already added the ECPP to their employees’ contracts. Why won’t Costco?

Justin says it all boils down to money. Listen in as he clarifies his opinion. “Free markets are worth fighting for and we’re going to be on the front lines continuing that battle.”

Title: Alternatives to Obamacare
Topic: Obamacare
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

We all know that the Main Stream Media (MSM) are lying liars. They are once again spreading propaganda about the Political Right, saying the GOP has no plans to replace or replenish subsidies within Obamacare if the Supreme Court rules in favor of the plaintiff (in the case King vs. Burwell).

Well, MSM, you are wrong. Republicans and Libertarians alike have presented numerous options for the public to choose from in order to continue receiving medical coverage in exchange for Obamacare subsidies.

What is the lawsuit King vs. Burwell? Does it abolish Obamacare? Does it help Obamacare? Does it just replace some of Obamacare?

Title: Do you work for a 'Partisan Purity Shop'?
Topic: Workplace Political Discrimination
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 2

In today’s society, technology is at our fingertips 24/7 with smart phones, iPads, and laptops. On average, people check their cell phones over 100 times every day. We are constantly opening Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to see if someone liked a post or commented on something. And let’s face it: you like pictures of cute little animals just as much as I do.

For those of us who are politically active, we use social media to repost articles that interest us. We “follow” pages of our favorite political candidates. We share memes of Brian Williams’ “accomplishments”. Did I just type that out loud?

Workplace discipline” is a very real thing. Texas is a “right to work” state, which means an employer can fire an employee for any – or no – reason whatsoever, including political beliefs. But shouldn’t a person’s private life be “private”? Does an employer have the right to pry into employee’s social media accounts?

A common misconception people have is that the First Amendment protects their right to free speech, no matter where, no matter what. Shockingly, only half of all Americans are protected under a law which allows their private life to actually stay “private”.

Listen in as Justin Danhof explains the battle they have initiated to help protect employees from discrimination based on their political beliefs. The project is called the “Employee Conscience Protection Project”. More can be found [here].

Title: Part 2 of 2 - Do you work for a 'Partisan Purity Shop'?
Topic: Workplace Political Discrimination
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

In the first segment, Justin Danhof explains how employers in Texas can hire and fire anyone at any given time. If your employer is a flaming Liberal and doesn’t like your Dan Patrick bumper sticker, you can be fired! If you are still a die-hard Obama-lover and your boss is descendent of the Bush clan, he can kick you to the curb! It doesn’t matter which side of the political realm you side with; your political opinions are “your” political opinions. You should never be pressured to keep silent for fear of losing your job.

Are there any good companies out there who allow their employees private lives to stay “private”? Are there some bad apples? Over the past few months, Justin and others with the “Employee Conscience Protection Project” have asked some of the biggest corporations to allow specific protections to their employees regarding political opinions and private matters, including information on social media.

Listen in as Justin gives the juicy details about the good companies and those you might want to steer clear of. HINT: Do you shop at Costco? Are you employed by Coca-Cola? Do you have a Visa credit card? Who is good and who is baaaaaaaaaaad to the bone?

Title: Is a Bigger Prison Still a Prison?
Topic: Animal Rights Gone Crazy
Discussed by Jeff Stier
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

PETA believes that human kind should not own or keep any animal from land or the sea. No dogs. No cats. No horses. No chickens. No goldfish. No hermit crabs. No whales. No dolphins. Nothing. They don’t belong to us. They belong to the earth.

In fact, PETA believes that all animals are equal to humans. They deserve the same rights as humans. Jeff Stier, with the National Center for Public Policy Research, takes offense to that. While Jeff is an animal lover and he does think we should take care of them, they are NOT equal to humans and do NOT deserve the same rights as us.

Listen in as he explains how a Legislator in Washington filed a bill to ban the keeping of whales and dolphins. SeaWorld is trying their best to accommodate PETA by building bigger tanks, but that’s just not good enough! PETA says keeping whales and dolphins and all sea creatures down to the tiniest clown fish is imprisonment! The whales were being held in bondage – in slavery! PETA says SeaWorld is enslaving whales and dolphins in captivity! Give me a break!!!

The sad thing is that movies which depict suffering animals such as whales and dolphins have such a negative impact that PETA is actually winning this battle! And it’s not just about whales and dolphins. PETA is after your dog and cat; they’re after the cows and chickens. They’re also after the zoo!

Listen in as Jeff explains more about PETA’s worldview. He also encourages PETA members to lead by example.

Title: Eight Lies Told by Obamacare Supporters
Topic: Obamacare Lies
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 2

Politicians are allowed to lie. On TV, on radio, and even right to your face. They can lie to you. It’s even been approved by the courts, who say it’s up to you, the voter, to decipher what is a lie and what is the truth. But who has time for that? Well, that’s what I’m here for! I am not a politician. I am just a man, a messenger, who wants you to know the truth.

When it comes to Obamacare, we have been fed a lot of lies. David Hogberg says there are eight lies told by Obamacare supporters, one of whom is the infamous Jonathan Gruber. Gruber testified under oath concerning Obamacare, and most have heard that he outright lied. Why is he not being prosecuted for his lies? Will he be?

Listen in as David Hogberg explains the congressional intent, the records, and what could happen.

Title: Part 2 of 2 - Eight Lies Told by Obamacare Supporters
Topic: Obamacare Lies
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

After hearing testimony from Gruber and others, David Hogberg believes that the writers and supporters of Obamacare knew they were lying to the public. They knew it would have devastating effects, but they did it anyway. How is this not illegal?

In this segment with David today, he really digs into some of the Eight Lies Told by Obamacare Supporters. People on federal exchanges are supposed to receive premium subsidies. Lie! We were told by Pelosi and Harry Reid, even Obama himself, that we could keep our current healthcare plan. Lie!

What about Congress? Were they in the dark like the rest of us? Or were some of them part of the whole scheme? David Hogberg has an interesting opinion on this matter as well! Listen in!

Title: Before you Move, Check Doctor Availability.
Topic: Finding a Doctor As We Age
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 2

More and more doctors are refusing to accept new Medicare patients. In fact, over the last decade, the number has increased from 10 percent to 17 percent. That may not seem like many, but it is huge – especially in rural areas. That is a 70% jump!

Dr. David Hogberg points out that every few years, Medicare threatens to drastically reduce what it reimburses physicians for medical costs. This is a direct result of the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR). Dr. Hogberg explains what this means to people who are looking to retire. (Note: More on this subject in the second segment with Dr. Hogberg.)

Dr. Hogberg also says it is important to research doctors and specialists in the area you wish to retire to make certain there are choices available for Medicare patients.

Title: Part 2 of 2 - Doctors. Money. And Liars.
Topic: Medicare Payment Problems
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

What is the “Doc Fix” process? Dr. David Hogberg explains how a law passed in 1997 by Congress called the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) created a threshold for Medicare physician fees. He explained how this affects retirees in the first segment. Now, he goes further and explains how doctors reacted to this law.

One of the consequences of the SGR is the physician fees. The current proposal that will come up in the next session includes a cut of 25%. This is huge! For obvious reasons, this is causing a great deal of fear and uncertainty in doctors. Many doctors have chosen to simply stop accepting new Medicare patients. Some use a cost shifting scheme, charging cash-paying patients more for services. Others drop all Medicare patients altogether.

And what in the world is the Kabuki dance? Can we talk about that on family-friendly, Christian radio? Listen in as Dr. Hogberg explains this one!!!

Is there any hope at all that Congress will repeal the SGR permanently? Can they do it? Dr. Hogberg is optimistic that the newly elected Congress will do the right thing and allow doctors to just be doctors.

Title: Yes, Hillary, I DID Create that Job!
Topic: Businesses Do Not Create Jobs (Wrong – They Do!)
Discussed by Amy Ridenour
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Hilary Clinton is following in President Obama’s footsteps. Again. Remember when the President said that businesses don’t create jobs? Well, Hilary said the same thing last week. And, boy oh boy, is she trying to back pedal! Hilary tried to “explain” what she meant by saying it was the tax cuts on businesses. Say what?!?! That makes even less sense, Mrs. Clinton!

Amy Ridenour is the Chairman for the National Center for Public Policy Research. She explains how businesses do, in fact, create jobs. They are, after all, part of the commerce system. And the commerce system exists to create jobs, flooding the economy with goods and services, which in turn creates more jobs to make more goods and services, and so on.

There is a new report circulating which involves Hilary, Russia, and Boeing. When Hilary Clinton was the Secretary of State, Boeing obtained a multi-Billion dollar contract to build new planes on American soil. Now, there is information that Boeing, a Russian company, gave the Clinton Foundation $900,000 during the same time frame!

Listen in as Amy Ridenour discusses the seriousness of this report – and how many other companies have donated money to the Clinton Foundation in order to obtain favors from the American government! The National Center for Public Policy Research has filed a subpoena with the Department of Justice for emails and all communication regarding this matter. Does Amy believe the DOJ will even acknowledge the issue?

Title: ENT Doc says the U.S. is Not Prepared for Ebola
Topic: Ebola
Discussed by Dr. Elaina George
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

How contagious is Ebola? Dr. Elaina George says that most Americans do not have a robust, healthy immune system. We may think we do, but we really don’t. In fact, she says: "We eat processed foods, we don't sleep well, we don't take care of ourselves, and we're living under a great deal of stress, and by definition that will all affect the immune system."

The CDC is saying they are “absolutely certain” Ebola is not an “airborne disease”. Dr. George says that, when it comes to diseases, you can never be “absolutely certain” because they are constantly changing and adapting to their environment. In fact, Ebola has already mutated about 400 times!

No one is exempt when it comes to Ebola. No one. Even if the infected person is not showing symptoms, Ebola can still be passed from person to person.

Dr. Elaina George is an Ear Nose and Throat Physician with a wealth of information about Ebola and the Enterovirus D68. Today, she is here to discuss some useful guidelines to help keep you and your family safe and healthy. She even recommends that you have plenty of supplies on hand in case of a quarantine – food, water, medicine, gas for cars, cash on hand.

Dr. George also suggests that the US immediately execute measures to delay or stop travel from countries where outbreaks have occurred or quarantining people who do travel from those countries. You can find Dr. George at www.DrElainaGeorage.com  or www.PeachTreeCenter.com.

Title: The EPA Wants to Regulate YOUR Puddle
Topic: EPA to Regulate Your Puddle and Ditch
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 2

If you currently own land anywhere in the continental United States, or if you have plans to buy land in the future, listen to this segment with a pen and paper in hand, ready to take notes. Rules and regulations could change – drastically.

Dr. Bonner Cohen is with the National Center for Public Policy Research. He discusses how the EPA has the power to classify land as a “wetland”. There is new legislation being considered in Washington DC that will significantly affect land ownership in the United States.

Some examples of the changes proposed by the EPA: A puddle could be regulated by the EPA. Even on your land. A tiny, little puddle with ¼ of an inch of rain. Do you have a natural-flowing ditch in your backyard? Well, according to the pending legislation, a ditch in your backyard could require a permit from the EPA. So ridiculous!

Make sure you listen in to the next segment to hear more information about the newest and utterly outrageous EPA proposal. Then share these segments with your friends on Facebook and followers on Twitter. Email your entire list of contacts. If your friends own a plot of land, they will thank you!

Title: Part 2 of 2 - The EPA Wants to Regulate YOUR Puddle
Topic: EPA to Regulate Your Puddle and Ditch
Discussed by Dr. Bonner R. Cohen
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

It doesn’t matter if the land you own is arid or flooded, the EPA wants to regulate it. Even if there is a simple puddle, the EPA wants to control that puddle. We all know the EPA is a power-hungry government agency, but this is just getting out of hand.

So, what exactly are “navigable” waters, and why does the EPA want to take this single word out of the original statute? What other new proposals is the EPA making in regards to private land ownership? These new proposed regulations are going to make it that much easier for any person – whether it be a private citizen or a government worker – to file suit against if you have even one single puddle on your land. This also applies to stock ponds, which are often found on farms and ranches.

Dr. Bonner Cohen discusses two Supreme Court decisions which actually made it harder for the EPA to regulate private land. Now that Obama has appointed two new environmentally-friendly Justices, the EPA is trying once again to get their hands on your land. Even if a “body of water” (aka puddle) exists for a matter a days, if the EPA knows about it, they’ll regulate it and fine you if you don’t comply with their rules!

Remember to call or email your elected officials and urge them to deny the EPA further control of private land ownership. It doesn’t matter if your elected officials are Republican or Democrat – many from both sides are against this proposal. You can always find more information on this at www.NationalCenter.org

Title: Promise Maker. Promise Breaker.
Topic: Obamacare
Discussed by David Hogberg
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

It really shouldn’t be a surprise that Obamacare is a big mess. Pretty much everything Obama has touched has been awful, but I don’t think anyone was prepared for just how bad Obamacare has turned out to be.

Dr. David Hogberg is a Senior Fellow for Health Care Policy at the National Center for Public Policy Research. He says that one of the biggest complaints from people who signed up for Obamacare is that the new plans are far worse than what they previously had through company or private insurance. In fact, over 30% of the respondents to a recent Kaiser Family Foundation survey said the policies were “not good” or “poor”.

David decided to do his own research and what he found is just absolutely astonishing. First, he looked at the markets in ten large US cities and compared plans for 27 year old single adults and 57 year old couples. Listen in to find out the results!

In addition, Dr. Hogberg says that the ten benefits which must be covered by Obamacare are ridiculous. Not every person needs maternity coverage. Not every person need substance abuse services. Not every person needs pediatric coverage. Why can’t people pick and choose the services they want to be covered? They could before Obamacare!

If we can’t convince the puppets in DC to repeal the whole thing altogether, one solution to this big ol’ mess of Obamacare is to at least offer al-a-cart policies so 50-somethings don’t have to pay for maternity services they’ll never use and 20-somethings don’t have to pay for preventive care services they won’t need for another 20 years.

Title: Increasing Threat of Diseases from Illegals
Topic: Illegal Immigrants and Airborne Diseases
Discussed by Dr. Elaina George
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

The government would never allow animals to enter our borders from other countries without a thorough health examination. The government would never allow fruits and vegetables from other countries – or even states within our borders – to be placed on shelves to sell to the public without ensuring they were safe to eat.

Why, then, is the government allowing thousands upon hundreds of thousands of children and men and women from Mexico, The Middle East, and other countries to come here illegally? A very low percentage of these illegals are being screened for communicable diseases and the children are not being vaccinated before they attend school.

Dr. Elaina George says the government is just being irresponsible; they are risking the lives of millions of people for votes. Dr. George also points out the blatant double standard the government has regarding vaccinations for school-aged children.

Now the public has learned we are in the midst of a 17-year “pause” in global warming that not one of the 73 climate models us by the U.N. predicted.

Count them: 73… all W.R.O.N.G.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has been wrong 7 of the past 10 years. Being wrong so frequently poses a more significant risk to NOAA than just a little embarrassment. It threatens to undermine the agency's credibility, undermine the public's faith in even its short-range forecasts, and ultimately place lives at risk.

We are NOT in a global warming period. Period. The Global Warming Alarmists should have no credibility, zero, zilch, nada…none.

Title: Did Dem’s In DC Force $4 Million in Payoffs From Wal-Mart?
Topic: Political Bribes Forced From Wal-Mart
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 3

Some members serving on the Washington DC City Council should be investigated for forcing Wal-Mart to pay over $4 million to non-profits in the city in exchange for favorable votes. This should be headline news.

Wal-Mart bent over backwards to accommodate the District’s requirements concerning location, staffing, minority contracting, transportation, non-profit support, and many other onerous demands from the city’s leaders just to have the opportunity to bring jobs and prosperity to areas suffering 17.8 % unemployment.

Exempting union shops, the City’s leaders passed a Super-Minimum Wage targeting Wal-Mart and other non-union big box retailers. Listen in…

Title: Wal-Mart Did Not Bend Over Far Enough!
Topic: Political Bribes Forced From Wal-Mart
Discussed by Justin Danhof
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 2 of 3

Wal-Mart has been bending over backwards for DC officials for over eleven years. Wal-Mart has even given over $4 million to the city’s non-profit organizations. Wal-Mart even agreed to build stores in the worst areas of town – where few would travel, park, or walk inside to shop.

Face the facts: City officials receive paybacks from union officials to keep non-unions out of the city. Face more facts: DC unemployment rate is at 8.5% which is one percent higher than the national average. However, the African-American unemployment rate is 17.8%.

DC officials made their union bosses happy. Some non-profits must be crying, “Where is our money? Squeeze them some more.” Listen in…

Topic: Political Bribes Forced From Wal-Mart
Discussed by Justin Danhof

Part 3 of 3

Nearly two thousand jobs axed because union bosses did not want the non-union Wal-Mart in town. DC officials showed disregard for minorities, seniors, and all who are without jobs.

Our guest, Justin Danhof, demands an investigation into political contributions received by DC officials. This is a clear case of ‘Political Payback’. Listen in…

Topic: Hypocrisy in the Lime Light
Discussed by Justin Danhof

Most Americans are under the false impression that gun violence is on the rise.  This is mostly due to the left shifting news stories and twisting public opinion toward anti-gun legislation.

Back in March 2013, Comcast announced that they would no longer air commercials for guns or ammunitions during breaks for their TV programs, which are often filled with violence, guns, and murder.

What hypocrites!

Earth Day is a day set aside to celebrate “Mother Earth” and just so happens to coincide with the socialist tyrant Vladimir Lenin birthday. Dr. Bonner Cohen, senior fellow at the National Center for Public Policy, says this is no “coincidence”. Green politics, touted by the elite and self-appointed stewards of the environment are actually servants of the environmental activists and crony capitalists.

They keep raising the cost of food, electricity, and transportation, but in reality are doing more harm than good!

Environmentalists have been pushing to close coal plants for years because they are bad for our environment. Yes, we need to take care of our planet. But God did give us certain natural resources for a reason.

Let’s put things into perspective…Coal plants in America only account for half of one percent of all the mercury in the air, emitting about 41-48 tons of mercury every year. By comparison, forest fires emit 44 tons per year. China emits 400 tons of mercury every year. And God is the worst culprit of all, emitting 9-10,000 tons by way of volcanoes and geysers. So who sues God?

2. 39,500 teaching positions. Again – these are not permanent full-time positions.

3. 37,900 opportunities for training at various vo-tech/junior colleges

Does the Chronicle really consider someone who is receiving training as someone working full-time?

Obama’s war on fossil fuels is a war against hardworking American families. It’s tragic that the president is siding with the desires of the social and environmental elite over the needs of American families who can least afford to pay higher energy prices.

Ironically, the Americans who are hurt the most by rising energy prices are the poor and those on fixed-incomes. Obama is responsible for waging environmental class warfare against low and fixed-income families while his fellow elites remain unaffected.

Part 1 of 2

Several members of Congress are attempting to pressure the F.D.A.’s decision concerning genetically engineered salmon. Sounds fishy to me!

Members of Congress want to prohibit the FDA from approving the sale of genetically engineered fish, fish that the FDA has found to be safe after exhaustive studies. So where’s the beef? Hint: big businesses do not want the competition.

But how does the FDA work? Listen in now.

If big business benefits from barriers to entry by innovators, everyone else loses, especially the consumer.

Too often big business lobbies for burdensome and unnecessary regulations which serve only to protect themselves from competition.

When it comes to driving down the price for Salmon, big business is lobbying their friends in Congress against the FDA approval, thus protecting their own profits.

Title: Who Should Decide What Commercials Your Kids Watch on TV?
Topic: Food Police
Discussed by Jeff Stier
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Is there an obesity problem in America? Are too many kids overweight? Should the solution be: Food Police?

Jeff Stier joins us again discussing commercials aimed at kids encouraging them to eat food products, that if eaten in moderation are OK but when eaten to the extreme, they may cause weight problems.

Children see too many commercials that use sex to sell. Children are exposed to too much violence on TV, but do we need the ‘nanny state activists’ to begin to dictate everything? When is too much too much? Are parents now ready to turn over the TV turner to some nanny activist? What should be the government’s role in censoring TV commercials?

Title: President Obama Escalates His War on Fossil Fuels
Topic: Electricity: Reliable and Affordable
Discussed by Tom Borelli
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 2

Prior to his election in 2008, did Candidate Obama state what he would do to the price of electricity across America? Did Americans listen?

With many families already struggling to just make ends meet, it’s shocking that Obama is advancing regulations that will add additional financial burdens to strained budgets of hardworking Americans.

with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

Obama’s war on fossil fuels is a war against hardworking American families. It’s tragic that the president is siding with the desires of the social and environmental elite over the needs of American families who can least afford to pay higher energy prices.

Ironically, the Americans who are hurt the most by rising energy prices are the poor and those on fixed-incomes. Obama is responsible for waging environmental class warfare against low and fixed-income families while his fellow elites remain unaffected.

Obama desires to skyrocket the price of electricity and Obama’s administration sees nothing wrong with $8 per gallon of gasoline. The social and political elitists will NOT be hurt with skyrocketing increases in energy costs but what about you? Why should a major corporation like Duke Energy lobby for Cap and Trade and why should Duke Energy provide the Democratic Convention a $10 million dollar line of credit? Are they buying political favors? For more on this issue and to find Tom Borelli, log onto www.NationalCenter.org.

Title: EEOC Warns Employers: If You Don't Want to Hire Felons, You Need a Good Reason. Yep – Hire Felons or Go To Jail! Part 1 of 2
Topic: Hire Felons or Go To Jail
Discussed by Amy Ridenour
with National Center for Public Policy Research (www.NationalCenter.org)

The federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is warning employers that it is illegal to use a prospective employee's past conviction records, even for serious felonies, as an "absolute measure" as to whether they should be hired because this "could limit the employment opportunities of some protected groups." Yes folks, some EEOC bureaucrat in an obscure cubicle protected by mountains of paper work feels felons are being discriminated against, unjustly I might add, by some bigoted employer or HR person and now wants felons to be equally represented in the work place.

Topic: Hire Felons or Go To Jail
Discussed by Amy Ridenour

The federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is warning employers that it is illegal to use a prospective employee's past conviction records, even for serious felonies, as an "absolute measure" as to whether they should be hired because this "could limit the employment opportunities of some protected groups."

This is, the EEOC says, because blacks and Hispanics are over-represented among felons.

"Blacks and Hispanics also have an unfortunate higher high school and college dropout rates than whites and Asians -- surely this could be determined to be a disparate impact. Does that mean the EEOC could mandate that employers cannot consider an applicant's education? Where will it stop?" asks Justin Danhof, general counsel of the National Center for Public Policy Research. "It is unfortunate that the EEOC is placing outdated racial politics ahead of the American workforce at a time when employers should be encouraged to hire, but this mentality will likely make businesses think twice about plans for expansion. Employers should be free to consider the full content of an applicant's character when making hiring decisions."

"Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex and national origin," said Amy Ridenour, president of the National Center for Public Policy Research. "It does not ban discrimination based on character. Furthermore, it's odd that an agency charged with stopping racism and sexism in hiring has adopted a policy that will help more white males than members of any other group."

"The EEOC should not be trying to micromanage private hiring decisions beyond the authority given to it by Congress," added Ridenour, "which this wrongheaded policy surely does. And pity the poor employer, fearful on the one hand of being charged with racism if he does not hire a felon -- white though that felon might be -- but fearful on the other of being sued by his other employees, should that felon commit a crime at the workplace that harms them. Certainly employers should be permitted to hire felons; even applauded when appropriate, but they should not be made to feel they could be asked to defend themselves in court if they do not."
