The estate of Jeremy Parker has sued the anti-vaccination organization, America’s Frontline Doctors, for alleged wrongful death. Dr. Medina Culver, an osteopathic physician and Instagram influencer based in Henderson, Nevada, is also named in the case. The lawsuit alleges negligence by the group and Culver for the death of Parker.

How many of the thousands of migrants are currently sick (that we know of)?

What ailments have been reported?

One ailment that has been found among the people in the caravan is tuberculosis. Is it easy/inexpensive to treat? Or is it hard/very expensive?

Hypothetical situation: An American mother and her child join a group of people walking for miles for a cause. Among the group are gang members and people with known infectious diseases. There is not adequate water, food, or shelter. Would this mother be subject to an investigation for child endangerment and/or abuse?

Another question for YOU: If you think that not helping the caravan is un-American or un-Christian, how many children do YOU sponsor in a third-world country? Friends, it’s basically the same thing. Think about it…

Are members of the caravan carrying other infectious diseases? Dr. Orient points out: “It only takes one person with an infectious disease to infect a while crowd.”

Can public health officials effectively deal with a horde of people violently storming the border?

How many people/families across America have signed up to allow a migrant family be their sole responsibility for the next ten year? Answer: NONE!

Do we need to protect our own families, jobs, and property first? Is this heartless?

Margaret was in need of emergency surgery, but was delayed four times over the course of ten months
and ultimately died because she never received that life-saving emergency surgery. If she can’t get the help she needs, then who can?

One wealthy person in America who might want to start researching this topic in more depth is Michael Moore, who praises Cuba and Fidel Castro. But, what did this leader do when he needed medical attention? Did he see a local doctor down the street, like other Cubans do? Nope! Listen in as Dr. Gerard Gianoli reveals where Castro went! Journalists often strive to take down Conservative candidates. Recently, Chris Matthews gunned down Donald Trump with a “gotcha question” about abortion. Now, Trump foes are applauding him for setting the trap. They think they got what they most need: evidence that Donald Trump is “anti-woman”.

Dr. Jane Orient is the Executive Director of the Association of Americans Physicians and Surgeons. She is here today to discuss the gotcha question from Matthews and Trump’s initial statement along with his back-track response. Dr. Orient first urges everyone to not rely on what they hear on TV and radio or read on social media. Watching the full, unedited interview and reading the transcript is the best way to understand the truth.

However, Dr. Orient does pose this question: “If a law is violated, in the abstract, who gets punished: The person who hires [a person to get] the act done or the person who does it for pay or both?” Prior to Roe v. Wade, only the abortionist was punished – not the woman. Very rarely has a woman ever been punished or prosecuted for having an abortion, even when it was illegal, “partly out of sympathy,” Dr. Orient explains.

So, what did Donald Trump actually say concerning this issue? Did he really indicate a belief that women should be punished if they obtain an abortion illegally? Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders looks like the neighborhood Grandpa who waves to the people driving by as he sits on his porch sipping ice tea. He is not that man, though. Bernie is dangerous – very, very dangerous. He is a socialist who has two types of followers: those who don’t believe that he is really a Socialist and those who think it’s great that he’s a Socialist.

Bernie definitely talks a good game when it comes to healthcare coverage and many people believe his plan sounds heavenly. However, this cannot be further from the truth. Dr. Jane Orient is the current President of Doctors for Disaster Preparedness. She is only one of many physicians who are concerned about the possibility of President Sanders being in charge of America.

Dr. Orient explains how, under a Socialist-controlled healthcare system, “Doctors will not be working for you; they will be working for the government…It will be worse than Medicare and Medicaid…Medicare is already bankrupt and will bankrupt the whole country if something isn’t done about it.” Where does Bernie think he is going to get the money for a single-payer healthcare system?

Furthermore, everyone – every single person – will be forced to have coverage (no exceptions and no fines to pay if you don’t want it). Bernie Sanders likes to use Canada as a “perfect example of a single-payer healthcare system”, saying that Canadians love it. Dr. Orient explains that it’s only the healthy people who love it! Those who are sick and in need of treatment travel to the United States and pay out-of-pocket for treatment. Where will we go for help if Bernie is President?

We all want to believe that our physician will be 100% completely honest with us about our health. We wouldn’t expect to be told that we will survive if we have an inoperable brain tumor. If our child is diagnosed with leukemia, we would want all the facts about treatment options.

So, why is it acceptable for doctors to lie about the health risks associated with being homosexual? Dr. Paul Church, a physician in Boston, was fired for this very issue, even though the majority of his staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center agree with his assertion!

Dr. Jane Orient has served as Executive Director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) since 1989. She is here today to discuss the importance of doctor/patient mutual trust. She says, “If a patient can’t trust his physician, he is not going to tell him what he needs to know to make the proper diagnosis.” This fact also restricts the physician.

This is becoming an increasing more serious problem. More doctors are giving up their private practices in favor of being employed directly from a hospital. Dr. Paul Church was not reprimanded and ultimately fired for discussing health risks with a patient; he was fired for questioning why hospital staff were being encouraged to participate in a gay pride parade! Dr. Jane Orient sarcastically states that doctors should not tell the truth to their patients all the time….. When it comes to the homosexual lifestyle, that is. Doctors are basically gagging themselves on this issue. “When they see what happens to people like Dr. Church, they’re going to be very afraid for their career.” Doctors should not have to look over their shoulder, wondering if those if authority will discover their true feelings or opinions on treatment or issues such as this.

Dr. Jane Orient is the Executive Director with the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. With the climate change summit currently taking place in Paris, France, this week, Dr. Orient gives her two-cents about the issue. “Without burning hydro carbon fuels like fossil fuels a very large portion of the people in the world would die. If we place restrictions on these fuels on which the world’s economy is dependent right now, people will be left mired in poverty. You can’t grow food or even keep warm with them,” Dr. Orient says.

Furthermore, the same environmentalists who have been successful in restricting the use of fossil fuels have also fought against the use of nuclear energy, which is supposedly an alternative to fossil fuels. Why would they do this? Dr. Orient says, “It’s not about power. It’s about control. If you can ration people’s access to energy, you can control every aspect of their life.”

Dr. Jane Orient is here today to discuss the case of Dr. Paul Church who, among colleagues, expressed concern over the deadly dangers of homosexual activity. He has since been dismissed from his position on the Board of Director’s at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Church, who has been with the hospital for nearly thirty years, cited federal government statistics when he shared his opinion on the matter. Federal government statistics. He was not making up numbers. He was not embellishing them. He cited the government’s own research to back up his information. And now he is being tossed to the curb.

Dr. Orient points out that if Dr. Church had slammed smokers to the dirt, he would be praised! However, since he spoke out against the perverted homosexual lifestyle, he is being burned at the stake. Before this occurrence, Dr. Church was never once accused of discrimination or hating homosexuals. He merely expressed concern over the growing number of men who are coming in contact with deadly diseases due to their chosen lifestyle. He wants to help them – not judge them.

FACT: Quoting the Federal Centers for Disease Control (a government agency): “Two-thirds of all new HIV/AIDS infections in the U.S. are the result of men having sex with men. Fifty percent of gay men will be infected with HIV by age 50."

How many parents would encourage their children to drag race if they knew 50% of the racers would die? How many parents encourage their children to smoke or drink? How many parents encourage their kids to smoke pot or do cocaine? How many parents encourage their kids to start a fire and destroy property?

The dangers of homosexuality are very real and killing more people, specifically men, than you realize. Dr. Jane Orient explains that HIV/AIDS isn’t the only concern anymore. “We’re seeing more syphilis than we used to…Hepatitis B…Intestinal parasites. There is no doubt that it is risky behavior,” she says.

The bureaucrats in the healthcare control business are unleashing a tsunami and it will hit October 1. Medical coding for billing purposes started back in the 1980’s. It started out as a good thing (aren’t all government programs?) to help hospitals and then doctors a few years later. Now, it has morphed into something completely the opposite.

Dr. Richard Amerling,  with the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons,  explains medical coding in easy-to-understand terms. For example, a simple diagnosis for the common cold could easily be changed to double pneumonia! Think of how much the insurance company would need to increase their payment to the doctor or hospital when this happens!

As if things weren’t bad enough, Dr. Amerling says it will get a whole lot worse beginning October 1 when the new coding system takes effect. He fears that many physicians will just close their practice. They simply won’t be able to afford the change or the hours it will take to learn the information required.

The IC-10 system was developed by the World Health Organization, which should set off alarm bells immediately. Many other countries have already implemented this system, but that doesn’t mean America should!

Right now, there are approximately 14,000 different codes for doctors to choose from. On October 1, that number will jump to 70,000. How are physicians, hospitals, nurses, and administrative staff supposed to keep up with it all? In fact, Dr. Amerling says every small practice will need to hire at least one medical coder who does nothing all day long except decipher which code to submit for every patient. It’s just ridiculous. Imagine the financial hardship larger practices and hospitals will face!

Listen in as Dr. Amerling explains some of the new codes and why exactly they are simply unmanageable. In his opinion, medical coding is a complete waste of time and money. It does nothing to improve the health of patients, nor does it help with a diagnosis. It is simply another way for insurance companies and the government to make money, while the doctor and hospital loses even more.

Another issue of concern is fraud. If a doctor or medical coder inadvertently submits the incorrect code to the insurance company, they could face fraud charges! Dr. Amerling discusses why this is going to be a big concern for physicians and hospitals because the margin of error with 70,000 codes to choose from will be massive.

How does a doctor get a patient to stop smoking? To stop a diabetic patient to quit eating carbs and sugar? To convince a patient with high blood pressure to reduce their stress level and eat healthier? It takes a lot more than just saying “stop doing this or you’re going to die”.

Less than ten percent of the patients covered by Medicaid and Medicare are costing the system the most money. On average, it costs taxpayers $5,000 per patient to be insured through Obamacare – no matter if they are sick or not. Dr. Alieta Eck says, “You can’t blame the physician when a patient gets sick. And that’s what the government is trying to do now.”

The focus of today’s interview is an encounter Dr. Eck with a woman named Debbie, who broke her femur and couldn’t find a doctor to help ease her pain. Why? Because she was insured by Medicaid! Listen in as Dr. Eck shares Debbie’s heartbreaking story – with a happy ending!

Dr. Eck, her husband, and a team of volunteers have seen over 40,000 since 2003. They do not accept any insurance – not even Medicaid or Medicare. Dr. Eck discusses some of the logistics of Obamacare that have come to light in recent weeks and months. Was an actual physician even consulted when the bill was authored? It’s time for the Republicans to buck up and stick it to the man. Yep. I said it. No more Mr. and Mrs. Nice Congressperson. No more compromise. No more negotiations. No more you-give-a-little and I’ll-give-a-little. We have tried that time and time again. It never works.

Isn’t the definition of “insanity” doing something over and over again, expecting different results?

Now that the American people “know what’s in the bill”, they don’t like it. They want it gone. Not fixed – not changed – GONE. Dr. Jane Orient says the newly elected Congress must act swiftly on Obamacare. Dr. Orient says: “It may too late for some plans that have already been canceled, but it’s important to get rid of all federal mandates. This is the only way to bring some of the plans back and give the choice back to the American people.”

Finding affordable health insurance has been a difficult task for decades. So why did the federal government think it was a grand idea to tap on all the extra mandates to Obamacare? There is no need for blanket coverage for Alcoholics Anonymous, abortion drugs, maternity care, or mental illness.

The Republicans will be facing an uphill battle for the next two years. It is not going to be fun. It is not going to be easy. The President and his lefty buddies will be blocking them at every turn. If the Republicans want to have any hope of regaining control of the White House in 2016, they must buckle down and get rid of Obamacare once and for all. But can they?

Dr. Jane Orient has a new op-ed  detailing several issues the Republicans should demand Harry Reid and the Dems pass this lame-duck session concerning Obamacare. She says the first act needs to be repealing the mandate; people should be allowed to buy the type of insurance they want and need, not blanket coverage for everything the government thinks we need.

If you give the people a choice, they will usually choose more. They know what they want. They know what they need. They are not stupid. Americans are capable of making their own decisions. “If you put a dollar sign in front of things, people’s IQ goes up by at least 50 points,” says Dr. Jane Orient. And it’s true!

The government needs to stop restricting health savings accounts and make them tax-free. What? You didn’t know there are restrictions and you must pay taxes on those accounts?? Yep! This is absolutely unconstitutional. Medicare and Medicaid are unconstitutional, as well, but there’s nothing we can do about those at this time.

In fact, Dr. Richard Amerling, the President of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, says the head of the CDC looks like he’s being forced at gunpoint to tell the American people that Ebola is not a threat to the United States. Dr. Amerling says the CDC is simply not doing its job. Period.

Dr. Amerling was absolutely astounded when Obama and the “experts” said that a no-fly, no-travel ban to and from Ebola-ravaged countries is not necessary and would do more harm than good. Dr. Amerling disagrees with this 150%! The only way Ebola can be contained is by quarantining the infected areas and not allowing people to leave, especially by airplane to all corners of the globe.

Dan Henninger wrote in the Wall Street Journal about “Killer Bureaucracies”: “Ebola, the Secret Service, Veterans Affairs, Obamacare rollout, the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Behind all these names are federal bureaucracies that are supposed to protect people or help them. Instead of helping, are they putting individuals at risk – or worse, our County at RISK?” Dr. Amerling responds to this statement.

Dr. Amerling also explains how hospital staff need more training to be better prepared. Right now, if one Ebola patient enters a hospital ER, half the system is shut down because the patient needs constant care and supervision, not to mention the quarantining and sterilization involved.

How does Obamacare fair with American physicians? Mary Hopkins Consulting Group, along with the Physicians Foundation, surveyed 20,000 doctors and discovered that 46% gave Obamacare a grade of “D” or “F”. Less than 25% of doctors gave the new health care system an “A” or a “B”.

Most doctors who gave a fairly good grade were government doctors, like doctors at VA hospitals, or large corporation hospitals – ER docs, residents and interns, and rotating physicians. These people do not experience the day-to-day life of patients; they don’t develop long-term relationships and trust with their patients. In other words, they are factory line doctors – get them in and out as quickly as possible. Diagnose and send them away.

Have you been allowed to keep the same insurance company? When your insurance changed, were you able to keep the same doctor you’ve been using for years or decades? Millions of people have had their insurance canceled or changed. Many times, specialists are miles and miles away from their home. Even more often, there is only one specialist to choose from! Where are the choices, Mr. President? Where are the great, cheap insurance plans you promised, Mr. President?

Dr. Singer says, “There has been so much damage done with Obamacare. Hopefully there will be an overwhelming consensus across the spectrum to put patients in charge of their healthcare once again.”

She believes that people leaving the African region where the outbreak is occurring should not be allowed on an airplane, let alone allowed to enter the country. Like HMO’s, ACO’s will face very strong incentives to cherry pick the healthy and to limit access to specialty care, procedures, expensive drugs, and hospitals. These incentives are devastating to the truly ill.

When a pharmaceutical company tests a drug, and finds it effective, does it have be marketed by “experts” and have guidelines place on it?

Does the FDA have its own labs? And does the FDA perform its own tests on new pharmaceuticals or must they rely on the final report from the pharmaceutical company?

Will the Gang of 15 – the Independent Payment Advisory Board – make the decision on when you will see your doctor? Would you prefer to see your doctor when you are well, or when you are ill? You might not be allowed to choose – the Gang of 15 prefers that you see the doctor when you are well.

There is a trade off here. The doctor is handsomely compensated for the wellness visit, but they will not be able to treat you for anything during this visit – remember it is a “wellness test”. Limited dollars available for Medicare are consumed on the wellness tests leaving fewer dollars to treat sick people.

Why are so many physicians leaving private practice and going to work for a clinic and/or hospital as a salaried employee?

Payment for services rendered have not kept up with expenses at a private practice. Stop and ask this question: would you continue in business if you could NOT make a profit and/or cover your expenses?

The natural human tendency when you are on salary is to do as little as possible and draw your pay check.  Is this happening NOW in the medical field?

“Sixteen Tons”  who was the original artist?????


During World War II, the government imposed wage and price controls. In an effort to attract and retain workers, companies offered health insurance in lieu of wages.

These benefits were not taxable for either the employer or employee. When the war ended and controls lifted (everywhere except in New York City, where rent controls persist to this day), the tax subsidy for employer-sponsored health insurance was retained.

This explains why the majority of working Americans buy health insurance at work, at the “company store.” This accident of history underlies much of what has gone wrong with health care in America.

There are undoubtedly millions of Americans who are trapped in jobs they no longer like simply because they are worried about the consequences of changing health plans, or going without. These people have “sold their soul to the company store” and are, at least partially, enslaved.
