Title: Is Obama’s Bathroom Law for Schools Legal?
Topic: Transgender Agenda
Discussed by Professor Gail Heriot
with New American Civil Rights Project (www.newamericancivilrightsproject.org/)
Professor Gail Heriot is the author of numerous articles and essays on civil
rights law and a founding member of the New American Civil Rights Project.
The
NACPR is a group of present and former members and staff of the United States
Commission on Civil Rights and its state advisory committees who share a
commitment to limited government and to equal protection under the laws.
Professor Heriot recently testified before the House Judiciary Committee’s Task
Force on Executive Overreach. Her goal was to expose the increasing
out-of-control Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights in issuing
guidance covering the use of female facilities by college students and young
boys.
Questions for Professor Gail Heriot concerning this issue:
First, what is Title IX and why does she think that the DOE is overstepping its
use of sex discrimination by using the 1972 law now in 2016?
A left-leaning member of the DOE refused to allow debate during Professor
Heriot’s testimony. In fact, this woman called her an “ignorant bigot”. Why are
“they” so against any kind of discussion on the issue, especially by an expert
on the issue?
The LGBTQ community often uses social media to attack those who disagree with
their perverted agenda. Has she ever been personally attacked?
Final thoughts: Professor Heriot gives her honest, legal opinion concerning Obama’s new bathroom law in regards to Title IX. Have members of the DOE overstepped their authority by bypassing Congress on this issue?

Title: All Black Male Dorm. Why Not One for White Women?
Topic: Reverse Discrimination
Discussed by Professor Gail Heriot
with New American Civil Rights Project (www.newamericancivilrightsproject.org/)
According to the University of Connecticut, ScHOLA2RS (no, this is
NOT a typo!) House is a “Learning Community designed to support the scholastic
efforts of students who identify as African-American/Black.” In
other words, it is a residence hall exclusively for black men. Professor Heriot
is Co-Founder of the New American Civil Rights Project. She says, “Rather
than expand the horizons of young black college men, this ‘safe space’ will
ghettoize them.”
DID YOU KNOW? Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits race
discrimination at federally-funded universities. However, MIT has a
racially-themed housing unit called “Chocolate City”. Many other colleges and
universities around the country offer similar segregated housing for various
ethnicities, except for whites. These types of housing situations are absolutely
against the law. Why aren’t these violations being addressed? Why does the
government continue to allow this blatant exhibition of reverse discrimination?
ScHOLA2RS actually stands for (are you ready??): Scholastic House of Leaders
Who are African-American Researchers and Scholars. Professor Heriot says, “We
need colleges and universities that are fully integrated.” Obviously, a
white male is not going to feel comfortable applying for housing in a dorm
called “Chocolate City”. Neither would a black male feel welcome in a “White
City” dormitory (which doesn’t – and shouldn’t – exist, by the way).
Studies indicate that students become closest to the people they live with
during their college years, no matter their race or background. If they live
only with “their race”, they will not branch out and develop relationships with
others. Shockingly (or maybe not so much), many college and university
Professors are encouraging their students to form racially-divided clubs and
housing options. There is absolutely nothing wrong with desiring to be around
people who are “like you”, but these “New- Age Professors” are most definitely
adding fuel to an already out-of-control fire.
“We want students to socialize and learn from each other and this doesn’t
help at all,” Gail Heriot reminds us. In fact, she calls it a “serious
hindrance”. Furthermore, “White Privilege” should not even be an issue. “The
only people that subscribe to that belief are people who just don’t know that
many white individuals and don’t realize how different one person is from
another,” she states.

Title: War on Facts, Not Women
Topic: War On Women
Discussed by Professor Gail Heriot
with New American Civil Rights Project (www.newamericancivilrightsproject.org/)
March is celebrated as “Women’s History Month”.
There have been many, many influential women who have helped make this
world a better place. This month, ladies, we celebrate you!
Professor Gail Heriot is one of eight members on the US Commission on Civil
Rights. She is also a Professor of Law at the University of San Diego.
She is here today to discuss a recent report which her colleagues at the
Commission released without her knowledge or consent. For years, liberals and
feminists have spread the lie that women in many careers only make 78 cents on
the dollar while males make much more. Gail says, “This notion…is just
incorrect. It is highly, highly misleading.”
For example, men are almost thirteen times more likely to suffer a fatal injury
on the job than women are. Why? Because men usually choose more dangerous jobs
than women do. Yes, there are women who work in construction or are police
officers or fire fighters, but most women are going to choose a “safe” job.
Those dangerous jobs pay more money than a job as a receptionist or teacher.
Also, men are much more likely to work overtime than women are. So, obviously
they will earn more money. However, Gail points out interesting facts about
women’s wages compared to men when both only work 35-39 hours per week and
single women and men who are in their 20’s (before children). “It’s about
choice,” she says.
Professor Heriot and the one other Conservative on the Commission, Professor
Peter Kirsanow, were completely blindsided when the other members released their
report with the “new” numbers concerning “real wages”. Listen in as Gail and
Terry discuss the process which these numbers are calculated and why she
believes this figure is wrong and needs to be corrected.

Title: Congress wants to Let Boys in the Girl’s Bathroom
Topic: Homosexual Agenda
Discussed by Professor Gail Heriot
with New American Civil Rights Project (www.newamericancivilrightsproject.org/)
Disclaimer: Use caution when listening to this segment around young children. Issues discussed might be upsetting or hard for little ones to understand.
The Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is attempting to force a school in Illinois to allow a gender confused boy the use of the girl’s locker room. The OCR’s actions are based on the premise that they are protecting the civil rights of the student with gender dysphoria and that not to do so would be a violation of Title IX. NOTE: The OCR members are NOT elected by the voters; they are appointed bureaucrats who have only one agenda.
Gail Heriot is with the New American Civil Rights Project. She discusses more about this case and “Student A”, as he is referred to in legal documents. Originally, the school was willing to allow him to use the girl’s locker room, provided that he use a curtain or use a separate area than the girls. Gail explains that the school was going to allow this in order to keep their federal funding. NOTE: The OCR was threatening to stop their federal funding if they didn’t comply.
However, after the agreement was signed, the OCR told the school district that Student A, who is anatomically and biologically male, had every right as the biologic females in locker room. Therefore, he could change with the girls, not in a separate area or behind a curtain.
Gail says, “This is an Alice in Wonderland World.” And it is only going to get worse.
