Title: What is a Female – a Woman – a Mother?
Topic: Transgender Agenda
Discussed by Jennifer Braceras
with Independent Women’s Law Center (www.iwlc.org/)

It is becoming increasingly difficult to speak about women and women’s rights in a common language.

Jennifer Braceras is the Director of the Independent Women’s Law Center, a division of the Independent Women’s Forum. Today, Jennifer defines and describes the unique biological differences between males and females. Jennifer says this: “We can’t fight discrimination unless we have accurate statistical data. We can’t cure disease unless we know how diseases affect men and women differently… We want the law to reflect reality.”

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What is a female – a woman – a mother?

Are radical gender ideologues trying to redefine womanhood and manhood? Jennifer reveals that they truly believe that anyone who says they are a woman IS a woman. She says: “They’re trying to define a person’s status subjectively in a way that has nothing to do with material reality.”

Do males and females possess unique and immutable biological differences? Jennifer explains how and why having “feelings” about one’s gender will never change their biology.

Can only females get pregnant, give birth, and breastfeed children? If a male has a sex change to “become” a woman, can he get pregnant? If a woman who “becomes” a man gets pregnant, is she still a woman?

Should the American government formally define what a biological female and biological male are? Jennifer explains the purpose of Title IX and why she believes Congress needs to immediately pass a Woman’s Bill of Rights to clarify existing laws.

What does the term “sex” mean when used in Federal Legislation?

Does “equal” mean “same or identical” in regards to biological sex?

Do local, state, and federal laws protect males and females? Jennifer explains that many of the current laws, like Title IX, are being misinterpreted and that is the problem.

Should medical statistics only define a person as a male or female, beginning at birth? Should this also apply to criminal activity and educational data?
