Title: Democrat Accidentally Endorses Separate Space for Transgender Males in Female Locker Rooms
Topic: Transgender Agenda
Discussed by Valoree Swanson
with Valoree Swanson (www.valoreeswanson.com)

Two years ago, Texas Representative Valoree Swanson spearheaded the legislation to keep girls safe from having to compete against biological males in high school sports. The Save Women Sports Bill, passed in the Texas House this past May with a 93-49 bipartisan vote.

Valoree Swanson represents Texas District 150 in Northwest Harris County. Click here  for more information about her platform and voting record. Today, Representative Swanson urges everyone to keep up the fight against biological males in female locker rooms and restrooms.

Click here  to read the article which sparked this interview with Representative Valoree Swanson.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Has the fight to keep biological males from competing in high school female sports been an uphill battle?

This year, when debating the Save Women Sports Bill, did any Democrat in the Texas Legislature offer protection for females in the private changing/shower areas, whether in high school sports or college? Valoree shares how some Democrats are simply afraid to vote in favor of her bill for fear of losing their next election. Cowards!

A Democrat Tennessee State Representative, Steve Cohen, recently suggested that “barriers” should be placed in women’s locker rooms to address the issue of males who identify as transgender using female facilities. Aren’t there already “barriers” in place – separate bathrooms and locker rooms for males? If there was a “barrier” placed in the female locker room/bathroom, would transgender be happy and satisfied or would they still scream discrimination?

Does Texas currently have a law requiring all businesses and schools to have private, separate bathrooms for biological males and biological females?

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Will the Texas “Trigger Law” soon go into effect? Valoree explains that the Human Life Protection Act  is set to go into effect 30 days after the Supreme Court’s judgment, which will be issued separately from its Friday opinion. She also reveals that all of the pro-life laws from 1973 are still in effect so abortion is already technically illegal in the state of Texas! Hallelujah! (There are a few exceptions…)

Will the DOJ and law enforcement protect pro-life centers as aggressively as they protected abortion centers? Can local law enforcement help?

Will we be prepared to defend the Dobbs Ruling in the next Texas Legislature? Valoree discusses the current makeup of the Texas Legislature and offers her opinion of what the future could hold.

Several rogue Texas DA’s have stated that they will not prosecute abortionists. How should the Texas Attorney General and local law enforcement agencies respond?

What is the Texas Heartbeat Law? Does this law need some tweaking?

Must pro-life Texans expand their ranks and not rest on our backsides? Valoree discusses the importance of election integrity and urges all Conservatives to volunteer at the polls for every election.

First, Terry asks Valoree a rather personal question, somewhat related to the election: Why did Valoree choose to advertise in the LINK Letter this past Primary Election? As a former Election Judge, did she often notice voters using the LINK Letter in the ballot booth?

Why are non-binding questions/propositions included on the Republican Primary ballot?

Question/Proposition 3: Republicans in the Texas House should select their Speaker nominee by secret ballot in a binding caucus without Democrat influence. Why is this important?

Tune in to the next segment with Valoree as she discusses the hottest topic every year: property taxes.

Question/Proposition 1: Texas should replace the property tax system with an appropriate consumption tax equivalent. How did the Republican voters in Harris County respond to this question/proposition?

Terry placed a poll on The What’s UP Radio Program homepage prior to the Primary Election with similar questions that appeared on the Republican Primary ballot. Listen as he shares some of those results…

Last Legislative Session, Valoree Swanson filed a bill which would have given Elected Officials six years to completely eliminate property taxes. Sadly, it did not pass. Why not?

If a new property tax plan does eventually get House and Senate approval, will the voters still be required to approve it as well?
