Title: Is the UN Changing Course on Families?
Topic: United Nations
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

Stefano Gennarini is the Vice President for Legal Studies with the Center for Family and Human Rights. Today, Stefano discusses some encouraging news from the UN.

Click here for the latest from Stefano Gennarini.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

The celebration of the 30th anniversary of the 1994 Cairo Agreement on Population did not go well at the United Nations. What happened? Stefano explains why abortion and LGBTQ activists are beginning to see their funding scrutinized and even reduced, saying: “It’s not a high enough priority for western countries to advance the issue.”

Are many societies experiencing shrinking work forces, with many suffering from “brain-drain”?

Can we expect to see more UN policies promoting baby bonuses, marriage counseling, and stay-at-home-moms?

Title: Rich Countries Use Food as a Weapon on Gender
Topic: Transgender Agenda
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

The Committee on World Food Security (CWFS) adopted a set of gender guidelines that makes sexual and reproductive health and intersectional policies a component of national and international food security.

In other words: Wealthy countries and United Nation agencies are leveraging international food programs to impose abortion and homosexual/transgender issues on weaker member countries.

Stefano Gennarini is the Vice President for Legal Studies with the Center for Family and Human Rights. Today, Stefano discusses more details of this disgusting “plan” to force more countries to adopt liberal abortion and LGBTQ+ policies.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

How long have wealthy countries like the United States been planning to manipulate poorer, developing countries via threats to withhold food, supplies, and other basic needs? Why are they doing this?

What would George Orwell think of this new development?

Should individual countries be free to choose what is taught their children concerning biology and sexuality? Should individual countries be free to make abortions legal/illegal?

Title: UN Advocates to SILENCE Christians
Topic: Christian Persecution
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

BREAKING NEWS: The UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression Report recommends governments and social media companies silence those who express traditional views of marriage, abortion, sexuality, and gender identity.

Stefano Gennarini is the Vice President for Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights. Today, he gives more details about this disturbing UN development and urges everyone to get involved NOW.

Click here to read more on this important issue.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

In the name of “freedom of expression”, the UN report advocated for silencing pro-life and pro-traditional family content. Is this effort masked under the umbrella of “ensuring widespread access to information”? Stefano explains that they only want to ensure access to “their” information…

Is the UN control of information focused on promoting sexual and reproductive health (unlimited access to abortions) and diverse gender identities (the full spectrum of LGBT fantasies)?

Does the UN report say that opposition to abortion or different sexual identities is a “harmful practice deserving of condemnation”?

Is this just one of the devil’s many tactics to turn us away from God? Stefano agrees, but also reminds us that the victory has already been won and we need not fear. Amen!

Why does the Center for Family and Human Rights report on the actions of the United Nations?

Title: Don’t You Dare Call a Man a “Man”!
Topic: Transgender Agenda
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

When did it become a crime to call a man a “man”?

Stefano Gennarini researches and writes on international law and policy, and represents the Center for Family and Human Rights at UN headquarters in New York City. Today, Stefano discusses his recent op-ed about an simple and honest tweet that got a former Mexican Congressman convicted of a hate crime.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What hate crime was Rodrigo Ivan Cortes found guilty of? Stefano explains that the tweet, which stated his belief in Catholic teaching on sexuality, was deemed “gender based political violence”. He then goes on to explain the blatant intimidation that followed and how the situation was blown completely out of proportion.

Is the LGBTQ perversion being promoted around the world with the approval of the UN?

Do many Democrats in WDC want to ban Rodrigo Ivan Cortes from entering the US?

Is the conviction of Rodrigo Ivan Cortes another intimidation tactic to force people to align with the LGBTQ agenda? Stefano says: “It’s thought and social control!”

Stefano Gennarini is the Vice President for Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights. Today, he discusses his latest op-ed about the direct correlation between human trafficking, pornography, and prostitution.

Click here to help support the Center for Family and Human Rights.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is the greatest obstacle to protecting women and children from sex-traffickers the very governments that protect pornography and prostitution?

Has the UN General Assembly debated and adopted treaties and resolutions against human and sex trafficking? Has the UN allocated millions and millions of dollars to fight human and sex trafficking?

Is human trafficking widespread around the globe, including here in America? Is America the largest market for child sex trafficking?

Is pornography and prostitution directly linked to sex-trafficking? Do people who view pornography on a regular basis become desensitized to treating human beings with kindness and leads to an addiction to hard-core, violent child pornography?

Do some Western Countries resist efforts to cast pornography and prostitution in a negative light? Stefano reveals which countries/governments view both as “art” and not something degrading or disgusting or illegal.

Are some Western Countries encouraging UN agencies to promote pornographic use for children as normal and healthy?

Is most pornography produced and consumed in the US prosecutable under federal law? SHORT ANSWER: NO.

Are grassroots organizations making headway against the evil and perverseness of human trafficking, pornography, and prostitution?

Is the blockbuster movie, “Sound of Freedom”, exposing the truth behind the global epidemic of human and sex trafficking?

Topic: Islamic Values
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation recently declared: “The weakening of marriage and family institution has widespread detrimental effects on economic growth, demographics, the health of individuals and societies, and children’s future.”

Stefano Gennarini is the Vice President for Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights. Today, Stefano reveals more details of the OIC debate and declaration. Click here for the full report by the OIC.

Title: Top 5 Moments of 2022 for Life and Family at the UN
Topic: United Nations
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

From the local courthouse to the statehouse, from the White House to the UN, abortion-lovers and LGBTQ activists have doubled-down for 2023.

Stefano Gennarini discusses the Top 5 Moments of 2022 for Life and Family at the UN. Stefano is the Vice President for Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What is a “traditional country”? HINT: It might not be what you think it is!

At the beginning of 2022, were traditional countries expected to retreat their support of life? What has been their attitude and stance concerning the LGBTQ movement?

Has the United States been the leader pushing abortion on demand in the UN? Stefano believes that the Europeans are the leaders because they are more constituent than the US. However, when the Europeans and the US are aligned, “it becomes very difficult for traditional countries…to put up a fight.”

Are traditional countries galvanized in opposing abortion and gender ideology?br />
Who is leading the change at the UN among the traditional countries?

Title: US and UN Push to Redefine Gender
Topic: Transgender Agenda
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

Stefano Gennarini is the Vice President for Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights. Today, Stefano discusses the US and UN push to fine and jail religious conservatives and anyone who objects to the homosexual and transgender agenda.

Click here to read more about this important issue from the Center for Family and Human Rights.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Are homosexual activists flourishing within the US delegation at the United Nations?

Is there a concerted effort to redefine gender in international law? Stefano explains why he believes the latest effort from the homosexuals and transgenders at the UN should “send chills down everyone’s spine”.

What is the current definition of gender in international law, which has been defined for over twenty years?

The US and the UN delegates are the powerful proponents of this push to criminalize expressing disagreement with the LGBTQ agenda. Who are traditionalists opposing the LGBTQ push to redefine agenda?

If the new definition is adopted, will the US use the “power of the purse” to intimidate other countries? Stefano explains that if the new definition is adopted, a country seeking aid from the UN must adhere to the LGBTQ ideology.

In Stefano’s opinion, would the majority of Americans be shocked to hear what the US is pushing at the UN?

How can we help the Center for Family and Human Rights defend the moral and Biblical definition of gender? Click here for more information.

Title: Ukrainian Refugees Being Punished for Pro-Life and Pro-Family Laws in Hungary and Poland
Topic: Religious Freedom
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

Stefano Gennarini is the Vice President for Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights (C-Fam). Today he discusses how and why the European Commission is punishing Ukrainian Refugees fleeing to Hungary and Poland.

Click here to read Stefano’s report on this topic.

Click here for more from Stefano Gennarini.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

How many Ukrainians have fled to Poland and Hungary for refuge?

Both Hungary and Poland are sovereign nations, with their own laws pertaining to abortion, homosexual, and transgender issues. Is this why the European Commission is punishing them? Stefano explains that the oppression began when the EC withheld billions and billions of COVID relief funds from both countries – even before the invasion from Russia into Ukraine.

Is the EC essentially telling Poland and Hungary they cannot have their own laws regarding these issues and they must adopt the EC’s rules and regulations “or else”?

Will the EC come to the aid of Hungary and Poland with funds to help Ukrainian refugees that have fled within their borders? Stefano doesn’t believe the EC will release the $45 BILLION in COVID relief, but they will help to an extent. He does believe, however, that the EC will try to coerce an agreement regarding the country’s strict pro-life and pro-family laws.

Will the US come to the rescue?

Title: Abolishing Abortion on a Global Scale
Topic: Pro-Life Issues
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

Is abolishing abortion in America enough? Stefano Gennarini with the Center for Family & Human Rights doesn’t believe it is. He says: “Children in the womb were never excluded from the right to life in international law and international law does not establish a human right to abortion in any circumstance, either through treaty obligation or by custom.”

Click here to read the brief by C-Fam attorneys in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What is an Amicus brief? Who can file one? Are there strict instructions on how one can be filed?

Why did the Center for Family & Human Rights (C-FAM) file an Amicus brief in support of the Dobbs case out of Mississippi?

What is C-FAM’s argument?

Is there an international right to abortion? HINT: No.

Is there an international human rights law? HINT: Yes.

Do the Justices read every Amicus brief sent to them – or do they rely on their clerks?

Must the US Supreme Court address the legal status of the current international law of children in the womb?

Could the Dobbs case finally overturn Roe v. Wade in America?

Title: UN Bashing Pro-Lifers – Again
Topic: United Nations
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

It’s not news that the majority of leaders on the United Nations counsel are pro-choice. Are they going too far, though, with their new “She Decides” campaign?

FACT: UN experts said abortion-on-demand is “at the very core of every women and girl’s fundamental right to equality, privacy and physical and mental integrity and is a precondition for the enjoyment of other rights and freedoms”.

Stefano Gennarini has the sad details today. Stefano is the Vice President for the Center of Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Do UN experts say pro-lifers are dangerous?

Do UN experts say the right to an abortion is a precondition for the enjoyment of other rights and freedoms?

READ THAT QUESTION AGAIN! This is actually what they think. PLUS – they believe the abortion should be FREE!

Has the Trump Administration been successful in reducing the flow of American tax dollars to fund abortions in other countries?

What is the Mexico City Policy? Listen as Stefano Gennarini explains this and how abortion organizations can still get some funding…

Are there many countries that belong to the UN that do NOT want legalized abortions in their countries?

What is the “She Decides” campaign? Why is it a danger to us all?

Why is the Center for Family and Human Rights urging the UN to stay out of the abortion issue all-together?

Topic: Homosexual Agenda
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini

Stefano Gennarini is the Director of Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights. He is a big supporter of equal human rights – except when those “equal” rights are harmful to others. Listen as he explains how the UN Independent Director, Vitit Muntarbhorn, is trying to twist international law in favor of perverted homosexual behavior.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Are activists within the LGBTQ community working to enshrine their sexual preferences into international law?

What is the goal of the LGBTQ activists working within the United Nations?

Are there any nations pushing back against expanded LGBTQ goals?

Has there been a noticeable difference between Obama and Trump concerning this issue?

Title: UN Fast-Tracking LGBTQ Agenda and Abortion
Topic: United Nations
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

The UN is once again trying to fast track the adoption of hundreds of statistical indicators to measure progress on the UN development goals, without giving time for the UN’s political organs to review them.  How does this affect “world peace”?

Stefano Gennarini, the Director of Legal Studies at the Center for Family and Human Rights, explains these drastic attempts by the UN.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Why is the UN attempting to fast-track member states to accept homosexuality and provide abortions and comprehensive sexuality education? It all boils down to money….

What does the UN define as a “sustainable development goal”?

How many of the 194 member states are pushing back, refusing to bow down the UN’s bullying attempts?

Will Nikki Haley be an advocate for Pro-life and Pro-family issues at the UN?

Stefano Gennarini is the Director of the Center for Legal Studies at Center for Family and Human Rights Institute. Listen in as he gives more information about Nikki Haley and her position.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Has the US Ambassador to the United Nations been too focused on killing babies around the world and spreading LGBTQ demands where they have not be welcomed?

Are the progressives forcing their agenda upon countries which do not agree with their principles?

About Nikki Haley…Will she be pro-life and pro-family? Or will she become another puppet for Planned Parenthood and the LGBTQ crowd?

Title: Is the Denial of Abortion “Torture”?
Topic: Is Abortion Torture?
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

We really can’t make this stuff up, people. The UN is now saying that the “denial of abortion is torture”. Torture! Do they even realize what torture is? That is extremely doubtful.

According to guest Stefano Gennarini, the UN’s definition of torture “requires that there be action or inaction by a state or state official, to extract information from a person while in captivity”. Yeah, that sounds like abortion. Not! But this is where we are people. The left truly believes that denying women abortions is comparable to waterboarding prisoners of war.

This is really a case of abortion activists and groups capturing the UN’s human rights bureaucracy,” Stefano says, especially in regards to pregnancies which result from rape or incest or indicate a disability with the child. These same abortion rights groups also claim that denying women abortions is overcrowding our prisons! Stefano discusses a recent report from UN expert Juan Mendez, which indicates that “abortion laws are responsible for prison overcrowding, emotional suffering, and subject women and girls to humiliating and judgmental attitudes.” Again, my mind is just blown over the fact that so many people can justify killing more babies so we can avoid crimes. It just doesn’t make sense.

Stefano continues to explain that the problem is much worse than we think. The UN is now accusing states that have restrictive abortion laws of throwing too many women in jail because they undergo abortions – which is a complete fabrication! “You will not find any country in the world where there are any significant number of women in jail because of abortion. In fact, even countries that do outlaw abortion will not [under normal circumstances] prosecute women,” Stefano reveals.

The UN has a long history of meddling with the affairs of sovereign nations. The abortion issue has long been on the radar. Is this latest statement by the UN simply to gain attention or do they have an underlying agenda? Stefano explains that this is not the first time the UN has used this tactic to gain more abortion rights sympathizers.

Listen in as Stefano discusses that the UN Committee Against Torture’s main goal is to convince every country to legalize abortion or be found in violation of the convention against torture. They even tried to convince the Pope!

Title: Global Warming According to the Pope
Topic: The Pope and Climate Change
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

If you are not Catholic, you may not have heard about the Pope’s latest encyclical, which is a letter the Pope writes to all the Bishops. In fact, this letter is available to anyone who wishes to read it. In his encyclical, the Pope basically blames all of the earth’s current climate issues on humans and our love of fossil fuels.

Stefano Gennarini, with the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute, discusses the UN’s three basic notions concerning “sustainable development”: economic, social, and environment development. Stefano says, “Deep down it [sustainable development] ultimately poses that human beings on the planet are a problem.” Stefano also reveals that the Pope said, “Human existence as parasitical.

On a positive note: The Pope does not believe in squashing our right to procreate. He does not endorse abortion or euthanasia.

We do need to take care of the poor; that is undisputable. But at what cost does the Pope believe we should take steps to accomplish this? Listen in as Stefano explains the Pope’s reasoning for stopping the use of fossil fuels and maintaining a safe environment for all, especially those in poor nations.

Do you trust the government? If you are a frequent listener to The What’s UP Radio Program, you probably don’t trust the government father than you can spit a watermelon seed!

Catholic Bishops in Kenya believe new tetanus vaccines are being used by UNICEF, the UN, and WHO to control the population – without the people’s knowledge or consent!

Stefano Gennarini, with the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute, says the UN and UNICEF are obviously denying allegations that they are purposefully injecting a sterilizing agent into a tetanus vaccine geared toward women of child-bearing age.

Over 130 MILLION women around the world have received this vaccination; nearly 2.5 Million in Kenya alone. Is there a connection to the vaccine and population control? Listen in as he explains UNICEF’s “intentions” and decide for yourself!

Title: Protecting the Family
Topic: Homosexual Agenda
Discussed by Stefano Gennarini
with Center for Family and Human Rights (www.C-Fam.org)

The family unit is the bond that holds any country together. The devil wants to destroy our families, our communities, our state, and our country. Let’s fight the devil by assaulting the gates of hell, reaching in and pulling out families to save.

The homosexual agenda is taking over America. Laws and regulations are spreading far and wide, catering to the LGBT community. The UN has been silent on this issue for decades, except for supporting abortion and other methods to limit population growth.

Since Obama was elected President, there has been a tremendous amount of pressure for the UN to pass world-wide laws protecting – and even favoring – homosexuals. But other countries are actually standing up against America and saying, “Nope, not in our country!” In fact, Russia, China, and other countries voted in favor of a resolution to protect the traditional family. Obviously, America voted against this!

Stefano Gennarine, with the Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute, gives more details about this fight and what it means for the future of America and the world. He also discusses the traditional family compared to the homosexual couple raising children. What does their future look like?

Despite pressure for our State Department (Hillary Clinton), pro-homosexual groups were told “NO” at the United Nations.

Many countries are weary of an LGBT agenda that goes beyond addressing violence and discrimination and attempts to single out homosexuals for special protections beyond those afforded to all individuals under international law.

Russia has enacted a law that prohibits promoting homosexuality to minors. Where are our elected officials?

Russia has long banned the promotion of homosexuality among minors as part of a national effort to protect children from early sexualization and related adverse health consequences!

Now, Russia is being reprimanded for the practice by the UN Human Rights Committee due to the protests of one lone woman, Irina Fedotova.

Why would I be so happy, pleased, and tickled pink that Russia would win with respect to a vote in the United Nations?

What is the Human Rights Council? Is this the same council that has countries in charge of it like Libya and Iran? Give me a break...

Did President Obama actually order all federal agencies dealing with U.S. Diplomacy and Foreign Assistance to promote LGBT rights?

Did Russia, on the Human Rights Council for the UN, recently support a resolution upholding traditional family families? If so, what did they say about traditional family values?

Has support for traditional family values deeply troubled LGBT groups because they fear they will be unable to de-criminalize homosexuality worldwide?
