In a bold move, The
American College of Pediatricians is urging educators and legislators to reject all policies that condition children to accept a life of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex.
ACP reports that hormone therapy and repeated, unnecessary surgeries is not normal. In fact, it is extremely harmful to both the body and the mind.
Dr. Steve Hotze was a strong opponent to the Houston Bathroom Ordinance (HERO), which was overwhelmingly defeated by voters last November. As a medical doctor, he knows the facts about human sexuality.
“It is an objective biological trait, determined by your chromosomes at birth,” he states.
Dr. Hotze goes on to say, “It’s about time we base our laws on facts, not ‘feelings’.” What the government is doing, bowing to the LGBQT crowd, is “moral and sexual anarchy”. The homosexual political movement wants to bring a “complete degradation…a destruction of any moral standard that is Biblical…They want to destroy that,” he says.
Some of the statements made by the ACP include:
1) Human sexuality is an objective biological binary trait: “XY” and “XX” are genetic markers of health – not genetic markers of a disorder.
2) No one is born with a gender. Everyone is born with a biological sex. Gender (an awareness and sense of oneself as male or female) is a sociological and psychological concept, not an objective biological one.
3) A person’s belief that he or she is something they are not is, at best, a sign of confused thinking.
4) Rates of suicide are twenty times greater among adults who use cross-sex hormones and undergo sex reassignment surgery, even in Sweden, which is among one of the most LGBTQ affirming countries.
5) Conditioning children into believing that a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal is child abuse.

There is a “homosexual cancer” that is running rampant across America. The LGBTQ
agenda has been spreading like a wildfire for decades, but in recent years has
become a major issue in Texas as more liberals move to our great state seeking
job opportunities. Other states are feeling the burn as well, such as North
Carolina.
At the time of this interview, the Governor of North Carolina called on the
state Legislature to pass HB2, prohibiting men from using a female restroom or
shower facility, even if they “identify” as a female. Dr. Hotze gives more
details about HB2, saying: “The homosexual political movement is screaming about
it.” They claim “transgender bathroom panic” was used to intimidate the
Legislators to pass the bill.
“Nowhere did our Founding Fathers intend for wicked behavior to be a basis of
civil rights,” Dr. Hotze proclaims. If a male believes that he is really a
female, that is something he is choosing to do, and that is not a civil rights
issue; it is a personal issue.
Less than one percent of children have some sort of “gender confusion”. Nearly
all (98% for boys and 88% for girls) of those “confused” choose to identify as
their “birth sex” once they hit puberty. “We are now trying to impose on the
entire country [the idea] that we have to accept that this is normal,” Dr. Hotze
points out. “This is using the power of government, politics, and law to tell
parents that they cannot help their children out of their confused state.” This
is just wrong.
Dr. Hotze urges Texas Governor Abbot, Lt. Governor Patrick, and the Texas
Legislators to pass a similar bill, protecting the women and children of our
state from harmful, perverted predators. In fact, they should make it their
Number One Priority!

Dr. Steve Hotze was instrumental to the defeat of HERO.
He not only spoke out often against the LGBTQ agenda to take over Houston, he
gave financially. He is very passionate about preserving Christian moral values
for our children and grandchildren. Wee humbly thank Dr. Hotze for his support.
However, the fight is far from over. The LGBTQ activists set their eyes on
Dallas and were able to get a similar ordinance passed there. Nope, we cannot
stop fighting them. If we stand down, our efforts will be in vain. The liberals
in WDC want every big city, every suburb, every farm county to allow
transgenders into the women’s bathroom. If we think the LGBTQ crowd will give in
because they lost in Houston, we will lose the country.
Dr. Hotze believes now is the time to step up our game and push even harder to
stop them. He compares the fight we currently face to David and Goliath. We all
know how that event played out. The same can – and will – happen with us! We
have God on our side!
“The LGBTQ agenda is a political movement,” Dr. Hotze says. “Just
like the Nazis and the Communists had a political movement. They have an agenda
and want to force their values upon society and pervert us. They want to make
what God stands for wrong.” Just look at the millions of dollars the LGBTQ
crowd spent pushing their agenda. Our side barely raised $1 million, with
$350,000 coming straight from Dr. Hotze. As for the money he gave to defeating
the cause, Dr. Hotze says, “It is God’s money. He owns the cattle on a
thousand hills.”
Friends, this is a cultural war we are in. We cannot afford to pick and choose
what is right and wrong. The Bible is clear. And we must continue to fight for
God.

They are going to continue to shove their twisted, perverted homosexual agenda

The Houston Equal Rights Ordinance is bad, bad, bad news, people. Men do not
belong in women’s bathrooms, gym locker rooms, or changing rooms at the mall.
Teenage boys do not belong in the shower with girls at school or using their
bathroom, either! The left uses the argument: “Oh but these are transgender
men. They don’t want to be with a woman.” Our argument: “What is
keeping a man or teenage boy who is a pervert from entering a female restroom at
any given moment? Nothing.”
Dr. Hotze and others began running informative ads before Labor Day. The left
was caught unaware and had to scramble to get their attacks ready. Listen in as

moral absolutes there are no standards by which to determine what behavior is
good and what is evil. The homosexual political movement wants to
destroy all Biblical moral absolutes and throw our nation into sexual and moral
anarchy. We not only have homosexuals invading our government, schools, and even
churches, we now have transgenders wanting equal rights and access. Bruce Jenner
is their poster child. And this is scary. Very, very scary.

The most critical issue of our time is whether we are going to allow Biblical
marriage to hijacked and redefined by rogue federal justices. These liberal
judges are doing the bidding of homosexuals who want to elevate their immoral

substitute their own liberal policy preferences for the reasoned choices of
democratically elected state legislatures. And nothing in the Constitution
supports that lawless outcome.

there is a hopeless fight in trying to protect the marriage amendment in Texas.”

Activist judges, at both the state and federal levels, are putting America
under the boot of the Gay Mafia. You might not be concerned because you don’t
own a bakery or flower shop; you might not be a photographer or own a bed and
breakfast so you don’t care. But if you are a Christian, you need to be paying
attention to what they – the Gay Mafia – are doing to religious freedom in
America.
Dr. Steve Hotze encourages all listeners to take action to petition all levels
of government on the issue of gay marriage – or “mirage” as he calls it.
“Throughout history, homosexuality has been condemned in all cultures as wrong,”
Dr. Hotze points out. “Yes there are other sins, but the difference is that
those who participate in sodomy want to promote it as a normal, wholesome

condone adultery. We do not condone robbery. Why are we allowing the Gay Mafia

don’t want them to preach the truth. And if they do preach the truth, the Gay
Mafia wants them fined! Dr. Hotze says, “We need a militant attitude in the
Christian community. Christians – rise up and take a stand!”
Dr. Ed Young, pastor of Second Baptist in Houston, even preached about the
importance of keeping traditional marriage sacred on Easter Sunday! Dr. Hotze
explains in more detail what Dr. Young warned his congregation about. Too many
churches don’t preach about sin and the consequences and that’s what wrong with

Dr. Steve Hotze is back today to give an update and more information on the
Texas Marriage debate.
On April 28th of this year, the United States Supreme Court will be hearing
cases concerning homosexual marriage, or “homosexual mirage”, as Steve refers to
it. How will the SCOTUS ruling affect Texas, if they rule in favor of gay
marriage? Dr. Hotze also discusses why and how Texas should follow Alabama’s
lead on this issue.
Back in February of 2011, a gay couple petitioned a lower Texas court for a
divorce. They were denied. They petitioned the 5th Circuit in in Dallas. They

four years later, why is this case still active?

Affirming traditional marriage
is vital to the survival of Texas – to the nation as a whole. Dr. Steve Hotze
says the case involving two gay men who wish to divorce in Texas (they were
married in Massachusetts) has taken way too long to be resolved (four years).
“Justice Nathan Hecht, the head of the Texas Supreme Court, has provided no
leadership on this,” Dr. Hotze asserts. “Texas citizens absolutely deserve a
Supreme Court that will decisively protect our rights rather than a court that
waits passively for a decision from the United States Supreme Court that has the
potential of devastating the institution of marriage in Texas and the United
States.”
The Texas Supreme Court must make a ruling on this case before April 28th when
hearings will begin on homosexual marriage in the United States Supreme Court.
The Justices in Texas need to stand up and send a positive ruling in favor of
traditional marriage to Washington with a clear message: We will not be bullied.
FACT: Only three (3) states have passed laws allowing homosexual marriage by
vote of the people. All the other states which allow homosexual marriage do so
by the ruling of a single, usually liberal, judge. Even in California, the land
of fruits and nuts, the people voted against homosexual marriage! But a GAY,
liberal judge overruled the vote!
Dr. Hotze also reviews the Texas Marriage Amendment, which is currently in both
State Affairs Committees (the House and the Senate). Both leaders are Christians
and very pro-traditional marriage. Hopefully the bills will pass though the
committees quickly and be approved by both chambers, given to Governor Abbot for
his signature before April 28th.
Please pray that our Texas Supreme Court Justices would find courage to stand up
for the Texas Marriage Amendment and affirm traditional marriage in Texas. “It
cannot be constitutional because it is evil,” Dr. Hotze says. Also pray that
people who are gay will believe in Jesus Christ and turn from their sinful ways.

According to the MSM, Americans want gay marriage.
However, the Family Research Council recently discovered some interesting facts
about Americans and gay marriage. Over 60% of those polled agree that “states
and citizens should remain free to uphold marriage as the union of a man and a
woman and the Supreme Court should not force all 50 states to redefine
marriage.” Furthermore, an overwhelming majority (81%) of Americans agree that
government should “leave people free to follow their beliefs about marriage as
they live their daily lives at work and in the way they run their businesses.”
Today, Dr. Hotze discusses HB623 relating to the funding, issuing, and
litigation of certain marriage licenses. He says, “When a nation undermines
God’s laws, we see God’s judgment on that nation.” How does this relate to
redefining marriage? Dr. Hotze says, “It’s a mirage – a lie”, and suggests
people visit www.massresistance.com to learn what has happened in Massachusetts
since they redefined marriage. “It’ll make your skin crawl.”
In addition to HB623, Dr. Steve Hotze discusses HB1745 and
SB673, which would
forbid any marriage license from being issued in the state Texas that
contradicts the law of 2005 defining marriage as between one man and one woman.

Obamacare. Dr. Hotze claims that Obamacare is in direct violation of Article 1,
Section 7, which is the Origination Clause of the United States Constitution.
Why is this important and what makes Hotze’s lawsuit different than others?

Dr. Hotze also discusses HB 623, the brain-child of Andy Schlafly and introduced
by State Rep. Cecil Bell. HB 623 is the Preservation of State Sovereignty and
Marriage Act, which would ban Texas civil servants from issuing a homosexual
mirage license. Taxes or public funding should not be used to issue homosexual
mirage licenses or be used to enforce any court order to recognize homosexual
mirage. Furthermore, HB 623 will disallow any state employee to issue a mirage
license other than to a man and a woman. If they violate this law, they would
lose their job and any earned pension.
No, you are not misreading the above “mirage” and no, it is not a typo. Listen

over-turned a vote approved by 76% of the Texas voters concerning the definition
