Title: IVF: Free for All? Or Massively More Expensive?
Topic: Pro-Life Issues
Discussed by Kristen Ullman
with Eagle Forum (www.eagleforum.org)
Today, Eagle Forum Executive President, Kristen Ullman,
discusses recent comments made by President Donald Trump regarding IVF
treatments. Kristen has
discussed this issue before with us on the program. Click on our ARCHIVES link

Questions/Issues Discussed:
What are the ethical issues some people have with IVF treatments? Kristen
discusses eugenics after genetic testing and the destruction of “leftover”
embryos which occur at most IVF clinics.
How many non-implanted embryos are frozen or destroyed?
President Donald Trump has stated that “the government take-over of health
insurance is much too expensive due to its numerous mandates”. However, he has
also called for an IVF mandate at “no cost” for parents. How much would this
cost the American taxpayers, paid for by increased insurance premiums for all?
Do mandates force people to buy coverage they don’t need and fund morally
objectionable elements? Kristen explains that this is one reason she and
millions of pro-lifers are against mandating IVF treatment coverage for all
insurance companies.
If Trump is re-elected, can he make an Executive Order mandating IVF treatments
at no cost?
Sex-selection commonly occurs during the IVF process. In fact, many couples from
other countries where sex-selection is illegal come to America for IVF treatment
for this sole purpose. Why does Kristen consider this an ethical issue?
Are there ethical fertility treatments available other than IVF?

Title: Don’t California My Texas
Topic: Parental Rights
Discussed by Kristen Ullman
with Eagle Forum (www.eagleforum.org)
Part 1 of 2

Questions/Issues Discussed:
Who has the fundament right to direct the upbringing and education of children? Has the Supreme Court repeatedly said that right belongs to parents?
Do Democrats believe the government should have ultimate authority and parents should be treated as nothing more than nannies for the State?
Kristen says: “They believe that most parents are not supportive of their children, will not make the best decisions for their children, and are basically abusive if they won’t let their children believe and do whatever they want… They believe that they know better and they love your children more than you do.”
Are school boards across the nation receiving major backlash over their CRT, DEI, and LGBTQ ideologies?

reveals that part of this new law states: “Schools are prohibited from
requiring the disclosure of any information related to a pupil’s sexual
orientation, gender identity, or gender expression to any other person [i.e.,
parents] without the pupil’s consent.”
The SAFETY Act is an all-out war on parents and parental rights. What
can/should parents in California do immediately to ensure the safety of their
children?
Owner of X (formerly Twitter), Elon Musk, has been very vocal
about the LGBTQ agenda and parental rights. What caused him to being speaking

Title: Does IVF Create More Problems than it Solves?
Topic: Pro-Life Issues
Discussed by Kristen Ullman
with Eagle Forum (www.eagleforum.org)
Should pro-life politicians show caution when they debate and vote
on protections and regulations for IVF clinics?
Kristen Ullman is the current President of Eagle Forum. Today, Kristen discusses
her latest op-ed: “Designed Babies”.
Kristen Ullman on this and other issues.
Questions/Issues Discussed:
What is IVF – in vitro fertilization? How many births occur each year through
IVF?
Are there serious legal issues surrounding IVF? Kristen discusses the dangers of
giving IVF clinics complete immunity from lawsuits or criminal prosecution,
saying: “Location may matter in real estate, but it doesn’t matter with human
life.”
Are there serious ethical issues surrounding IVF as well? Are too many “playing
god”? Kristen compares choosing a specific gender or different traits for
babies/children to cloning. Both are wrong and completely unethical.
Are there still too many unanswered questions surrounding IVF?
What is the average cost for IVF?
What are “designer babies”?
How should pro-life activists approach the IVF issue? Kristen advocates for love
and compassion toward couples who so desperately want a child, but also urges us
to warn of the dangers.

Title: Americans No Longer Trust the Science
Topic: Transgender Agenda
Discussed by Kristen Ullman
with Eagle Forum (www.eagleforum.org)
Through a new proposed change to Title IX athletic regulations, the
Biden Administration is essentially telling Americans to “ignore the
science” that males and females are fundamentally and biologically
different.
New guest, Kristen Ullman, is the President of Eagle Forum. Today,
Kristen explains the new proposal and why Eagle Forum is fighting to
keep biological males out of female sports.
Kristen says: “This is so outrageous. Only the Biden bureaucracy could dream
up something as damaging to US school as this policy is. It’s damaging to
schools, but it’s damaging to… females. And that is the real crime in all of
this.”

Questions/Issues Discussed:
Are American women tired of having their rights erased through the
redefinition of sex?
Is the Department of Education demanding that school athletic programs develop
team eligibility criteria for each sport, each level of competition, and for
each grade level? Kristen passionately explains the confusion of it all.
Who decides whether or not a female team can remain 100% female (biologically)?
Kristen explains how, once again, the proposed regulation is wide open for
interpretation and is sure to bring many, many lawsuits from female athletes.
Why is Eagle Forum joining this fight in defense of female sports?
