Is Hydroxychloroquine being withheld by the FDA purely for political reasons?

FACT: The FDA regulates all approval and post-approval aspects of a drug product. But the FDA traditionally has not regulated the practice of medicine. Physicians, therefore, may prescribe an FDA-approved drug for indications that FDA has not reviewed for safety and effectiveness. Those uses, furthermore, are not addressed in the labeling information regarding, among other things, dosing, warnings about interactions with other drugs, and possible adverse events.

The next level of TB is multi-drug resistant costs $135,000 - $140,000 per patient and takes 20-26 months to treat. The third level of TB is MDR-TB takes 32-36 months to treat, costing more than $430,000 to treat a single patient. In addition to being extremely expensive, the drugs cause many harmful side effects. “Bureaucrats endanger lives by rationing standard treatments for Medicare beneficiaries and shifting funds to costly surgeries harmful to the troubled people it claims to help…Politicians are a danger to public safety and personal privacy when they replace reality and common sense with radical ideology.” These are direct quotes from guest Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet concerning the “men in women’s bathrooms” controversy sweeping the nation. What rights should “transgenders” have over the majority of the population?

Do the following type of people have the same rights as a transgender?

An alcoholic has self-perception that he/she is sober, then decides to drive while legally intoxicated, crashes into another car, and kills a whole family. A diabetic has a self-perception that blood sugars are normal, doesn’t check or treat them, and then falls into a coma from either hypo or hyperglycemia. A patient with high blood pressure has self-perception that his/her blood pressure is "normal", doesn’t check or treat it, then has a stroke due to severe hypertension. A young woman with anorexia nervosa has self-perception that she is grossly fat, yet has lost so much weight that she dies from malnutrition.

Dr. Vliet says, “Absolutely! That’s what we do in the field of medicine and psychiatry. We help people whose self-perception doesn’t match the reality and help them get treatment…for the safety of those around them.”

However, she does point out that it is not the government’s or society’s responsibility to help those who purposefully put themselves – and others – in danger. Their role is to help prevent dangerous situations from happening. It all boils down to this: It is not society’s obligation to help those who will not adhere to medical advice. Dr. Vliet says, “Treatable problems end up being corrected before it causes death to the individual or to someone around them.”

How does this apply to the “men in women’s bathrooms” issue, though? “It is important to not just assume that everyone’s self-perception is, in fact, a correct reflection of reality,” Dr. Vliet declares. Nothing can be clearer than our biological sex determined at the time of conception. Transferring much-needed federal and state medical dollars from needy Medicare patients to transgenders for “sex change operations” is an absolute waste of money. Furthermore, studies have proven that people who have had sex reassignment surgery are twenty times more likely to commit suicide.

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet offers her medical opinion on the matter. “I don’t think that everyone has the responsibility to pay for the surgery for the very few people that may suffer from transgender issues,” she states. She goes to declare that serial rapists, pedophiles, and transvestites can now all “claim” to be “transgender” and enter a woman’s bathroom whenever they please. THIS is the real issue the “men in women’s bathrooms” laws.

She says, “Certainly Donald Trump’s proposal to allow an improvement in Health Saving’s Accounts that are owned by individuals and allow them to decide how to spend their healthcare dollars is a big improvement.” Does Trump’s plan have what it takes, though? Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, Jr. (R-KY), recently said that defunding Planned Parenthood is “an exercise in futility.” How has defending life ever, in the history of America, been viewed as “an exercise in futility”? This isn’t coming from some pro-choice, liberal feminist. This statement was made by a Republican – the man in charge of the Senate!

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet is very passionate about saving every life she can. McConnell’s flippant statement did not sit well with her. In fact, she was outraged! “One only needs to look at the Declaration of Independence to realize that all life is to be protected and treasured,” she points out.

Dr. Vliet describes three ways Planned Parenthood misleads the public when they beg and beg for more and more money (whether from donations or federal funding). First, less than 1/10th of all abortions are performed after incidents of rape of incest. Second, Planned Parenthood does not “plan parenthood”; they plan death. And finally, Planned Parenthood does not provide women’s health services like mammograms; some don’t even do testing for STD’s or other services.

“It’s not up to the taxpayer to fund abortions. It’s women’s health services that we should be funding,” Dr. Vliet says. The half a billion dollars that Planned Parenthood receives to perform hundreds of thousands abortions each year could easily be dispersed among the over 13,000 Women’s Health Clinics across the country to really provide aide to needy women.

One hundred years from now, what will our children think about us? The ones that haven’t been aborted, that is. Think about it, friends. What will our grandchildren’s children think about the millions upon millions of babies that have been murdered at the hand of their own mothers, simply because it wasn’t convenient for them to have a child at that time? I pray they mourn those babies’ deaths.

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet has been completely heartbroken over each of the videos released from the Center for Medical Progress depicting the sale of baby body parts for research. This practice is against the law and Congress and the President should put a stop to it immediately by completely defunding Planned Parenthood.

One of Dr. Vliet’s greatest concerns is the lack of church leadership and outrage over this issue. “They’re totally ignoring the fact that the baby is not the women’s body. The baby is a viable being,” Dr. Vliet points out. In many ways, Dr. Vliet believes that what is happening at Planned Parenthood is worse than what Hitler did to the Jews.

Side Note: Dr. Alveda King, Martin Luther King’s niece, is a very outspoken advocate for life, speaking to women all across the country on this very issue. She is trying to convince women, especially black women, that Planned Parenthood is not their savior; Planned Parenthood is the opposite of what all women need. We need to pray for this brave woman, that God will use her to strengthen His Kingdom and save more babies.

One group of people often overlooked during the abortion debate is the men. The fathers. Who gives them a choice if their child is aborted or given a chance to live? What rights do they have? None. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Men care, too. It’s not just about the women.

Furthermore, Dr. Vliet points out: “These are human lives. Planned Parenthood is not charity care. They are charging quite a markup for the services they provide.” For example, if a woman wants an IUD for contraception, that may cost $200 to Planned Parenthood, but they charge the women $900-$1,000. An HIV test costs roughly $8 to perform and they may charge the patient $100! Planned Parenthood is not providing free or reduced “healthcare” to women; they are a for-profit business. Period.

Not only is Planned Parenthood making a huge profit off each women who enters a clinic, they make even more money selling aborted baby parts, sometimes without the consent or knowledge of the mother! This, again, is absolutely and completely illegal in all 50 states.

There are thousands of other facilities across the country that truly want to help women in the middle of a crisis pregnancy. Women’s Health Facilities can give women true mammogram testing, unlike Planned Parenthood. Women’s Health Facilities have licensed physicians who want to help women receive the treatment they need for little cost, unlike Planned Parenthood. Women’s Health Facilities are not in the abortion business, unlike Planned Parenthood.

Call your elected officials in WDC and tell them to stop funding Planned Parenthood immediately. Yes – even if that means a temporary government shut-down! Planned Parenthood must be stopped at all costs. Babies are more important.

FACT: 95% of Planned Parenthood’s “health services” are abortions.

Over 80% of all abortions are performed on black or Hispanic babies. More black babies in New York City are murdered through abortion than are being born. With the release of the undercover videos from the Center for Medical Progress, more and more people are turning away from the abortion-mill with disgust – and even hatred.

FACT: Less than one percent (1%) of all abortion procedures are done in a physician’s office and less than two percent (2%) are done in an actual hospital.

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet points out how the MSM has been “outrageously silent” on the issue. When Planned Parenthood is clearly violating the law by harvesting baby body parts (in addition to a slew of other laws), the MSM should be reporting on this every hour of every day! Why the silence?

FACT: Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood was a eugenicist: someone who believes in creating a pure race. “Colored people are like human weeds and are to be exterminated.” Sanger wrote “Slaves, Latin, and Hebrew immigrants are…a deadweight of human waste. Blacks, soldiers, and Jews are a menace to the (human) race.”

“We are looking at an American holocaust,” Dr. Vliet says, “with the slaughter of innocent babies.” Every procedure to abort a baby is excruciatingly painful, especially when the doctor’s goal is to preserve the aborted baby’s body parts for research. We must spread the word to stop this horrific murder-for-hire practice.
