Patients can no longer expect loyalty from their Doctors. ObamaCare forces doctor’s to join either new Accountable Care Organizations or, even more dangerous for the patient, Exclusive Provider Organizations.

Physicians who refuse to join one or the other and choose to act in the best interest of their patients are at risk for being terminated from hospital employment, and deselected from the ACO or EPO. Hospitals then threaten to revoke admitting privileges for those refusing to go along with the new system.
