Our reckoning is understanding her full legacy and its impact. Our reckoning is the work that comes next.”

On February 2, 2016, the Center for Medical Progress released a new undercover video  exposing more of Planned Parenthood’s grotesque and illegal acts of selling baby body parts. As you may have heard, the investigators of the undercover videos, David Deleiden and Sandra Merritt, have been indicted on charges of “tampering with a government record” for using a fake California driver’s license as part of their investigative journalism; something, by the way, thousands of journalists have done for decades as part of their undercover work. However, no charges were brought against Planned Parenthood for offering to sell baby body parts, which is against the law. This all happened in a Harris Country, Texas, courthouse. I am ashamed. Truly ashamed. Is this a sign of the end times?

Briscoe Cain is a personal friend of David Deleiden and the Texas Legal Counsel for Operation Rescue, the key organization behind the creation of the Center for Medical Progress. Briscoe is here today to give us an update on the court battle. At the time of this recording, Planned Parenthood has still not been charged with any wrong-doing. But, Briscoe believes that due to the pressure from public opinion there will be another grand jury called to bring charges against Planned Parenthood. There have also been invoices uncovered in the last few days which definitely prove that Planned Parenthood was breaking the law. (Forget the fact that there is video proof of the same information!)

We don’t have all the facts yet, but we need to discuss what we do know about the indictment which was handed down recently against David Deleiden and Sandra Merritt. They are two of the investigators with the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), the company that exposed Planned Parenthood’s business of trafficking human organs and altering the abortion process to obtain the “best specimens”.

The indictments against David and Sandra are: UNSEALED: A second-degree felony for “tampering with a government record”; and SEALED (not yet proven at the time of recording): A misdemeanor charge for violating the state’s “prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs”.

Briscoe Cain is a personal friend of David Deleiden and the Texas Legal Counsel for Operation Rescue, the key organization behind the creation of the Center for Medical Progress. First, he says, “It is important to know that the fifth video in the documentary was filmed at Houston’s Gulf Coast Planned Parenthood facility – the longest-running abortion clinic in the United States, the second-largest abortion clinic in the world, and the largest abortion facility in the Western Hemisphere.” Listen in as Briscoe explains more of the details of this video and why charges were brought against both Planned Parenthood and Deleiden and Merritt.

David Deleiden has issued the following statement concerning the indictments against him: “The Center for Medical Progress uses the same undercover techniques that investigative journalists have used for decades in exercising our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and of the press, and follows all applicable laws.”

Journalists have used fake documents, including fake driver’s licenses, for years when doing investigative reporting. Will all the evidence a DEA agent obtains while working undercover in drug rings while using a fake driver’s license now be inadmissible? Exactly my point, friends! Therefore, the charge of “tampering with a government record” should not even be an issue!

SHOCKING FACT: The Assistant District Attorney for Harris County is also a Board Member for the Gulf Coast Planned Parenthood!

This next bit of information might step on some toes, but it, too, needs to be discussed. Devon Anderson, the Republican District Attorney for Harris County, is responsible for the grand jury indictment. Some may argue that it is not her fault, personally. However, she is in charge of the attorney who presented the indictment!

This indictment will greatly affect the Republican Primary in Harris County. There are a lot of “ifs” unfolding in this drama. Listen in as Briscoe explains what the next few weeks will entail concerning this issue.

Han von Spakovsky is with the Heritage Foundation. He is a former attorney with the Justice Department. He says this “whole case is just bizarre”. The videos that the Center for Medical Progress made while undercover at various Planned Parenthood facilities clearly show that there was haggling going on. “The Texas statute makes it illegal to buy or sell or offer human organs,” he says. “But that is exactly what Planned Parenthood is doing.” He goes to say that, “The conclusion that this Grand Jury came to does not make sense under the fact or under the law.”

If the Harris County Grand Jury can hand down an indictment against Deleiden and Merritt for offering to buy baby body parts (not really, but you know what we mean) – why won’t the Grand Jury indict Planned Parenthood for offering to sell them?! You can’t have one without the other! Listen in as Hans Von Spakovsky explains the Texas Statute further and why no reasonable jury should have indicted the filmmakers.

It is a FACT that one of the Harris County Assistant District Attorneys is on the board at the very Planned Parenthood that was involved in this case! Even though she wasn’t directly involved with this case – she still works in the same office!

Terry and Hans discuss more details about the Grand Jury, the District Attorney Devon Anderson’s involvement, and the case in general. Terry points out that, while the Grand Jury was paneled in October of 2015, the DA’s did not go to the Grand Jury until December. This is important to note because the law changed January 1, 2016, concerning the manner in which Gran Jurors are chosen. Listen as he explains.

FACT: Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson reported a Fourth Quarter filing contributions totaling $210,000 from a local car dealer Don McGill. Why is this important? She’s unopposed in the Republican Primary! Listen in as Terry reveals the name of a person who is on the board at the Gulf Coast Planned Parenthood…Lauri McGill…any relation?

This whole case is going to dramatically affect the way investigative journalists do their job. Take 60 Minutes, for example. Hans points out that, “They’ve made their reputation by making these undercover sting operations! They are clearly going after the messenger instead of the wrongdoer.”

Title: No More Medicaid for Planned Parenthood in Texas

Back in the 1970’s, the Texas Legislature halted all state funding for abortions in the state. This law only affected the actual abortion procedure, not the other women’s services Planned Parenthood and other women’s clinics performed.

Governor Greg Abbott recently stopped all Medicaid reimbursement to Planned Parenthood facilities in the state of Texas. This is a huge step in shutting down the abortion mill for good! Dr. Joe Pojman, with Texas Alliance for Life, says, “He has put Planned Parenthood on notice.”  If the courts uphold this, they (Planned Parenthood) will not receive any further tax dollars in the state of Texas.

Thanks to research and investigations, it has come to light that Planned Parenthood has been engaging in Medicaid fraud for years. This new law affects five abortion facilities and thirty birth control centers affiliated with Planned Parenthood. It does not affect any other women’s health clinics (most of which do not perform any abortions).

Dr. Pojman explains some of the evidence behind the investigation and why Governor Abbot finally signed the law banning all Medicaid reimbursement to Planned Parenthood facilities in the state. He also describes the appeal process, what happens to the funds while we are waiting for judicial rule, and the final result if the law is upheld.

Cecil Richards recently testified before Congress concerning Planned Parenthood and their “practices”. Dr. Pojman reveals how Cecil admitted the truth about their so-called mammogram machines! “Finally, after all these years of misleading the public and elected officials…she admits that Planned Parenthood does not have a single mammogram machine anywhere in the country,” he says.

Texas Legislators have successfully removed all state funding for Planned Parenthood, although they still receive a small amount from the State Medicaid program. This practice will hopefully disappear with a new President. Join Dr. Pojman and others in prayer that Congress will ultimately defund Planned Parenthood for good.

NOTE: The state funds are now being used at 4,600 Women’s Health Clinics across the state to really give women the care and attention they need and deserve.

Holly O’Donnell was a procurement technician for the company Stem Express,  which “supplies human blood, tissue products, primary cells, and other clinical specimens to biomedical researchers around the world” (direct quote from their website). Holly is no longer employed with Stem Express and felt it necessary to expose Planned Parenthood’s illegal activity from selling baby body parts, sometimes without the expressed consent of the mother – even against her consent, in some cases!

Unfortunately, Jamie says, “Under Federal Law, they are allowed to do fetal tissue research, but we need to figure out what laws are being broken.” This is an ethical nightmare. Holly was told to do everything she could do to get permission from the mother, no matter what. She was even chastised for not trying “hard enough” and her co-workers would con the mother into giving consent.

FACT: 95% of Planned Parenthood’s “health services” are abortions.

Over 80% of all abortions are performed on black or Hispanic babies. More black babies in New York City are murdered through abortion than are being born. With the release of the undercover videos from the Center for Medical Progress, more and more people are turning away from the abortion-mill with disgust – and even hatred.

FACT: Less than one percent (1%) of all abortion procedures are done in a physician’s office and less than two percent (2%) are done in an actual hospital.

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet points out how the MSM has been “outrageously silent” on the issue. When Planned Parenthood is clearly violating the law by harvesting baby body parts (in addition to a slew of other laws), the MSM should be reporting on this every hour of every day! Why the silence?

FACT: Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood was a eugenicist: someone who believes in creating a pure race. “Colored people are like human weeds and are to be exterminated.” Sanger wrote “Slaves, Latin, and Hebrew immigrants are…a deadweight of human waste. Blacks, soldiers, and Jews are a menace to the (human) race.”

“We are looking at an American holocaust,” Dr. Vliet says, “with the slaughter of innocent babies.” Every procedure to abort a baby is excruciatingly painful, especially when the doctor’s goal is to preserve the aborted baby’s body parts for research. We must spread the word to stop this horrific murder-for-hire practice.

They’ve increased their “sales” by more than 70,000 abortions each year despite a 12 percent decline in abortions overall and a 13 percent drop in their overall patient load.”

Brad Mattes, President of Life Issues,  says this of Planned Parenthood: “They are the nation’s leading advocate for abortion on demand.” In fact, Brad goes on to explain how, in 2013, Planned Parenthood mandated all the facilities provide abortion services. Furthermore, not a single, solitary Planned Parenthood facility provides mammogram exams. They have also decreased other non-abortion services by 50-70% in facilities nationwide.

“Every single day, Planned Parenthood makes $1.4 Million Tax Dollars for their death agenda,” Brad reports. Most people have seen, or at least heard about, the videos depicting Planned Parenthood employees bragging about selling the body parts of dead babies to research companies for profit. It’s appalling and grotesque.

Brad believes that Americans would have been more sympathetic to the Jews if they had seen what really happened in the death camps in Germany. As horrifying as these videos from Planned Parenthood are, maybe they are just what is needed to push Americans over the edge and stop Planned Parenthood once and for all.

In light of the disturbing videos circulating social media, Planned Parenthood can no longer deny the horrific claim that they save baby body parts to sell for research. For years – decades, even – Planned Parenthood has labeled a baby as a “fetus” or “glob of tissue or cells”. If they claim a baby isn’t a “baby”, how can they sell the body parts, illegally I might add?

Ed Vitagliano  is a pastor in Mississippi and the Executive Vice President of the American Family Association.  He also co-hosts the AFA radio program, “Today’s Issues”. Pastor Vitagliano discusses the bill proposed by Congresswoman Diane Black (R-Tennessee), which already has over 80 signatures, requesting the immediate elimination of all funding for Planned Parenthood.

By now, the majority of listeners to The What’s UP Radio Program have seen or heard about the two videos where a Planned Parenthood official is allegedly attempting to sell body parts of aborted fetuses. Most people are not only shocked by this claim, but even more astonished that one woman (a license physician) was talking about the issue while eating a salad and drinking wine!

As an OBGYN, Dr. Omar Hamada has taken the “Hippocratic Oath” to do no harm. Different states and even different medical universities have various versions of the Hippocratic Oath – some more in depth than others. Also, whether or not the oath is upheld and followed is left up to each individual physician. But should medical professionals be held liable for their actions when something as unethical as selling baby body parts is discovered?

As far as Dr. Hamada knows, it is against the law to sell baby body parts. Against The Law. So, why are PP doctors bragging about selling them? Are they so confident in themselves to think no one would take issue with this? Dr. Hamada says, “It’s gotten to the point that even people who aren’t necessarily pro-life are seeing the atrocities and unethical nature of this.” Is there hope for the unborn in the future?

We can no longer ignore the cries of the unborn. We can longer ignore the fact that millions of precious lives are being torn apart and burned while inside their mother’s womb. We must reach out the mothers who feel they have no other choice than to murder their unborn child. We must reach out to the doctors and nurses who have been blinded and desensitized to what they are doing.

Dr. Omar Hamada and his wife, Tara, have been married for nineteen years and have four children. He served fourteen years in the US Army, ten spent with the Special Forces. Omar is also an ordained minister and is currently studying to receive his MA in Theological Studies from Columbia Biblical Seminary. He has a MD from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and serves with the American Academy of Family Physicians, the International College of Surgeons, and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. The Senior Director of Medical Services with Planned Parenthood, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, was caught on video cold-bloodedly discussing selling baby body parts while eating her lunch. She did not even give a second thought to what she was saying. “It was absolutely disgusting,” Arina Grossu  states. Then, another PP official, Mary Gatter, a senior official within PP and President of the Medical Directors’ Council, can be seen in a separate video reiterating what her colleague said! In fact, Mart Gatter can be heard claiming to want a Lamborghini when all is said and done! Appalling.

Arina Grossu goes on to discuss in further detail the various methods used to “preserve and protect” the babies organs to maximize their profit, according to Dr. Nucatola. It is absolutely unfathomable to think that any woman would purposefully want to deliver her baby breach, which is what partial-birth entails. Thankfully, Congress has called for an immediate investigation into these allegations, as well as seven independent state governors.

It has also been alleged that Planned Parenthood overlooks the obvious rape of young girls who are brought in for abortions, possibly from sex trafficking and other horrendous crimes – all for profit. They receive over $500,000,000 (half a Billion dollars) in tax-payer subsidies alone, on top of what they charge for their “women’s health services” aka abortions.

“How can anyone be so callous to the baby organ trafficking that is going on? Why can’t this $500,000,000 go to community health programs that need the money?” Arina Grossu asks. “Planned Parenthood needs to be exposed for what it actually is.”

Are you mad? Good! Then do something about it! Call your State Reps and Congressman. Tell them to defund Planned Parenthood now!

So, why do we allow our public educators to teach our children as young as 5 and 6 years old that experimenting with sex is natural and acceptable? Why are we allowing our public educators to tell them that kinky sex is ok?
