What is the best predictor of what a politician will do in office?

Was Governor Tim Walz reluctant to prosecute rioters in 2020? In case you have forgotten about these riots, Dr. Myers refreshes our memory with all the horrific facts and details.

Did Governor Tim Walz fail to distinguish between peaceful protesters and those committing acts of violence and destruction?

Did the actions of Governor Tim Walz during the riots fuel lawlessness around the country? Dr. Myers explains why he and others believe that Walz was directly responsible for the increase in violence due to his lack of prosecution and action against the rioters. Title: Joe Biden: The Scandal of the Century
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Ellie Gardey Holmes
with American Spectator (www.spectator.org/)

Today, Ellie Gardey Homles discusses the “coup” which forced Biden out of the Presidential race and how the American people are being gaslighted. Ellie is the Associate Editor for the American Spectator and the author of “Newsom Unleashed: The Progressive Lust for Unbridled Power”.

Click here to read Ellie’s op-ed on this important topic.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Are many liberal pundits praising Biden for withdrawing from the Presidential race, calling him a “hero”?

Are any of the praising parrots questioning Biden’s ability to answer the red phone before 10 AM or after 4 PM?

Are the American people being gaslighted into forgetting Biden’s debate performance and to only think of Biden as a “great world leader”? Ellie believes that the MSM wanted to push Biden out just as much as Democrat leaders did, calling the media coverage “night and day” since his announcement to drop from the race.

The MSM only cared to report on Biden’s decline when it threatened the Left’s continuance in power. Will they now switch their full attention on getting Kamala Harris elected in November?

In Ellie’s opinion, who will be the Vice President Nominee with Kamala Harris?

Title: Questions to Ask Presidential Candidates
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Andy Schlafly
with Phyllis Schlafly Eagles (www.PhyllisSchlafly.com)

What questions should average citizen ask of Presidential candidates?

Today, Andy Schlafly discusses this very topic that his mother, the late Phyllis Schlafly, addressed many years. The questions are still very applicable today.

Click here to share the questions on social media.

Click here for the latest Phyllis Schlafly Reports by John and Andy Schlafly.

Questions to Ask Presidential Candidates:

Will you instruct the Defense Department to buy only computer chips and routers manufactured in America under strict security guidelines?

Since everyone agrees on the need to reduce America’s dependence on foreign oil, isn’t it just as important to reduce our dependence on foreign computer parts for our military planes and weapons?

Will you bar from Defense Department business any companies that give away their patents, manufacturing processes, and intellectual property as part of the deal to open a plant in China?

Will you announce that the next time an American dies because of contamination of a prescription drug imported from China, prescription drugs will no longer be allowed to be imported from China?

Do you realize that China is not our “trading partner” but is our no-holds-barred economic competitor, highly protectionist, anti-free-trade, and spending the money it gets from U.S. trade to build up its military to become the world’s number-one superpower?

Do you believe it is important for the U.S. to have a strong manufacturing base and, if so, what is your plan to restore the well-paying manufacturing jobs that have been outsourced to China?

Do you accept a future in which Americans must compete with Asians who work for 50 cents an hour?

Title: Should We Celebrate President’s Day?
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Dr. Gary Scott Smith
with The Institute for Faith and Freedom (www.FaithAndFreedom.com)

Part 1 of 2

Dr. Gary Scott Smith has been a Professor of American History for 39 years. He is currently a Fellow for Faith and Politics with the Institute for Faith and Freedom with Grove City College.

Dr. Smith is the author of numerous books including: “Faith and the Presidency From George Washington to George W. Bush”, “Religion in the Oval Office”, “Heaven in the American Imagination”, and “Mark Twain: Preacher, Prophet, and Social Philosopher”.

Dr. Smith recently wrote this about President’s Day: “Statues of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, and Theodore Roosevelt are being removed or torn down because of their involvement in slavery, racism, or imperialism… Are Americans becoming more cynical, judgmental, and difficult to please? To what extent has our nation’s toxic and divisive political climate contributed to these negative assessments of our chief executives?”

Click here to read the article from Dr. Gary Scott Smith on this topic.

Click here for more information about the Faith and Freedom Institute.

Click here for more information about Grove City College.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

When and why did America begin to celebrate President’s Day?

Is our current President performing more poorly than his predecessors? Dr. Smith says: “The standards for Presidential behavior and Presidential leadership have risen because of a variety of factors.”

Are Americans just more cynical, judgmental, and simply more difficult to please?

Is America more divided now than at any other time in our history? Dr. Smith reveals that there have been many close Presidential races throughout our history, resulting in much division.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Do the majority of media outlets favor one party over another? Dr. Smith explains that this has been true since basically the founding of our country!

Side Bar: Why did Dr. Smith write a book on Mark Twain?

Is the President viewed as the moral leader of America?

If King David were on the ballot today, knowing his past sins, would a vote for him be wise?

Should Americans respect the office of the President with more reverence? Dr. Smith says: “Imagine having your whole life on display… I don’t know how they sleep at night… All they can do is make the best decisions they can.”

Title: Trump’s Final Stand
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Rick Gates
with Special Guest

What’s UP with the 2020 Presidential Election results? What is the truth about Trump’s chances in court?

Rick Gates was the Deputy Campaign Chairman for Donald Trump in 2016. Today he offers his analysis and understanding of the changing dynamics of President Trump’s final stand.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is the clock ticking on President Trump’s path to substantiating his election victory? Is December 14th the “big date”?

What are his two options?

Could the US Supreme Court put a stay on the election results? Has this ever happened before?

Did Chief Justice John Roberts issue a surprise order allotting oversight of legal challenges in the states to specific justices?

Will Pennsylvania be the first state heard by the US Supreme Court? Which Justice will hear this case? What are his options?

Could all the mail-in ballots be tossed out? Would there be a brand-new election? Or could the vote be left up to one vote per state via the House? Rick explains each option…

Is it imperative that the US Supreme Court hear this case?

Title: The Status of the Election
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Rick Gates
with Special Guest

The very definition of “concede” – to surrender or yield – is contrary to every principle or action known to Donald Trump. For him, the election is not over.

Rick Gates rose through multiple senior roles in Donald Trump's campaign starting in March 2016, rising to Deputy Campaign Chairman. Following Trump's successful election, he continued his service as the deputy chairman to the president-elect's Inaugural Committee, and after, as a co-founder of the America First Policies Super PAC for the president.

Rick’s book “Wicked Game” can be found here.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

In Rick Gates’ opinion, will Donald Trump concede before the last court battle concludes?

For our republic to survive, are there fundamental questions that must be answered to restore faith in the fairness of our electoral system?

What are some of the major flaws in the 2020 election process? Are these flaws being properly vetted by the main stream media?

What is their end game – for both campaigns?

Does President Trump still control the Republican Party nationally?

Must each state certify their vote count by December 8th? Must all election questions be settled before electors vote on December 14th?

Title: No One is Above the Law – Unless You’re a Democrat
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Robert Knight
with Robert H Knight (www.RobertHKnight.com)

There is solid evidence of corruption between Democrats and Ukraine, just as there is evidence of Russians colluding with Hillary Clinton. And yet, it’s President Trump who is being investigated and hounded! Are Democrats using circular reasoning: Trump is guilty because Trump is guilty?

Robert Knight is a columnist for the Washington Times. Today he reveals more insider information about these scandals and what we need to be paying attention to.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Did House Speaker Nancy Pelosi really state: "No one is above the law" when she announced impeachment against President Trump? However, does she believe that others (specifically Democrats) are not held to the same standards as the rest of us?

Was it against the law for Hunter Biden to work for a Ukrainian company? Did VP Biden threaten to withhold aid to the Ukraine if the prosecutor who was investigating the company Hunter Biden worked wasn’t fired?

Is it against the law for a foreign company to hire an American and pay them whatever they want to?

How much money has the Clinton Foundation raked in from “donations”?

Robert Knight reminds us how much money Uranium One gave the Clinton Foundation in exchange for Hillary approving Russian control of 20% of US uranium. He also discusses how the Clinton’s gave missile and advanced computer technology to Chinese Communists in the 1990s in exchange for “donations” to the Democratic Party. Did President Trump threaten the President of the Ukraine? Or did Trump simply ask him to get to the bottom of the corruption scandal? How is the MSM and the Left spinning this?

In Robert’s opinion, were Ukrainians involved in the Trump-Russia hoax that has played out over the past three years?

Title: America Chooses a Reflection of Itself
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Rabbi DB Ganz
with The Daily Caller News Foundation www.DailyCaller.com

Part 1 of 2

Does the viability, the vitality, and the achievements of Western Civilization have, as their cornerstone, the Judeo-Christian ethical system which is founded on the moral principles of the Bible?

New guest, Rabbi DB Ganz, is with us today to discuss The 10 Commandments and the 2016 Presidential Candidates. In his recent article with the Daily Caller, “Two Secularists Who Don’t Know The Bible: America Chooses Reflections Of Itself,  Rabbi Ganz quoted Winston Churchill on the issue of traditional values. Concerning this quote, Rabbi Ganz says: “He’s talking about the culture of Christianity. We owe the basic core values to Jewish culture. This was the basis of a civilization that was built upon the ashes of Rome.

We definitely enjoy many kinds of freedom in America, but there has been a steady erosion of Judeo-Christian values. Rabbi Ganz believes that the 2016 Presidential candidates are a direct reflection of this decline. Listen in as he compares the state of affairs to the development of a child. Rabbi Ganz also discusses The Ten Commandments and how people have twisted them around to mean something completely different than what God intended. He will continue with this topic in the next segment.

Title: Hil-Rump on Climate Change
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Sterling Burnett
with Heartland Institute (www.Heartland.org)

Donald Trump’s views on climate change and energy production differ radically from those held by Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

Dr. Sterling Burnett wants everyone to understand that Hillary and Bernie want to “double-down” on Obama’s current policies, making things even worse for the American economy. Donald Trump, however, is on record saying he will reverse Obama’s regulations. He goes on to explain how wind, solar, and coal all receive federal subsidies; however, the fossil fuel industry receives a much lower amount than the others.

Hydraulic fracking is another hot topic within the oil and gas debate. Dr. Burnett gives a brief explanation of fracking and how the three top Presidential candidates differ on this issue as well. Bernie Sanders desires to end fracking completely, Hillary wants to add more stringent regulations, and Trump wants to increase its productivity. “Fracking is safe,” Dr. Burnett says. “It has helped decreased the leakage of methane emissions and oil and gas spills over the last decade.

Trump has made some pretty outrageous statements regarding man-caused climate change (which Dr. Burnett discloses in this interview). However, Trump does recognize that man is not causing catastrophic climate change like the left continually squawks. Bernie says it is the “greatest challenge facing our generation”, while Hillary believes it is a “defining moment and policy”.

Dr. Burnett would like to point out that he is NOT making an endorsement for President in regards to the information provided in this interview. He is simply revealing the facts that all three candidates have expressed on record. Conduct do your own research and decide who the best qualified candidate is based on your criteria.

Title: Can Christians Vote for Trump?
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Ed Martin
with Phyllis Schlafly Eagles (www.PhyllisSchlafly.com)

Part 1 of 2

Disclaimer: The information discussed in these two segments with Ed Martin does not necessarily reflect the opinion of host, Terry Lowry, who has not made a formal endorsement of any 2016 Presidential candidate. Please listen to these segments with an open mind and open heart, do your own research, and make the best choice for you.

Whether you’re a Baptist Conservative, Catholic, Mormon, Assembly of God, Presbyterian, Episcopalian, or other Christian denomination, how can you vote for a foul-mouthed, adulterer for President of the United States? After all, he’s just being honest with his comments about illegals and pretty women! We’re talking about Donald Trump here today, if you couldn’t tell.

Ed Martin is the new President of Eagle Forum. Ed wants to give us some reasons he and Phyllis Schlafly, former President and Founder of Eagle Forum, are supporting and endorsing Donald Trump for President, even though he may not be the most “Christian” candidate.

Many years ago, experts did not expect JFK to perform very well among Christian voters because he was Catholic. In response to this comment, Ed Martin reminds us of Thomas Paine, the author of Common Sense and one of the original Founding Fathers of our great nation. Listen in to hear why he loves Thomas Paine’s enthusiasm for our country, even though the end of his life was a little unhinged.

Phyllis Schlafly likes to say, “Politics is where the action is.” Ed explains what that statement means by saying, “Our lives are being formed [by politics] and checking out by not voting is not an option.”

The last Baptist elected President of the United States was Jimmy Carter, who turned out to be an absolute disaster and embarrassment. Can we trust another one? Or should we elect someone who doesn’t even consider himself in need of salvation, as Trump has stated on camera?

Ed Martin says, “When I heard how [Trump] was raised and the church he went, I understood.” However, the way he answered the question on salvation does concern him. This is one reason why Ed Martin and Phyllis Schlafly recently met with Donald Trump.

In an imperfect world, how can we get the person who best brings our values forward and then hold them accountable?” Ed asks. He goes on to explain that our culture is changing – and not for the better; that is why he and Phyllis and so many others and looking to Trump to turn things around.

A revival is never going to come from the President. It’s going to come from the pews and the pastors,” Ed declares. “We have to vote for a person that we think is lifted up at this moment.” Listen in as he uses examples from the Bible to explain these bold statements.

Dan Patrick is not only the Texas Lt. Governor, he is also the Texas Chair for the Cruz for President Campaign. He joins us today to give an update on what is happening within the campaign and what you can do to ensure that a true, honest leader is elected President of the United States this November.

First, the Lt. Governor goes over some of the important facts and figures from Super Tuesday. Also, “If you add up all the Primaries, Donald Trump has received thirty-two percent of the vote and Ted Cruz has received twenty-eight percent of the vote,” Dan points out. That close number is very important and Dan explains why.

There are still several key caucuses and Primary Elections in coming weeks. Should Rubio (who is not far behind) and Kasich (who is really far behind) drop out of the race and let Trump and Cruz duke it out? Listen in as Dan discusses this as well.

Title: Why Would Anyone Want to President?
Topic: Presidential Politics
Discussed by Prof. Gary Scott Smith
with Center for Vision and Values (www.VisionAndValues.org)

The role of the Presidency has changed dramatically since the days of Washington and Abraham Lincoln. There is no doubt, however, that being the President of the United States is the toughest and most challenging job on the planet. Professor Gary Scott Smith states: “The pressures presidents face are immense, and the scrutiny, second-guessing, and ridicule to which they are subjected is intense and never-ending. Those willing to pursue this office must either have very thick skin, a huge ego, the ability to ignore criticism, a strong conviction that they can make the world better through their service, or all of these things.”

The role of the President has always been a daunting challenge. In the early days, we weren’t certain our country would even survive. Then the Civil War came and pitted brother against brother. Now, the world looks to the United States as not only the world leader, but also as the world policeman and even the world humanitarian.

Even many Americans believe that it is the responsibility of the President to “fix things” and that the President has the power to do anything he wants to do. That just isn’t true – or even possible, as Professor Smith explains. “This is very unrealistic. The President can have an impact on the state of the economy, but there are many worldwide and domestic factors that are simply beyond his control.”

Professor Gary Scott Smith also discusses how a person’s family is affected when they run for the Presidency. It certainly isn’t fair, but their family will be scrutinized under the microscope; everything they do or say will be watched, photographed, and recorded. It only gets worse once they actually obtain the role as President. This all needs to be taken into consideration. They will live in a glass house for the rest of their lives. “Ideally, the President should be allowed to have a private life….We are subjecting him to even greater pressure… and we will potentially destroy his physical and mental health,” Professor Smith believes. He goes on to discuss vacations and the need for down-time.

One more issue discusses in this segment is the importance of praying for the President and all people in leadership roles in our government. It doesn’t matter if you love them or hate them – pray for them constantly. “It’s a Biblical command!” Professor Smith declares.

Professor Gary Scott Smith is the author of "Religion in the Oval Office", “Faith and the Presidency From George Washington to George W. Bush”, "Religion in the Oval Office" and “Heaven in the American Imagination”. For more posts and information about Professor Smith, click here.

Was CAGW started after Reagan and some of his budget reviews? Let's look at past performance as a future indication for future votes - have you ever seen an elected official that you rated go from 20% to 80%? Have they ever flipped?

Unlike Biden, has Paul Ryan verbally stood in the bowels of Congress and said "unless we quit spending, we are going to bankrupt America"? Can Biden and Ryan even be compared?
