Between 2000 and 2010, the government (EPA) conducted an experiment to determine
the effects of potentially harmful levels of diesel on humans. Listen in as

North Carolina Bill 187: An act to make research studies on humans using fine particulate matter, known as PM2.5, unlawful and to direct the Commission for Public Health to study and make recommendations to the General Assembly regarding research involving human subjects.
Take a look at the EPA’s own definition of PM2.5 on their website: “How can PM2.5 affect my health?
Particles in the PM2.5 size range are able to travel deeply into the respiratory tract, reaching the lungs. Exposure to fine particles can cause short-term health effects such as eye, nose, throat and lung irritation, coughing, sneezing, runny nose and shortness of breath. Exposure to fine particles can also affect lung function and worsen medical conditions such as asthma and heart disease. Scientific studies have linked increases in daily PM2.5 exposure with increased respiratory and cardiovascular hospital admissions, emergency department visits and deaths. Studies also suggest that long term exposure to fine particulate matter may be associated with increased rates of chronic bronchitis, reduced lung function and increased mortality from lung cancer and heart disease. People with breathing and heart problems, children and the elderly may be particularly sensitive to PM2.5.”
SO WHY ARE THEY USING HUMAN SUBJECTS TO TEST THIS STUFF TO SEE IF ITS HARMFUL WHEN THEY ALREADY KNOW IT IS?!?!?

Between January 5,
2010 and June 9, 2011, three doctors conducted experiments on 41 human subjects.
Two of those doctors are employed by the US EPA; the other by the
University of North Carolina.
The study subjects were intentionally exposed to airborne fine particulate matter (PM2.5). The EPA had already determined that PM2.5 is extremely dangerous, even in low levels; and
any amount of PM2.5 is carcinogenic to humans.

In its 2007 decision
Massachusetts v. EPA that was authored by the very liberal Justice John Paul
Stevens wrote: "The harms associated with climate change are serious and
well recognized. The Government's own objective independent assessment of the
relevant science and a strong consensus among qualified experts indicate that
global warming threatens, inter alia, a precipitate rise in sea levels ...
severe and irreversible changes to natural ecosystems, a significant reduction
in ... winter snowpack ... with direct and important economic consequences, and
an increase in the spread of disease and the ferocity of weather events."
Just recently, writing for an essentially unanimous court, the ultra-liberal
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg stated, "The Court, we caution, endorses no
particular view of the complicated issues related to carbon dioxide emissions
and climate change."
The court's plainly written, jaw-dropping about-face is hidden in a footnote and
so hasn't been reported in media accounts of the decision - but it is of
significant consequence.
Climate alarmists can no longer claim that the Supreme Court has validated the
science of climate alarmism and ordered the EPA to regulate greenhouse gases.
