Between January 5,
2010 and June 9, 2011, three doctors conducted experiments on 41 human subjects.
Two of those doctors are employed by the US EPA; the other by the
University of North Carolina.
The study subjects were intentionally exposed to airborne fine particulate matter (PM2.5). The EPA had already determined that PM2.5 is extremely dangerous, even in low levels; and
any amount of PM2.5 is carcinogenic to humans.

Years ago, there was a huge
scandal surrounding evidence that the US Public Health Services studied the
natural progression of untreated syphilis in poor, rural African-America males.
They did so without treatment, knowingly allowing the disease to spread
unchecked.
So why were human experiments being conducted again? Case in point, one woman
who was exposed to the PM2.5 had a heart attack!
