Washing Post Op-Ed writer advocates we use 27 billion cans of paint to whitewash the estimated 910 billion square meters of the Earth’s surface where there are roadways and rooftops. This, he says, will reflect sunlight back out to space and reduce man-caused global warming/climate change. I suppose this is Obama’s way of putting Americans back to work – PAINTING!
