Some of you may have lied to your boss about why you were late to work today. Maybe you blamed the traffic or the weather. Maybe you said the baby threw up on you - twice! Whatever the reason or excuse, if you simply overslept and you used a different excuse, then you lied. And if your boss finds out about the lie, you’ll be in trouble right?

Well, what happens when YOU’RE the boss --- of an entire country? Should the President be allowed to lie to the American people about laws and bills that are passed? Should politicians be able to lie about each other when they are battling for votes?

You’d be surprised what the law says about it…
