Part 1 of 3

How did America ever survive and thrive without Critical Race Theory? *sarcasm

Dr. Paul Kengor is a Professor of Political Science at Grove City College and the Executive Director of The Institute for Faith and Freedom. Today, he explains why he implores schools to teach MLK not CRT.

Click here to read Dr. Paul Kengor’s article, “Teach MLK Not CRT”.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What is Critical Race Theory? Is it the complete opposite of everything MLK stood for?

How did the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and others accomplish what they did without CRT? Dr. Kengor discusses how he teaches about racial discrimination as a Professor at Grove City College without using CRT.

Does CRT teach “hate of white America”?

Discussed by Dr. Paul Kengor
with The Institute for Faith and Freedom (www.FaithAndFreedom.com)

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Would MLK have rejected CRT? David Garrow, a preeminent biographer of King, has stated: “CRT so post-dates him that there’s no connection, but MLK would have most certainly rejected ANY identity-based classification of human beings.”

Are the roots of CRT in the soil of Marxist critical theory?

What is the Frankfurt School? Click here for more information from Dr. Kengor.

Have many well-intentioned people been duped by Marxism and CRT?

Topic: Critical Race Theory
Discussed by Dr. Paul Kengor
with The Institute for Faith and Freedom (www.FaithAndFreedom.com)

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a big advocate of judging one’s character, not the color of their skin. Does CRT follow this belief – or exactly the opposite? Dr. Kengor says: “No… it looks strictly through the lens – the prism – of race."

Does the Christian faith reject identity-based classifications of human beings as outlined in CRT?

Is there any indication that MLK would embrace the BLM movement and support its founders?

Were Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels racist? Dr. Kengor reveals some of the disgusting things they believed and said about black people.

Is Marxist ideology toxic and corrosive, built on dividing the masses?

THE GOLDEN RULE: DO UNTO OTHERS… Who are “others”? Dr. Kengor says: “Anybody can be discriminated against. We want to unite as common people in the human race rather than divide according to different racial categories.”

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is Critical Race Theory regressive and the exact opposite of Dr. Martin Luther King’s vision of civil rights? Dr. Swain reveals how CRT is being taught in ALL grades, not just colleges and universities, and just how the Left is doing it.

FACT OR FICTION: Critical Race Theory recognizes and affirms the dignity of every human being. You might be surprised by this answer!

Does Critical Race Theory discriminate against white people, heterosexuals, and men?

What do teachers and others call Critical Race Theory to make is “sound better”? PARENTS: Be on the look-out for these key-phrases if your kids are still in public school.

Why should people stand firm against those who wish to change our nation’s history? Dr. Swain believes that it is time we stand together as one – no political party, no religion, no race. She says: “This affects every American.”

How did MLK communicate his message without Critical Race Theory?

Founded in 1909, how did the NAACP ever get off the ground without Critical Race Theory? Dr. Kengor goes through some of the history of when and how Critical Race Theory became popular…

Does America need Critical Race Theory for equal opportunities? Dr. Kengor says: “As a Christian, all you need is the Gospel.”

Dr. Wyatt Tee Walker, a close friend of Martin Luther King, Jr. has stated: “The roots of CRT are planted in entirely different intellectual soil. It begins with ‘blocs’ (with each person assigned to an identity or economic bloc, as in Marxism).”

Does Critical Race Theory actually judge people by the color of their skin? Is this the same as Marxism and Communism?

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Does Critical Race Theory emphasize identity-based classification of human beings? Dr. Kengor discusses several popular books (which we will not mention here as to NOT give them credit) that are all about race, race, race.

Does Critical Race Theory stress that “every white must be bad because so-and-so white person did a bad thing”? Dr. Kengor tells the story of a friend of his who has an adopted black child. (Guess what – Dr. Kengor ALSO has an adopted black child! He must be racist, right?)

Was Martin Luther King, Jr. against identity-based classification of human beings?

Instead of being defined as a child of God made in His image, does Marxist Critical Race Theory define humans as members of various “skin-color groups” or members of “economic groups”? Dr. Kengor reveals how one of the founders of BLM actually admits to being a Marxist. Does this really surprise anyone?

Questions/Issues Discussed:

When and where are teachers taught Critical Race Theory? Do they just wake up one day and hate America?

How are teachers taught the radical, anti-American dogma behind Critical Race Theory?

Every five years, teachers must complete 150 hours of professional development to renew their certificate to teach. Are there nearly 1,000 entities vying for the dollars involved? Lucy explains that while not all of these programs cost money, the ones that do are paid for by the school district, which is really the tax payers.

What are some examples of curriculum taught in Critical Race Theory courses? These will BLOW YOUR MIND! Parents: Get involved NOW!

Are such courses based on the premise that members of one race are inherently racist and view themselves as superior to other groups?

Part 1 of 2

Critical Race Theory has become a hot topic of discussion over the past few months as parents across America are taking a stand for their children.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Equity” is the newest buzzword the Leftists are using to push Critical Race Theory to our kids K-12 and especially in college. Why have they replaced “equality” with “equity”? What is the difference?

What is systemic racism? Has systemic racism ever existed in America? Does it exist now?

Does Critical Race Theory teach that Colonialists (not just in America, but worldwide) destroyed the people who lived in that country because they were a “lesser class”? Is this an idea straight from Karl Marx?

Why is Critical Race Theory so dangerous? Dr. Roberts explains that it teaches “everything that makes up the American Society is racist. This includes Christianity, free markets, traditional marriage, rule of law, traditional family structures, and a representative form of government.” You can learn more from Citizens for Renewing America here.

Did Oregon Governor Kate Brown recently announce that high school seniors would no longer be required to take a competency test in reading, writing, and math in order to graduate? Is this part of Critical Race Theory teaching? Can anyone succeed in life without these skills?

Do Critical Race Theory proponents gleefully admit that they are promoting state-sponsored racism and race-based discrimination? Should public schools teach the difficult racial history of our nation? Linda says: “We need to review slavery and how we overcame that… What should not happen is distortion or elimination of Conservatism… That [Critical Race Theory] is not the accurate picture of how we have come so far.”

What modern country in the world at one time or another did not subjugate its citizens or others to mistreatment?

Title: Children Harmed by Critical Race Theory
Topic: Critical Race Theory
Discussed by Dr. Kevin Roberts
with Texas Public Policy Foundation (www.TexasPolicy.com)

What is Critical Race theory? Is it really all that bad? What should Christian parents teach their kids, especially teens, about the topic?

About Critical Race Theory, guest Dr. Kevin Roberts stated: “When we teach history, we’re teaching our children who they are and where they came from. When we teach them civics, we teach them who they can become. If we allow critical race theory to corrupt this, we will teach them the soul-crushing lesson that they’re nothing more than the color of their skin—and that’s all they’ll ever be.”

Dr. Roberts is Chief Executive Officer of the Texas Public Policy Foundation and holds a PhD in American History from the University of Texas.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Through Critical Race Theory, are students being taught they are irredeemably bad? Are they being taught that America was built on a lie? Are they being taught that some of them a worth more than others depending on the color of their skin?

TRUE or FALSE: The Biden Administration is thrusting the following on all American students:
The only remedy to racist discrimination is antiracist discrimination.
The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination.
The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination.

Can Critical Race Theory be compared to Marxism?

Title: Critical Race Theory from a Biblical Perspective
Topic: Critical Race Theory
Discussed by Dr. Josh Mulvihill
with Gospel Shaped Family (www.gospelshapedfamily.com)

Part 1 of 3

America is accused of practicing systemic racism – how white people are collectively guilty for the treatment of blacks and how the stain of racism has created a permanent division between racial groups that cannot be bridged.

But what is Critical Race Theory – really?

Dr. Josh Mulvihill is with Gospel Shaped Family and the Executive Director of Church and Family Ministry at RenewANation.  Josh is also the author of several books.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Has Critical Race Theory gone mainstream through all the halls of education, the media, and government?

Is Critical Race Theory a counterfeit version of biblical justice?

How does Critical Race Theory substitute the creation story?

How does Critical Race Theory substitute rebellion?

Has Critical Race Theory become a religion? Dr. Mulvihill says: “It offers a different ‘solution’ for sin. The whole idea of activism instead of evangelism (salvation in Christ)…the problem is external instead of a heart issue.”

Title: Part 2 of 3 - Critical Race Theory from a Biblical Perspective
Topic: Critical Race Theory
Discussed by Dr. Josh Mulvihill
with Gospel Shaped Family (www.gospelshapedfamily.com)

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What is Critical Race Theory? What is Cultural Marxism?

Who am I under Critical Race Theory? Do individuals lose their identity?

What’s the problem under Critical Race Theory? What’s the solution?

Under Critical Race Theory, who will ultimately be oppressed?

Under Critical Race Theory, is the only ‘solution’ the destruction of Western civilization to make way for the new progressive Utopia? However, Dr. Mulvihill says it will not deliver a Utopia: “It just delivers misery, pain, and suffering.”

Topic: Critical Race Theory
Discussed by Dr. Josh Mulvihill
with Gospel Shaped Family (www.gospelshapedfamily.com)

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is Critical
Race Theory based on Marxism?

Is Critical Race Theory actually racist?

Is Critical Race Theory a perversion of something only God can accomplish in society by transforming the human heart through Jesus Christ? Dr. Mulvihill says: “It’s critical that we know that there is a distinction. Critical Race Theory completely misses the heart change and wants to bring about a transformed society without actually addressing the sin problem.”

Why is Dr. Mulvihill passionate about this issue?

Title: Critical Race Theory
Topic: Critical Race Theory
Discussed by Horace Cooper
with Project 21 (www.NationalCenter.org)

Part 1 of 3

Members of the Project 21 Black Leadership Network applaud the Trump Administration for seeking to defund all federal training rooted in "critical race theory," a radical philosophy promoting a false notion of systemic American racism, pitting races against each other.

Horace Cooper is a frequent guest on The What’s UP Radio Program and many other radio and television talk shows across America. He taught Constitutional Law at George Mason University in Virginia and was a senior counsel to US House Majority Leader Dick Armey. Horace is the co-chairman of the Project 21 National Advisory Board and a legal commentator.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Why is President Trump seeking to defund all federal training rooted in “critical race theory”?

Does critical race theory claim that people (mainly white men) have characteristics and behaviors due solely to their race? Is it in our DNA?

Does critical race theory encourage and even bully people (mainly white men) into admitting they are bigots and racists? Horace response: “This is a terribly evil idea! It is not different than what happened in apartheid and Jim Crowe.

Did Congress pass the law requiring government employees to participate in critical race theory training seminars? HINT: Nope! Then why are they forced to?!?!

How much do these training seminars cost? HINT: It’s A LOT!

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Can the federal employee training sessions performed by outside contractors be cancelled? Horace explains what will happen on October 1, 2020.

Is the methodology of critical race theory and the ideology of antiracism dangerous?

Is critical race theory based on the premise that all white people are racists and unequally privileged as compared to black Americans? Horace says this is “mostly accurate”. Which part is not?

Are there more interracial marriages and births now than ever before?

Have complaints of racism and bigotry in the workplace dropped significantly in recent years?

Are more minority students going to college than ever before?

Are race-based hate crimes at an all-time low? (This does not include crimes against Jews, which is actually higher.)

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Are black Americans powerless in improving their lives without government help? Horace discusses success strategies that have worked time and time again. He says: “Black Americans, like white Americans and the rest of the country, have within their own power the ability to adopt these success strategies and achieve accordingly.

Should President Trump be commended and congratulated for wanting to cancel these training sessions?
