Title: The 40 Unbreakable Laws of Money
Topic: Money Management
Discussed by Wayne Wakefield
with Wayne Wakefield (www.40Laws.com)
Author, businessman,
and entrepreneur Wayne Wakefield says to never, ever, ever, EVER make a
financial decision when you are emotional, whether that emotion is frustration,
happiness, anger, or sadness. When you’re in a desperate
situation, such as a loss of job and you’re facing foreclosure or bankruptcy,
you become angry. Many people divorce or become alcoholics. Some commit suicide.
When you’re a newlywed and life’s possibilities seem endless, don’t buy that new
house or new car. Wait! Step back. Think about it. Pray about it. Negotiate it.
Then pray some more before you take the final step.
Wayne also believes that one of the greatest travesties in today’s society is
that young people are not taught sound money advice in high school or even
college. Money is the one thing we try to master from the time we get our first
allowance until the day we die. We never think we have enough. It’s hard to
balance the money and the “stuff”.
Another money-saving tip Wayne has is “always negotiate”. Negotiate everything –
from a new house or car to washing machines and refrigerators! Most everything
is negotiable. Don’t ever pay full price for the important items such as
furniture or even clothes again. In fact, make money off the stuff you own! How
in the world do you do that???
Proverbs 13:22 “The wealth of the sinner is saved up for the righteous”.
What does this mean?
Listen in as Wayne explains. To get the rest of Wayne’s “40 Unbreakable Laws
of Money”, log on to his website at
