president. That institution is a court.
But if we close the courthouse door to
the poor, the widow, the child, and the stay-at-home mom will God judge us for
not defending the cause of the weak and fatherless?

Tort Reform in Texas?
Consumers were told that their individual and family health insurance costs
would go down if they would just vote away their constitutional right to hold a
wrong doer accountable. But have their individual rates go down? [Hint: “No.”]
Are more bad doctors having their licenses revoked since Texans voted to shield
Doctors from their mistakes? [Hint: “No”.]
Our founding fathers placed high on their list of grievances against King George
the loss of their right to a trial by jury. All Americans should
think long and hard before giving up their constitutional right to a trial by
jury.
