The ACLU of Oklahoma is attacking a proposal by Healthy Living. Why? They want to lease their space to a church when they are not using it. So what’s the beef?

The Metropolitan Area Project of Oklahoma City was seeking bids for a senior citizen activity and wellness center throughout the city. Healthy Living and Fitness, Inc. submitted a tying bid which included a clause to enable them to lease space to a church when not in use by seniors.

The Christ-a-phobic ACLU claims this violates the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution. The ACLU is the one violating the US Constitution…so says the US Supreme Court.
