Title: Is Election Integrity Finally on the Horizon?
Topic: Election Integrity
Discussed by Hans von Spakovsky
with The Heritage Foundation (www.Heritage.org)
Hans von Spakovsky is a former commissioner on the Federal
Election Commission and former counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for
Civil Rights at the US Department of Justice. Hans is currently the manager of
the Election Law Reform Initiative at The Heritage Foundation.

The Daily Signal.
Questions/Issues Discussed:
Did Obama and Biden do everything they could to hinder legitimate voting?
Do voting rolls need a massive overhaul? Should this be one of President Trump’s first actions when he takes office once again?
Hans von Spakovsky explains that the law actually requires states to do this on a regular basis – they just aren’t doing it!
Has the Justice Department sued states that have cleaned up their voting rolls, eliminating ineligible voters?
Should state election officials have access to DHS databases?
President Donald Trump’s nomination for US Attorney General is Pam Bondi. If she is confirmed, should she dismiss all of the abusive, meritless lawsuits filed by the current DOJ’s out-of-control Civil Rights Division?
Hans von Spakovsky discusses a few of the most recent cases.
Why won’t Democrats allow states to clean up their voting rolls? What are they so afraid of?
