Title: A Special Message from the North American Mission Board
Topic: Relief Help
Discussed by Mickey Caison
with North American Mission Board (www.namb.net)

It’s hard to imagine that there are still people suffering from Hurricane Sandy two years after the devastation, but it’s true! Mickey Caison, with the North America Mission Board, says that everyone can do something. Some may only be able to give $5 or $10; some can give more. Some may be able to volunteer their vacation time during Christmas or Spring Break to help rebuild homes – and lives.

The NAMB is also working with church planters to establish new or rebuild old churches. While the physical needs are abundant, the spiritual and emotional needs are prevalent, too.
Unlike many charities, ZERO donation dollars go toward administration costs, fees, or salaries. All of the donated dollars the NAMB receives goes toward the intended cause you designate. Their greatest needs, however, are financial and any amount is greatly appreciated.

Over the last two years, over 1,200 college students have given up their Spring Break and summer vacations to help spread happiness and hope to the residents in New York. For just $20 a day, they receive room and board, three meals a day, and a memorable experience that will last a lifetime.
