It’s hypocritical for House Republicans to complain about “an overreaching
judiciary” that thwarts the will of the people and overturns their votes and
their values, and then turns around and overturns standards for judicial
decisions. You can’t have your cake and eat it, too! House Republicans pledged
“to honor the Constitution as constructed by its framers and honor the original
intent of those precepts”. Now, House Republicans are focused on dishonoring the
