During this recession, some 3.2 million jobs held by men were lost compared to only 1.6 million for woman. Women now dominate in the workforce and in the ranks of management. Women in their 20s and 30s now out-earn their male counterparts across the United States. Some call this recession the “Mancession” and our new economy the “Sheconomy”. Should the White House be focusing on a non-issue like the ratification of the UN Treaty “Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women” citing the bogus notion of a female-wage-gap in America?
