Title: Infanticide in America
Topic: Infanticide
Discussed by Kirsten Hasler
with Eagle Forum (www.eagleforum.org)

Disclaimer: Use caution when listening to this segment around young children. Issues discussed may be upsetting or hard for little ones to understand.

Earlier this year, Representative Ann Wagner (R-MO) introduced the Born-Alive Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 962), which requires medical personnel to perform life-saving measures on infants born-alive after a failed abortion attempt. If attempts to save the infants’ life are not taken, medical professionals face legal consequences.

Kirsten Hasler, the Executive Director for Eagle Forum (WDC), explains how this should be common sense. So…why are some in Congress stalling?

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What is infanticide?

In America, are babies left to just die when they miraculously survive the abortion procedure?

Are there substantiated reports of doctors and nurses who deliberately and purposefully killed a baby who survived an abortion?

Are Democrats in Washington stonewalling legislative measures to protect innocent babies?

Which three Democrats have co-sponsored the Born-Alive Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 962)?

What mandates would HR962 place upon abortion doctors and clinics which perform abortions?

Title: States Debate Infanticide
Topic: Infanticide
Discussed by Patrina Mosley
with Family Research Council (www.FRC.org)

Disclaimer: Use caution when listening to this segment around young children. Issues discussed might be upsetting or hard for little ones to understand.

Legislators is Rhode Island, New Mexico, and Illinois have introduced bills that would follow in the footsteps of New York’s recent law, expanding abortion rights up to the moment of birth.

Patrina Mosley is the Director of Life, Culture, and Women's Advocacy at the Family Research Council. Today she discusses these proposed laws and the new campaign “End Birth Day Abortions”.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Are there unwanted babies? Does every baby have the option of being wanted by someone?

Is there proof that babies feel pain while in the womb? Do they actually feel MORE pain than a typical adult?

Are states vying for the title “Most Pro-Abortion State in America”?

What is the “End Birth Day Abortion” campaign?

Is your morning Starbucks worth a baby’s life? Can you bring your lunch to work one day to save a baby’s life? Will you skip the popcorn and soda at the movie this weekend to save a baby’s life?

For a small donation of $9, you can send a baby hat to Congress. Click here  for more information.
