SB 73 will create a Texas Stem Cell Research Consortium that will put patients first by attracting top researchers to the state and help commercialize adult stem cell treatments. Joe Pickett to either move up or down HB 109, which would give Texans the opportunity to purchase a Choose Life license plate to help promote adoption.
