Title: BLM Run Amok with Little Consequence
Topic: Civil Justice System In America
Discussed by S.A. Sam McCarthy
with The Washington Stand (www.WashingtonStand.com/)

In June of 2020, media outlets reported that police had shot a “unarmed black man” outside a Wendy’s restaurant in Atlanta, which prompted a BLM riot that torched the restaurant and nearby cars.

Today, Sam McCarthy shares the rest of the story – the true story of what happened that day. Sam McCarthy is a writer at The Washington Stand and has been published by the American Spectator, Real Clear Investigations, and Crisis Magazine.

Click here to read Sam McCarthy’s op-ed on this very important issue.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Did a Georgia Special Prosecutor determine if the police action was justified in the incident? Sam describes what happened…

Were suspects apprehended? What was the plea deal they were given? Listen close! This is just outrageous!

The Fulton Country DA stated to the suspects: “We certainly know it’s one of your Constitutional rights.” Is it ever a Constitutional right to commit arson and burn down a building?

Is this slap on the wrist simply another example of the two-tier justice system Conservatives are fighting on a daily basis? Sam reminds us of the pro-life activists who were immediately remanded into custody after conviction for essentially praying on the sidewalk.
