Title: Salvation Army Sued by the EEOC. Part One
Topic: English as the official language
Discussed by Jim Boulet, Jr.
with English First www.englishfirst.org
In 1980, the EEOC invented the idea that language was a protected civil right. In 1993, even the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected this notion. In March of 2007, a local office of the EEOC sued the Salvation Army over its requirement that employees must learn English. Pelosi and other Democrat leaders say no to the Salvation Army and yes to activists wanting to give America back to Mexico.
