In 1980, the EEOC invented the idea that language was a protected civil right. In 1993, even the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected this notion. In March of 2007, a local office of the EEOC sued the Salvation Army over its requirement that employees must learn English. Pelosi and other Democrat leaders say no to the Salvation Army and yes to activists wanting to give America back to Mexico.

The Senate version of the Amnesty Bill: If an immigration official discovers that an illegal, who is applying for amnesty/citizenship, falsified their application and they are really a felon or even a terrorist, the government offical could be fined personnally $10,000 for telling anyone. In 1994, Bill Clinton signed Executive Order 13166, mandating any entity that receives federal dollars to provide a translator for anyone at any time for FREE.
