Title: Is Abortion an Essential Service?
Topic: Abortions Are Not Essential
Discussed by Dr. Haywood Robinson
with Special Guest

President Trump has called for all non-essential businesses to close their doors during the Coronavirus quarantine. Even services that do constitute essential health care for women, including routine Pap smears, mammograms, and pelvic exams, are being postponed in order to reduce everyone’s risk of exposure to the Coronavirus. Abortion providers, especially Planned Parenthood, have argued that their “services” are essential. But, are they?

Former abortionist Dr. Haywood Robinson has some insight for us today. Dr. Robinson is a family physician practicing in Bryan-College Station. He and his wife of 38 years have 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

Is an abortion essential healthcare? Dr. Robinson reminds us of the Hippocratic Oath…

If an elective abortion were an “essential component” of women’s health care, wouldn’t it be a part of every obstetric and gynecologic practice?

Complications can often arise after an abortion. Will some women put their own lives at risk by not seeking treatment in an ER out of fear of contacting the Coronavirus?

Should the abortion industry be permitted to continue with business as usual? Dr. Robinson says this of the abortion industry: “They only care about one thing: money.” That pretty much sums it up.

Title: Is Abortion an Essential Service?
Topic: Abortions Are Not Essential
Discussed by Sue Thayer
with Forty Days for Life (www.40daysforlife.com)

For 18 years, Sue Thayer truly thought she was helping women in crisis. God opened her eyes and her heart, though, and she is now the Director of Outreach at 40 Days for Life. She also founded the Cornerstone for Like Pregnancy Resource Center.

Questions/Issues Discussed:

What changed Sue’s mind and heart about abortion?

Does prayer really save babies? Sue stresses how important prayer is, especially those who pray on the sidewalks outside abortion clinics. Women really do just keep driving by and keep their babies!

Due to the shelter-in-place order, will some women, who would have gone for an abortion, decide to keep their babies?

Sue Thayer shares how women have seen her in public and thanked her for praying because they kept their baby! She has never, not once, had someone thank her for working in the abortion industry so they could kill their baby. Think about that!!! Prayer works!

How should we prepare to help these mothers and their new babies?
