Are equality before the law and equality of opportunity mere memories? America is great because of its civil and criminal justice system, which was to be administered fairly and justly to all. However, this concept seems lost on the ruling elite. Robert Knight, with the ACRU, has some great insight for us concerning the law and what “should” be done.
