The Cartoon Network will soon be airing the so-called cartoon “Adult Swim” from 7-8 pm, which is prime time for kids. If this is a “cartoon”, why are the folks at PTC upset and fighting the network?

Furthermore, the PTC discovered that the Cartoon Network has repeatedly failed to use the TV ratings system to warn parents about sexual content, suggestive dialogue, and explicit language 100% of the time.

Parents must be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from the Cartoon Network, MTV, and other channels on their cable bills. They need the option to subsidize explicit content in order to receive the programming they do want coming into their homes.
