founder Judson Phillips, an attorney and expert on the constitutionally
protected jury system, recently stated: “Trial by jury may be an imperfect
system, but it is better than all of the alternatives.”
The outrage expressed by average Americans to the decision of the jury in the
Casey Anthony case begs the question: What is wrong with the American Jury
System? Or, is the problem the news pundits who state their opinions in short
sound bites based on less than all the facts?
When called to serve on a jury, please answer that call!
