Plaintiff denied his First Amendment Rights has his rights restored by Appellate Court Ruling. This is a victory for all in America! Plaintiff asks court for a recess so he can observe Jewish holiday. Judge says, “No.” After a three year battle, Appellate Court reverses the lower court. What does this mean for our first Amendment Rights for future cases? Thank God there are attorneys like Rene Sandler who will battle for the little guy…even though it took nearly three years.
