Did President Nixon's "Wind Fall Profits" tax on domestic oil companies reduce domestic oil production? Did the 1970's W.P.T. increase annual oil imports? Isn't insanity just doing the same thing while hoping for different results? Does anti-corporate rhetoric make for good coherent public policy?
