What are the duties of a Justice of the Peace? Judge Adams' court is the busiest in Harris County yet he finds time to give back to the community by involving the Boy Scouts with Juvenile offenders. This is a great story of an elected official giving back so much to the community he serves. Salute to this great Judge!
