Do many on Obamacare Medicaid also receive food stamps and housing/electricity allowances? Does this just lock them into a perpetual circle of welfare?

Are there some on waiting lists who cannot physically work but have been denied Medicaid because others are bleeding the system dry?

Would implementing commonsense work and/or volunteer requirements move able-bodied adults from welfare to work, ensuring that funds are preserved for the truly needy?
