Title: Will The U.S. Supreme Court Rule On Obamacare?

Obama’s Solicitor General has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to rule on Obamacare.  By the end of October or early November, the Supreme Court will decide if it will hear the constitutionality of Obamacare.

If the Court takes the case, oral arguments would be in February or, more likely in March.  And by the Presidential elections in November 2012, America will know if Obamacare will stand.

But why will the U. S. Supreme Court take the case?

If Republicans fought President Obama and the Democrat controlled Congress on Universal Healthcare, why are they (the Republicans) now trying to force us (the American people) into following Federal mandates in regards to Tort Reform? Doesn’t this make them hypocrites?
