Day 3
The life expectancy of males during David’s rule was only 40 years; for woman, it was even less; and many children didn’t live past the age of 5. However, because of David’s obedience to God, He changed all this and gave healthy fulfilled lives to His people. Day 1
Mark begins a new lesson today on The House of David. He takes a close look at the houses from the Iron Age -
the time of David’s rule. Most of the houses - especially in the villages - had
the same 3 or 4 room plan. Not 3 or 4 bedroom. Just 3 or 4 rooms. Total. And
they kept their best fatted calf in the house. Mark also uses a lot of “visuals”
in today’s lesson so log on to www.Biblical-Literacy.com to get the full effect.
