The US Constitution calls for the ‘enumeration of the population’ every ten years, followed by a redistribution of the US House of Representatives to reflect population growth and/or changes. The Texas Legislature must re-draw the US Representative districts-while possibly added three or four more, and they must redraw the Texas House seats (150) and the Texas Senate seats (31). The Speaker of the Texas House will have a major role in this process. With nearly 100 Republican House members do we need: 1: a RINO; 2: a Part-time Republican; or 3: a true Conservative.
