24.5% of 17 year olds have engaged in binge drinking. 29% of 12-20 year olds report drinking alcohol in the past month. Nearly 10% of drivers aged 16-17 report driving uder the influence in the past year. Where are they obtaining their alcohol? What can be done to reduce these numbers?
