Years ago, adoption was a “dirty word”, rarely spoken of in the public eye. If you offered your baby to a loving couple, you were deemed a bad person who obviously did something bad. Now, adoption is spoken of freely but still does not get the attention it deserves, especially in the US among teenagers in crisis pregnancies.
