Is it because the medical staff does not care? Is it because they are drawing a salary and they simply do not care if the consumer is not satisfied? Where is Emily Post when we need her? br />
Is this where the medical profession is headed? We all need to take a breath and treat others the way we want to be treated. It is just as easy to be nice as it is to be nasty. Remember: you draw more flies with sugar than with vinegar.
