What if there was a ‘white group’ called The Race? Would that be acceptable? What about an Hispanic group called ‘The Race – La Raza’?

Obama speaks to the group, La Raza, and states that he might just do whatever he wants to chants of "go ahead-go ahead".
 
But, was Obama speaking to big business in ‘code’ while he spoke to the members of La Raza? Once the debt-crisis goes away, will the next battle be amnesty for all within our borders today?
