Title: Creative Followership: In the Shadow of Greatness
Topic: Inspirational and Motivational
Discussed by Jimmy Collins
with Chick-Fil-A (www.ChickFilA.com)
Part 1 of 2
From picking cotton to
delivering groceries on a bicycle at age 12 to being President of a billion
dollar cooperation; who is Jimmy Collins and how did he do it?
What makes the 70,000 CFA workers more efficient than their counterparts in
other fast-food restaurants? My personal experiences with various CFA’s in
Houston and across the United States have been wonderful: employees are nice and
well-mannered, the facilities are cleaner, and even the food is better!
Jimmy says that every single one of us are followers, whether we are leaders or
not. We all want to be appreciated, loved, and respected. When an employee is
not appreciated, they will make the customer feel unappreciated.
Listen in as Jimmy explains.
