Let’s back up about Medicare, part A and B. A few years ago when Congress passed legislation covering prescription drugs for senior citizens or those that are on Medicare, did that legislation include that the actual Medicare recipient had to pick a plan?

Is it important that our listeners - if they or a loved one, a mom, dad, brother or sister, or neighbor, close friend, or somebody in church if they are 64, within the time period before they are eligible - pick an option otherwise they will add the penalty?
