Federal Judge agreed with Consumer Watchdog’s strong anti-trust arguments and prevented Google from gaining a monopoly over digitized online books. Judge further ruled that Google could not infringe on Constitutional protected copyright laws. Without the 7th Amendment, the citizens of American would have lost.
